    Just curious – do i need to cancel the subscription after the 10 free magazines to avoid being charged?

    Thanks! That was certainly easy. 🙂 They don’t get your credit card number so there is no way they can charge you if you don’t cancel after 10 magazines.

    Today my first “FREE” magazine came in the mail. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for $5.99 for the year! I guess this was not really a free deal after all. Did this happen to anyone else?

    I just called the 800-888-1181 number and they said this is not a bill, it a renew for next year (after the free one) if i want to renew it. So i don”t owe nothing this year.
    Hope it helps someone.

  I did not call Fitness magazine….couldn’t find a phone # for them. I sent the bill back with a note saying that if it wasn’t free, they should cancel it because I’m not paying.
