      CALL THEM…I just did they don’t know why it is saying that it is expired.

      As of 11/6/11 at 7:15 EST I still got the deal!! We snagged a cashmere blend top coat reg 250.00 on sale for 187.49 got it for 119.24! What a steal of a deal!

      It said that for me too, but I called the 800 number and placed my order over the phone and used the code no problem! You may have to wait 5 or 6 minutes to actually talk to someone but it was worth it!

    I sent customer service an email and this is the response I received:

    We do apologize for the difficulties you are having on our web site. We have been having technical difficulties with our site all weekend but assure you our web team is working diligently to get this fixed. The coupon you are referring to is valid through Sunday, Nov. 6th. Our customer service center (800) 767 – 0319 would be more than happy to assist you in placing an order. They are very helpful and knowledgeable and will have no problem applying that coupon for you. We again do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding while we resole this matter.

    VERY frustrated!! I appreciate the number for customer service. I called them to place my order, only to be told that the pants I was trying to get for my husband was no longer in stock. When I told her the website shows it is still available, she apologized but there was nothing she could do. Then after checking 4 other types of pants (that’s what he needs for Christmas), they were all out. I gave up! The company should be better prepared before giving such a great code in the future 🙁

      We went to the store yesterday and the sales rep told us that the coupon was only suppose to be sent to about 2% of their mailing list. And, that the company made a huge mistake…but they were still honoring it. I think that’s why they were so unprepared…but hey their mistake, our gain 🙂

        Thanks… I did call them, but everything I wanted to order was out of stock. She said the website issue is causing the inventory to not be up to date, so things are sold out and not showing they are online. Oh well, at least some people on here got the good deal!

        I just found a printable but i am not sure it is legit. There is a link to it on retail me not. It is under whatever that rochester store title is.

    I called customer service and got a very nice lady. Placed 2 orders and everything went through fine. Had to give her some of the on-line pricing, and make sure they don’t charge you for sales tax on the pre-coupon amount. Thank you so much for posting this deal.

      She let you place 2two orders and they both went through? I placed two but I checked my credit card and was only charged for one and I can’t track the second one on their website.

        I was just told by customer service that they will only allow one coupon code per billing address. So my second order was cancelled.

    I just want to say call customer service 855-746-7395 because I tried the other # & it would not work. I did have to wait for 11mins before I was connected w/a representative. But all worth it in the end! Got my husband the a New York Yankee Track Jacket & Mustang Cobra shirt. He’s excited! Also the code RCTV is still valid today. She did apologize several times about the website not working & not taking the code. SO you still have time to purchase. Also ask for your item to be shipped to a store near you & shipping is FREE!!! HAPPY SHOPPING!!!

    I had to wait 11mins too! But customer service fixed me up and im glad the coupon code still worked this morning! bought my dad a $130 pair a shoes on sale for $60 and a very stunning sweater for my Father in law. There going to love it! Also make sure if an item is on sale they give you the sale price i was almost charged the 130 instead of the 60 but the C.S. Rep changed it. Thanks Collin!

    I’ve been trying to call them…the first time I called, I was almost done with my order and then got put on hold and then the line hung up. The second time I finally got through (an hour later), I was told the promo code was not being honored anymore. I’m pretty upset…not sure what else to do. The items are for Christmas gifts for my dad, who is low-income and really needs them.

        Tried that too and didn’t work. 🙁 So I complained on their Facebook page — may write them an e-mail or snail mail too. I’m pretty crushed. But my local store did tell me the day before Thanksgiving was a BOGO sale so I may have to wait for that. 🙂

    The first time I tried to place an order calling the number Collin posted, I had no problem. I wanted my order shipped to a store so she gave me a different number to call to process my order. That rep said the coupon code was expired and wouldn’t allow me to place an order. Even after I explained that I had just called and talked to a rep, she said there was nothing she could do. So I called back the original number and asked the rep right away about the code. She said there was no problem with the code so I could place my order. I had to pay shipping but it was definitely worth it. I think it just depends on who you talk to and how their computers are working. Just keep trying and I hope you get through! I placed my order around 10:30am.

    I just got off the phone with customer service and was able to place my order. Had to call twice becasue the first person told me the sale was over. I had no problems the second time. Reference the email sent from the company about their systems not working.

    You can use this coupon code for 60.00 off 100.00 purchase. RRCT the lady over the phone gave me this code. And I called back for a 2nd order and they gave me the 75.00 off. So I think it depends on who you get but $60 off $100 is still a great deal.

    Well, I finally called back a fifth time and the lady was very apologetic about it and said she made a note for management. She said there was some kind of mix-up. I left a Facebook post for them as well. I hope other people don’t have the same kind of problems that I did. Good luck to those still trying.

    Thank you SO much for sharing. I called in 3 times and snagged 2 pairs of jeans and 2 pairs boxers for the hubby, and a pair of PJ pants, a t-shirt, and a Yankees replica jersey for my dad (now to find somewhere to embroider a name on it…any suggestions??)

      Yikes and I just saw the comment about not using the code more than once. The first time I called in I had two orders ready to go and the girl was going to take both and use the promo code twice but one item ended up out of stock.. I had no clue… now I feel really bad as I definitely did not want to abuse it and/or cause issues for other people.. 🙁

      I had horrible CS service when I placed my order! CS rep seemed like she didnt know anything about ordering over the phone, didnt even know how to look up the store # so I had to look it up myself. Gave me a total that didnt add up to what it should have :-(( She said someone would call me back about the order.
      Ended up just going to the store and had great CS and he said that they were told to honor all coupons even though they werent meant for everyone.

    So, looks like the website glitch really messed up the orders- I hit the confirm button two different times since the confirmation page wasn’t displaying- and now they have debited my gift card twice and have no record of my order! No email confirmation- I have emailed once and called twice already, with the latest comment that I should call back in an hour to see if they ‘get’ my order.

    Wow- not really thrilled about this- hopefully they can get my order ready and take off the dup charges.

    I was able to make a purchase using the promo code but my credit card was charged 5 times! I have already spoken to the company three times and they have given me three different answers. I don’t think I’ll ever buy from them again even if it is a good deal. They still have not corrected the problem and it’s been four days.

    Just FYI… This information appeared on the company FB page on Tuesday:

    “We apologize for the problems associated with a coupon that was circulated this weekend. We intended that the coupon would be sent to a limited number of customers, but, as sometimes happens, it was circulated by websites which are unaffiliated with us and with which we have no association. As a result of the widespread, unintended dissemination, we were forced to cancel the coupon. We have no… doubt that this caused many of you a great deal of inconvenience, and for that we apologize. Our regular customers know that this is not a typical occurrence. For new customers who are unhappy with what transpired, we apologize and we hope that you will give us another chance to fulfill your wardrobing needs.       Mine is “out for delivery” to the store for today 🙂 Plus, I did two orders (one in my husband’s name) and they both went thru, thank goodness! That one is being shipped, as well. I lucked out on this one.

    My mom just went to Casual Male to pick up her order and the lady there told her that coupon was not supposed to get out to everyone it was only supposed to go out in emails to elite customers. She told my mom someone in corporate lost their job over that.

    This is really strange but I just received a call from the Casual Male where I had my order sent.
    I had not been able to locate the invoice I printed when placing the order and noticed that they had not taken the $30 that I owed them out of my account. I figured my order just got canceled because of all of the mix up over this deal.
    Anyway, just got the call to come and pick it up. The lady said her information shows I owe nothing. She said there was not even a name on it, just my phone number.
