      I can’t seem to find the button to view my cart after putting the knives in my cart so I can’t complete my order, does this mean they’re all gone? Also, the bottom of the page won’t let me move to the right, and the full page will not show. Any thoughts?

          move the page to the right, and I can’t see a view cart button
          anywhere at the top of the page like it says.

          Just in case anyone else has a problem like this I think I may have
          figured it out. I’ve noticed in the past my old computer in one
          office doesn’t show certain web pages the same as in the other
          office I use, so I tried it in there and it worked! If you have the
          same problem you may need to find another computer to use
          unless you’re more computer savy than me and know how to
          stretch the page like momofoprah suggested.

            You can always change the ‘zoom’ level of your window – make it smaller and then you will see more of the page. Go to ‘View’ in top toolbar, then ‘zoom’ and try 75%.

    I just want to reiterate the comments above regarding the West coast. I too tried to order the blankets DURING the “Jill’s Steals & Deals” segment but found no blankets available!
    If the merchandise is limited, then the company’s selling it should hold back half of their stock until the segment is aired on the West Coast.
    This would be a much fairer practice.

      Juliann, I am the one that posted about the West Coast, however I ordered 1 at a time and was able to get the blankets I wanted. You may want to try again. (however, they are out of Taupe and Burgandy; I got Black and Giraffe) Good luck!!

        I ordered two of the blankets but never received an email confirmation, I went to the website that the today show provided but it comes back that the website is expired, I have sent two emails to the today show address provided and have not heard a response. Any thought on what to do now? Thanks

          I am having the same problem. web site is gone, the company does not exsist according to google, no one answers the phone or emails. I think these throws were a scam and I thought I could trust the Today Show.

            Call the Today Show! I did yesterday regarding my Danielle Stevens bracelet. They were able to provide me with a different email address and I received a response today. I just googled “I want to call the Today Show” and got a number from the Today Show website. Are these the bamboo throws? I ordered 2 and did receive mine last week. Good Luck!

            I ordered 10 blankets within the first hour of the broadcast. I DID receive an e-mail confirmation. Wednesday night (this week) I sent an e-mail to find out when I would receive my order and I got an e-mail back providing tracking information. When I track my packages from FedEx, they keep telling me the track info is invalid. When I try to reach these guys again, nothing comes back. BTW, I found this company online, Mantra said the company is in CA. When I called the number, a man answered the phone…when I asked if it was a business he said “no”. Really concerning…my kids missed giving their teachers presents. Considering filing a fraud claim with my credit card company.

              Hi reading all your problems about your blankets I just received mine last week & was very pleased the thing I’m not pleased with is (I received all emails on everything I ordered) except for the clutch which charged my account . Anyone order the clutch & actually get it?

              I too ordered 2 blankets right after it aired on TV. Got e-mail confirmation but no blankets as of today. Called the company (323)923-0170 today and they couldn’t confirm it but they think that Fed Ex LOST MY PACKAGE! Fed Ex cannot determine where it is although the company has a record of the order being processed. I have to wait until Jan. 9th to see 1) if the package shows up, or 2) if I get a refund or the items reshipped. When asked why they couldn’t track where it is – the response was “Fed Ex has so many packages to deliver at this time of year that some fall through the cracks”. HMMM… and I thought UPS was bad!!!!!!! Too bad they were Xmas presents 🙁

              P.S. My friend in Michigan received hers last Saturday with no problems.

                When I received an e-mail with the FedEx tracking number, I call FedEx (last week) and they told me that the numbers provided me were not valid. I have checked every single day and the numbers were never valid. I called my bank, told them what has happened and that I want to dispute the charge. Now, my bank will go after these guys. So tired of this…it shouldn’t be this exhausing to spend my own money…it was hard enough to get it…right? I fell like a victim of fraud.

              I ordered blankets and only received half my order. I was patient and waited until the 23rd as the email confirmation stated that some orders may not be sent until then. I still haven’t received anything and don’t know how or who to contact about this. Any suggestions ?

      I just ordered plum, black, and giraffe (those last two on Maree’s advice above). I played with it for a few minutes and found that if you entered one or more of the colors that are out of stock, then the entire order shows up out of stock. However, if you play with the different colors (and I eliminated taupe and burgandy) and went with the ones you figure out they have in stock, then you can get all items on one order. The shipping amount is applied to every other item, so I got three with shipping for only two.

