can you save it somewhere in your account?

    • KR

Just pick any deal, enter the promo code when you check out and it will be saved in your account and will automatically applied when you purchase a deal next time until it expires:)

I’m confused too! I clicked everywhere and don’t see a place to enter it. It said you could bank it. I clicked on the Redeem Coupon button also, and didn’t get directed to a page that looked like I got credit. Anyone know?

I already sign uo for it this morning but can’t find anything that I might Like!

You can also get a second $5 code today (only can use one per purchase, though) by doing the “Find Your City” and liking that page as well.

Is Plum District a shopping site?

    • sher

I would just be careful. I have found their customer service absolutely horrible. My credit card was charged for items I did not get.

      • gretchen

I wholeheartedly second this. I bought a voucher for soaptopia.com, which did NOT work on the site. Plum District took almost a week to reply to my customer service request and referred me to Soaptopia’s 1 800 number. Their attitude seemed like “we’ve got your money, not our problem anymore”. By the time I got this, Soaptopia.com took away all of their free shipping options and it made this voucher deal not a deal at all. Not cool. I just asked to be refunded. We will sww what happens.

Yup… I have had problems with them too! In August, I ordered the $50 at JCP.com deal & never got a code. Have contacted Plumdistrict several times, they have not done anything to correct this & won’t refund me. Bad company, in my opinion!

I purchased the tablet they had recently. I have a credit card issue. Its been over a week and customer service still has not sent me anything helping to solve my problem. I will not purchase anything from this company again. I can not believe they do not have a customer service phone number. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Be careful!

            • Julia

I just called the number sharon posted below: 415-777-3757. Plum district listened to my problem and fixed it. They were very nice about it and I am happy with the out come. Thanks for posting the number sharon!

            • Emily

I have to agree…the email correspondence with their customer service didn’t work, and their “online chat” feature never worked either (there was never a representative “available”), but that phone number worked like a charm and the person on the phone was pleasant and helped get me a refund! Thanks for posting the number!!

I already had $5 banked from a previous offer from here and then I just got the facebook code and I got the $14.00 for $30.00 Klutz.com offer for $4.00 dollars!! YAY!! thanks collin! 🙂

    • morganc

You can use SHIP25 at checkout to get free shipping. I have ordered so many presents for nieces and nephews from them.

I just went on facebook and got the $5 code and so I got the plumdistrict klutz deal for $9. I went to klutz and bought the lego crazy action contraption plus the extra bricks ($34.90) and used the coupon code NEWKZ09 and got 25% off my order. With shipping of $6.74 and using my plum district $30 gift certificate, my total came to $2.91. So a grand total of $11.91 for a $35 gift. Great deal on an item my son will actually love!

When you do this do you get a code to put into your acct or does the $5 automatically get applied to the email you give them on the facebook page?

I don’t know if you’ve heard or not, but people are having HUGE problems w/ plum district. They are changing the terms of MANY of their gc’s after people are buying them, charging and not delivering the gc, not responding to emails, refusing to give out their phone number, etc. I’m having to dispute a charge w/ them b/c they changed the terms from free shipping to no shipping AFTER I bought it. You can go to their facebook and “help” forums to see. Hoping to get the word out to as many as possible before they buy.

Do they have a “dislike” button. I’ve been trying to contact them for more than a week. They don’t reply to email and there is no phone number. I will never ever do business with them again.

        ha!…I din’t catch that…”dislike”

Someone else on here posted the phone number. Thank God! Don’t know how they got it, because they don’t give it out on their site! I had been emailing with no response! It is 415-777-3757. I bought a voucher 8 days ago. Told them I wanted a refund when I called. 1st thing she said to me was per their FAQ page, they don’t do refunds at all. If that’s the case, I don’t understand why, when you click on My Account, there are tabs for Available, Used, Expired, Gifted, and REFUNDED. (Which mine now has a 1 next to). I told her I’d been waiting 8 days for a response and now the voucher is useless to me because it was to be used for a little girl’s birthday party, and even if I were to get a working voucher code from her now, by the time it shipped, it would be too late. So I DID get a refund, along with a couple of lame apologies that I did not feel were sincere at all. Obviously these people don’t care. Is it a scam they have going or what? I’m sure there’s a lot of people who have just wrote it off. How are so many people getting screwed over? How hard is it to make sure instructions are clear and the voucher codes are working?

It’s tempting to want to use the free $5 codes you can get, but don’t do it! They are straight up horrible and I will never deal with them again! Colin needs to stop endorsing them and giving them business!!

OMG! I just clicked through a deal to apply the $5 code. Pasted code in, hit enter and instead of simply adding the $5 to my account, it bought the deal. Just like that, no warning. Be careful! It was a doozy, too – a vacation package! Luckily I emailed right away and found their phone number and they voided it. Be careful when you put those codes in! Their phone number is 415-777-3757.

    • ATK

I agree, I thought the $5 off code would apply so I hit enter and it bought the deal for me instead…no warning. UGH! It took a few weeks, but they did refund me thanks goodness.
