How many blankets were you ordering? I ordered 2 and the shipping was only $8.99.
I tried to order 2 and the shipping was 17.98. Not a good deal but it really does not matter since they were sold out before I could get logged on.

I said the same thing! All sales final = Poor Quality…. well to me anyway! Had them in my cart then saw that the shipping was 18.00 NO THANKS! I will go back to TJ Max and get those Cuisenart (sp) Knives for the same price.

Blankets ship in 3 to 4 weeks? That is contrary to receive in time for Christmas as stated. Shipping is $9.00 for any number of blankets, not each one.

I am having the same problem. It got stuck on the page saying :processing checkout and then nothing happened. I dont want to submit another order because i dont want to order two sets… What do i need to do?
I can’t get it to go through either. It has said “processing for checkout” for awhile so I closed that screen out and started it again and I’m having the same problem.

I recently ordered the Allen Lyle watches and 3 weeks ago and received a receipt for my order, however I have yet to receive the watches or even a shipping confirmation
I ordered the watches too…..can’t find a number to contact to see if I am ever going to get them, Jill should not say orders will come in time for Christmas! I would of never order then.

The knives website keep freezing when you try to “submit” your order….I’ve done it twice. Don’t know if it went thru or not…I’ll be dissapointed (and poorer) if if went trhough multiple times. Help!

Kathleen…you will LOVE the candles, they are the nicest smelling candles I’ve ever purchased, and I purchase a LOT of candles. Acquiesse had a deal some months ago on Jill’s Steals and I bought those. This time I ordered two sets so I can keep one and use the others to give away. You won’t be sorry.

I ordered the towles a couple of weeks ago, looked beuatiful online….they sucked! The order was “all sales final, no retunrs or refunds” and I know why. They were supposed to be the very best of egyptian thread count and all…I washed them. Took 3 times to dry as there was SO much lint that came off it clogged my dryer. When I finally got them out of the dryer, the hems were all gone and they looked awful.
I don’t know if you actually research any of your products before you put them on your show, but this company should be ashamed and if I could, I would send these back.
I will never order anything else you recommend!

I feel ya…. I bought the “hand held charger thing for MOST PHONES.. especially thinking for the IPHONE!!! It did NOT work… and when I went to ask for return they said “no returns, no credits nothing..” it was $10 and then $10 for shipping.

Make sure you check out the reviews on the knives on another site like amazon…many people are saying they rust easily and are too thin and flimsy to do a good job

Ordered 4 blankets. Total shipping was $17.98. Breaks it down to a cost of $$17.50 per blanket. They do look cozy. Just wish you could throw them in the dryer.

I ordered work out bras a while back, the quality was good but the size was all wrong. I just got in a pair of gloves that allow you to use them with an iPhone (apple) product. They are great. I also purchased a trip to Cancun a few months back. Great trip and location.

It was great. It was a 4 day/3 night 5 star all-inclusive resort in Cancun. I bought 2. I went in October and I’m going again in January.

BIG problem at the knives site. First time the buttons to continue or proceed to checkout did not appear. Hit return and was at checkout. Entered all info, clicked on ORDER NOW and have been on ‘Processing for Checkout’ for 10 minutes. Thought I must have done something wrong so repeated the process with the same result.