WHATA STEAL THAT WAS AND A NO BRAINER ESPECIALLY SINCE THERE WAS SKINCARE FROM HEAD TO TOE AND THEN THEY HAD THE FULL SIZE GINGERBREAD GIRL SHOWER GEL WHCI USUALLY COST 16-18 BUCKS FOR THE SIZE THAT CAME IN THERE AND A FULL SIZE BODY LOTION OR BUTTER ,WHICH RETAILS USUALLY 18-20 HERE. . THINK FOR YOU JUST ON TUESDAYS IF YOU CAN IT WOULD BE SO WORTH IT TO SET THE ALARM FOR 6AM TO GET TO THE COMPUTER. I WOULD IN A HEARTBEAT ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE PRICES.     This is regarding Linda’s “Pure Fiber” order in October. I also was concerned when
    the product didn’t arrive when stated, but I just received the 2 throws Dec. 2nd and I love them! Very luxurious and so soft and cuddly! You will be pleased with them.

    All other companies sent me an email if the product was going to take longer than expected. Almost all have come on time. I make a note on the receipt I print re the
    shipping time. I have ordered many items since October, and ordered a clutch and
    blanket today.

      I ORERED IN OCTOBER,MY CARD WAS CHARGED IN FULL, I JUST CHECKED WITH THEM AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE OVERWHELMED WITH ORDERS AND I WILL NOT BE RECEIVING THE THROWS UNTIL WELL AFTER CHRISTMAS. THESE WERE FOR GIFTS. THEY ARE WILLING TO CREDIT MY CARD, BUT THIS STILL LEAVES ME IN THE LURCH FOR GIFTS AFTER A 2 MONTH WAIT, PROMISES THAT WERE NOT FULFILLED, A BILL THAT WAS PAID IN FULL, INCLUDING HIGH SHIPPING.     Just a thought…IF anyone is familiar with Clark Howard…last weekend he talked about these type of “deals” on his show…might want to listen to what he says before buying these deals.

        I feel rediculous. Has anyone else received their blankets today? Were they delivered by mail for FedEx? I keep checking my e-mail and the tracking numbers they provided but still haven’t seen anything. I am hopeful but nervous.

            I ordered 4 blankets from the Destiny Collection deal and never received an email, but was charged. One blanket came without a packing slip via fed ex, but had a different phone number listed. So I called, no answer…then I called the today show, they gave me a different number. It didn’t work either, so I called the today show back and they are “working” on it. Fingers crossed!!

      As long as you have a confirmation number, it probably went through. It takes a while to get the email sometimes. Wait a little longer unless you can take the risk of making two orders.

    I can’t tell if my order for knives went through, my computer said “processing” forever after I put in credit card info and hit “submit”. I tried to call and they couldn’t tell me whether they recieved my order or not.

    I also was told that the throws were sold out. At the advice of another person that left a comment, I tried again and ordered two of the giraffe throws and it took my order!!!
    They should have a way of letting customers know that certain colors are no longer available, instead of the message, “The throws are sold out”, which is certainly not the case!

    I bought these throws to put in my dogs crate 🙂 Certainly much better than a flimsy fleece throw that I usually pay $10.00 for. My dog is a King Charles Cavalier and sheds
    like crazy, so these throws will work perfectly for her crate!

    I ordered ruffle shawls from April Marin & Co. on Oct. 18th and have not received them as of today. The cost was charged to my credit card the next day, so they were paid for, but no merchandise. Besides the 2 e-mails I have sent what else can I do????

    I wish I could tell you that I had a positive experience (NOT). I called immediately after I placed the order to cancel. A representative told me I would have to call back this afternoon because the order had just been placed (RED FLAG). I called this afternoon and first spoke to Smit who said that he would give me a discount of $40.00 if I kept the order. I said “No” he then said he would give me $60.00 if I kept the order. I declined and reinstated that I wanted to cancel the order. He then said that I could not cancel, because the order was already processed and mailed. I told him that I had a hard time believing that. I then spoke to a “Supervisor” Ronnie ….he stated the same thing as Smit. I usually check the BBB before I place an order. This time I did not. So my message is that you really have to check these “Steals and Deals” out. Merry Christmas

    I ordered APRILMARIN TODAY SHOW SPECIAL OFFER in October. I haven’t received the three shawls that I ordered yet. My credit card has been charged. Is this a scam?

