can you always use your Target card to get free shipping?
I got Elmo – thanks for the deal. Also, I’m not sure why but for some reason Target.com applied free shipping on this even though I didn’t use a Target card and this was the only item I purchased (less than $50). Not sure why that happened but I’ll take it 🙂 Thanks again for posting this deal.
Disappointed in Target.com….I placed the Zoobles item, the Pet Shop item, and one other toy in my cart that came to $51 and change…and it didn’t give me free s&h! I called to ask why and they said these items do not qualify. What a bunch of crap. I’m giving my business to Amazon instead.
