        I am currently in the process of checking out and it wants to charge me for shipping. I have completed everything except push the complete transactions button so I don’t think they are taking it off. The code worked… and in fact gave me $4.99 off so the sweater was $5.01!! Hmmmmmmm….????? However shipping is $5.45 and I don’t think I want to invest $11.39 having not seen nor tried it on. Anyone else experiencing this??

    I am currently upset with Target.com over their poor customer service. They cancelled one of my orders unexpectedly (after delaying shipment for over a month), and when I called to inquire, I was placed on hold for half an hour and then was told to call back later because their systems were updating. When I asked for a manager, I was told that the manager was too busy doing more important things than talking to customers. I sent them several emails and the only response I get from them is to please re-order the cancelled items at regular price (3x the cost of the original order!). Has anyone else had this much frustration with Target.com?

      I’m sorry to hear your frustration with Target.com. I’ve had NOTHING but good things from them. When they messed up my invoice total, they happily corrected. I’ve gotten all my orders from them and paid what I was told on their website….even if they changed the price later that day, I called to notify them of the price that was originally advertised and was given a credit on my invoice. I’ve ordered from them 6 times in the past 3 months and they’ve been great.

      I would demand to speak to a supervisor or the supervisor’s boss. I would let them know if they don’t transfer you that in turn you will file a claim with their home office and with the BBB. I bet you’ll get transferred then.

      Also note that sunshine beams brighter than a rain storm. I was so upset with one of the transactions I did with them because the price was changing after I placed my order and I wasn’t going to pay what they were changing it too and they charged my account the new price…when I called them with a CALM, HAPPY voice…I got tranferred and my account credited FAST. Was super pleased with the outcome and how they handled it.

        Thanks for the response Amanda. It seems that you must have gotten a great Target rep. I have called several times with different issues, including prices changing after my order is placed. I am always very nice on the phone to the rep, but I have never had my account credited for an amount that was overcharged. It seems the customer service reps are clueless about the daily deals sales and I was told they can’t credit money to my account after it is charged incorrectly. One time I had an issue with an online return in the store, and when I called the customer service line, I was told to drive back to the store and hand the manager my cell phone so that the Target.com rep could speak to him!

      Yes, I have had similar issues with their customer service. I did make the point to say that I would contact the BBB, at which point my problem STILL was not corrected. So… I filed a claim with the BBB. Within 48 hours, my money was refunded. If you feel like you have exhausted all of your options, I would go that route.

          BBB is the Better Business Bureau. They are an organization that works with consumers and businesses to uphold high standards and build trust between the two. Consumers can post reviews or products or businesses for others to read before making any purchase decisions. Consumers can also file a complaint against a particular business; BBB then acts as the mediator between the consumer and the business to ensure that the business takes care of the matter in a timely manner.       I’ve never interacted with customer service, per se, but I’ve had some rotten experiences with Target.com, too. Last year I ordered 2 of these aprons when they were a daily deal, one for my sister for Christmas and the other for myself. They delayed my shipment twice, so not only did I not have them for Christemas, they weren’t due to ship until March. Eventually, they ended up cancelling the order and never shipping them- after months of waiting.

      A few weeks ago, I ordered the Lego advent calendar Collin posted about. My order went through long before they “sold out” online, but I relived the same experience I had with the aprons. Thankgiving morning, I got a delayed shipment notice (that I’d have it by December 30th- which is really useful for an advent calendar!!!), and then this week they cancelled the order.

      For the life of me I cannot figure out why Target continues to sell more inventory than they are able to ship out. I’m done ordering from them- too many disappointments when it’s too late to purchase that same item elsewhere!

      I too have had such awful experiences with customer service on Target.com I will never order from them again. Yes, I love the products I got but omg did I have issues with charges on my card being incorrect, multiple charges that I didn’t authorize, changing prices without notification, delaying shipments without notification, canceling orders without notification, and don’t even get me started on how awful they are if you try to talk to them over the phone!! I will never EVER order from Target again because of their customer service!!!

      I’ve had a bad experience with Target, too, which is why I’m hesitant to place this order. I september I placed an order for 3 different daily deal items. I checked out with Paypal and the money for all 3 items was taken out. Then I got a notification that one of the items was out of stock, and when I went to Paypal the transaction was “pending” and the amount for all 3 items was still taken out. After calling Target and Paypal each a million times, and having them point the blame at each other, I am still waiting for the transaction to be cancelled so I can have my money back!

      Dang that stinks! I ordered the same deal I think you’re talking about in October. I ordered 6 pairs. For christmas gifts and got all of them along with the tee’s that were another deal going on the same time.

      I’d call them and find out where your order is. Has your account been charged? They state they don’t charge your account until your ordered has processed and shipped.

        I got my jeans after a month of waiting, but they fit so awkwardly so i returned them. fit in the legs great, but too small in the waist =/ i always have a hard time finding fitting target pants…

          That stinks!! I had to read the comments before ordering my jeans. I’m a size 4 in Old Navy, a size 7 from Walmart and a size 6 from American eagle…so I was so worried, but I went with what others were saying and got a size 9….because they suggested getting 2 sizes bigger than you’d typically wear.

          I love how they fit. Sorry you don’t like the fit 🙁

            Mine fit perfectly, too! I am normally a 2 or 4 and ordered the 5. I have mature hips rather than a stick-straight teenager’s. I was so happy with them, I wore them two days in a row!

      I wear mine all the time but I ordered mine October 21st and received the shirts right away – got the four prs of jeans November 15th, with no emails letting me know they were delayed or a ship date until they were already here! I would check our account online, you can at least see if the order is still pending. And I too read the comments, I wear an 8 and ordered 13’s – they have become my favorite loafing around jeans!

    Juniors if for teenagers correct not for plus size people?

      I am 30 and wear can wear Juniors. I’m a size 4-6 and when I order shirts I get a Medium and they fit perfect. When I order the jeans I have to order a 9. Hope this helps.

      It is juniors, I am plus size I dont fit thier juniors bottoms. I ordered one in XXL because I figured a cardigan would be stretchy and if anything might not be able to button it but I like the open look anyways.

      I think Juniors tends to be less curvy through the hips than the women’s departments, which is most noticeable in pants/jeans. I find that the shirts tend to be a little more fitted and/or run a little smaller than an equally sized women’s.

        Also, don’t forget to go through ebates for an additional 3% back, and if you use your Target Debit card, another 5% off.

    What a great deal! My daughter in law is expecting our first grandchild in April, so buying clothes for her this year is very difficult.