      Ann,
      Call the number on the charge on the credit web site or go to the web site and send them an email with your confirmation number. I’ve ordered several times from these deals and I’ve not had any problems. They get so many orders that it takes a while.

      I’m wondering the same about the towels from November. Huge charge for garbage. I would contest the charge as soon as possible. I hope I have learned my lesson.

      I originally emailed the company after 4 weeks looking for my order, they stated they were back ordered and would be a few weeks longer. After another month I had e-mailed the AprilMarin company again to cancel my order for 1 shawl and received an e-mail back stating it already shipped. When it arrived there were 2 in the package. They just arrived Dec. 8th. I was not pleased with the shawl.

    I purchased scarves from Erge design on OCTOBER 5th, and still have not received my order. They were quick to take my money! I told them I was going to report them to Today Show, and they said that the Today Show was aware there was a 6 – 8 week lag to get the product. It is now NINE WEEKS, and no product in sight!

    I ordered the ultra plush towels and am very very very disappointed!! They are flat, thin and flawed. There are holes in them, large bug parts in the bags, red fuzz stuck to the inside folds and large imperfections that run the length of the towels. The hems are irregularly sewn and they are not particularly soft. The company says I can send them back but there will be no refunds or exchanges. Sounds like I’m talking to “Peggy”.

    The towels were from SL Home although the charge on my credit card was confusing and looked suspect from the beginning. I will not trust this company or Today show deals again.

      I ordered two comforter sets and one curtain set when they offered it as a deal and received my items. This is a legit company and I have no complaints.

    I ordered scarf from erge designs my scarf was wrong color I ordered black, but got it in white, I have contacted them twice by email, but no reply, it took long time to get scarf, only to be disappointed, Never buying from them again

    I did not get email confirmation when I bought the Kenneth Cole wallets. I did purchase the philosophy gift set several weeks ago. This was a great deal and I have rec’d. The blankets I ordered yesterday with no problem an did receive email confirmation. I do agree however that the shipping is expensive and I have been looking at blankets an agree I could have done better locally on the price. So I will be very careful in the future what I order. Also I saw the kenneth cole wallets at our local BJ’s same PRICE!!!!!without the shipping cost. That REALLY disappointed me. SO BUYERS BEWARE…think twice

    The company selling the knife set is World Class LLC, with a P.O. Box address in California and their website is http://www.worldclassknifeset.com.
    I make custom hand-made knives and I have nothing to do with them. I own the domain name http://www.worldclassknives.com and live in Dallas, Georgia. When their site started having problems yesterday, folks called and emailed me. As I said, I have nothing to do with them. Please do not send your complaints to me.

    I am becoming extremely upset with my Danielle Stevens Jewelry purchase…I ordered from steals n deals back in early October and still have not received my order, yet they have charged my account for the purchase. I have emailed the company 5 times with no response and even called several times only to reach a message that states “they are not taking messages at this time”. Not sure what to do now and feeling totally ripped off….

      I too am frustrated. I emailed last week to check on the status of my order. I did receive a reply that said my item was being shipped “this week” which was last week. They said I would receive an email confirming shipment. No email received. No item received. Emailed again today. No response. Is there really no recourse?!?! Won’t be ordering from these Deals ever again….seem to be more “steals” and not in a good way!!

        I called the Today Show yesterday and they told me that there were no Danielle Stevens items on the Steals and Deals on Oct 18. Made me feel like I was losing my mind! They did give me a different email: daniellestevens@aol.com
        I sent an email yesterday to that address and received a response today saying that my item is leaving the warehouse today and she provided me a tracking number. We’ll see!!!

    I know that the today show site states that we should contact the companies directly if we have problems but I’m not sure thats possible in this case. I discovered the segment a few weeks ago and loved it so much that I checked out previous airings to see some of the stuff you had offered. I wanted the yogen charger so I went to their site chargerforlife.com to order it. I ordered it but they haven’t sent me anything and when I email them, its the standard response they sent when they first charged my credit card. In addition, the email they have listed seems to be one that is linked to the today show site for some reason. It was TODAYSHOW@CHARGERFORLIFE.COM. I want some answers. Please help! I thought they were a reputable company since it was featured on the today show!

    I ordered two blankets from destiny Collection throw from the steals and deals on 12/06/11. And I called 1(323) 923-0170 Bhart & Harish international LLC to get information on when they would be coming in and thy tell you if ur order has been boxed and shipped out to a FedEx near you. Once they let you know that then within days your suppose to get a email from FedEx letting you know about your package. But then line rings for 1:25 so you will have to be patient and hold I till they answer you.

        My card was charged too but yesterday when I called they told me that the blankets were in boxes getting ready to be shipped out to where we live and that in 2-3 days I would get a email from FedEx letting me know the tracking number so that u can track my order. And thy also told me that I would get a email for the FedEx tracking number in the email address that I provided them with. If I where you I would call the number that I posted and ask what’s going on with the orders they open at 8:30 east cost time.

    BEWARE FUTURE CUSTOMERS of Jill’s Steals & Deals. I ordered the World’s Best Bra in September and the size was wrong when I finally got them in November. I contacted the company and they told me that I can not return them for the correct size even though it was their fault. They said sales are final. I checked the transcript for that day and it definitely did not say sales were final for the bras. I did not realize that these “steals” means that WORLD’S BEST BRA WOULD BE STEALING FROM ME!!! What kind of business does not allow returns if the size is wrong??? SHAME ON THE TODAY SHOW for being associated with such a company. I have always trusted the Today Show – but no more!!!

    Just wanted to let people know of the horrific experience I have had with ordering the 18 piece Knife set offered two weeks ago. Originally placed the order online…no confirmation came. Called 12.10.11 & no order listed w/Co. Ordered again w/credit card # again. Called today to follow up…no order. They cannot find order under my name but want the cc # again to try & track that way. Spoke to supervisor & he appologized & tried to sell me another knife set for $69.95…original deal was 29.95. Will never order again from these supposed “deals” . Very concerned that my cc # is floating out there.

    I am disappointed!!!

    I jumped on the Magaschoni ‘steal’ (12/2 steals & deals) and ordered a beautiful cashmere scarf for my sister’s birthday. My order sat in “awaiting fulfillment” status for over a week and now for the past three days it’s been in “awaiting shipment” status. I finally had to request they cancel my order since I won’t receive it in time for my sister’s birthday.

    I don’t know what the cause of the delay is, there was nothing noted on my order confirmation, nor have I received any email correspondence from the company regarding issues or delays. In fact, they haven’t responded to any of my email inquiries so I’m not even confident they’ll receive and/or acknowledge my cancellation request.

    In the future, “Jill” might want to do a bit more research and make sure these companies are able to handle the high demand that being showcased on the Today Show might create.

    I bought into the Moss Mills clutch and bought 4 for presents. well they came today and they are not worth the “good deal”” I got them for. they are so cheap looking and there is no way to get in touch with them thru this site. I spent over $150.00 charged to my credit card and these things I would be ashamed to give as a present. junk, junk, junk…..Jill if you read this I would appreciate a response/thanks

    I ordered the knife set on Dec 6 early and got this same message on the 7th. Sent E-Mail to Today Show and got no reply. Called same and was talking to a Peggy in India. Had to transfer to someone that I could understand then she told me to be patient as it takes 7 to 10 day and assured me it would be here today or tomorrow. While it’s tomorrow and I get this E-Mail from them. If it ever comes I still won’t go this route again. I would think the today show would check out these offers before allowing them on the air.

    Wow, I ordered the Knives, the Candles and the (2) Blankets.
    I received the Knives and the Candles on the 14th; I received the Blankets yesterday on the 17th. I am so amazed of how soon all of my items came in well before time for Christmas. I received emails from each company immediately after purchase. I received emails for confirmation of package tracking from two of the companies. Overall, very pleased with the overall process from ordering to delivery.

    BLANKETS:
    The Blanket are so SOFT!!! I could not wait. I used one of them last night. Hmm, it’s going to be difficult to decide whom shall receive the other one. 🙂

    CANDLES:
    The Candles have been lighting since the first day. I love all of the scents. These candles are Excellent, Excellent and are absolutely Excellent. When you blow them out, white smoke instead of the black smoke that generates from candles with Lead. These soy candles are a Nice green gift to myself. I would never have known how great soy candles could perform if it was not for this steal. Great size for the price. Truly this was a Deal & a Steal. The scents have already gotten me through some deadlines this week. Thanks Jill!!!

    KNIVES:
    The knives are cool.
    The handles are not the best quality. However, for $30 dollars, the blades are actually great. I would not have spent more than that if I saw them in store. So, bittersweet deal, with Excellent Delivery and packaged very Well. I still give Jill and A for this deal as well. I would never have tried them. I’m enjoying chopping lettuce for my salads. I even ordered the peeler for $5.95. Amazing. I also ordered the other additional Santoku knife at $5.95, I can not find these two items at the quality received for this cost. Again, it was a Deal & a Steal!!!! Thanks Jill.

    I give Jill an A + for this week of deals. I can’t wait until next year!!!

    I ordered a Kenneth Cole wallet promoted on Jill’s Deals and Steals. The wallet was being offered from a company called A.D. Apparel Group. I didn’t find out until I received the purchase confirmation in my email that the wallet wouldn’t ship for 1 to 2 weeks after the purchase. It’s been over 2 weeks now and I still haven’t received my “deal.” And the only “steal” I’ve seen so far is how my credit card was charged immediately for this elusive purchase. The A.D. Apparel Group is refusing to reply to my email concerning this purchase. I’ll keep watching Today, but I will never again pay attention to Jill and her bogus deals.

Speaking from experience, they will not reply to your email. Looks like we will just have to wait it out (like the majority of others who purchased something).

Today I received an e-mail (filtered as junk) stating the “Calvin Klein” wallet was shipped via USPS on December 17th and will arrive on December 21st. I wonder what a Calvin Klein wallet looks like versus the one I actually ordered?

    My daughters and I received our knives and are wondering what the heck we ordered. Yes they are knives but they are NOT the typical knives you get in a knife set. We tried to find the Today Show video–does anyone remember if the knives were displayed out of the wood block? We can’t figure out how all three of us missed what kind of knives were in the set. We are all stuck with knives we will never use. For the first time (been doing Steals and Deals from the beginning) I am really upset I can not return an item. Of course even if I could I guess the shipping charge would not make it worth it..
    Wondering – is anyone else disappointed with the types of knives they received? I read the posting above and Dionne seems to like hers. We just thought we were getting a “typical” knife set-Not what we got. (we are not disappointed about the quality- as we have not used them- we are disappointed in the type of knives we received).

    Now that I am posting I would like to comment on the posts about quality. I too had to question the quality of some of the items I received. I shrugged it off telling myself I didn’t pay the FULL retail price so no big deal….but after several jewlry items and a scraf that didn’t seem worth the “Steal” price I am starting to rethink my purchases on Steals and Deals. Not only is the quality disappointing (on some items) but then the Outragous shipping costs don’t make the “Cheap Quality” items a steal. Receiving a bracelet said to retail in the hundres that truly only seemed to be the quality of the price I paid—are people really paying hundreds for these poor quality items??? Or are the retail prices a scam??

    I don’t want to bad-mouth Jill (love her) or the Today Show (love it) to anyone reading this—be caution what you purchase. My daughters and I got some great Deals and loved some of the products (went back and purchased more) but it was mostly skin products or food—- (except the Aerosole boots that my daughters love for the price) but other then these items not great quality on the others–AND it’s that ship price that elevates the price and then no longer make a poor quality items seem like a steal.

    I have NOT received the blankets! After calling the ONE person that works for this company, there is apparently some missing packages! The status of the shipment is in the “initiated” stage and has been since the 8th! In other words, I will NOT receive this by Christmas, and I have to wait a few days before they will initate a refund to me because they aren’t sure where the package is. I am wondering if this is a total ploy to take my money, and cannot believe the Today Show would not investigate the companies they are featuring products for on their show a little more closely. Especially considering that this company’s website is no longer there, and this is probably someone shiping these things from their home and were not experienced with large orders. I am just hoping I actually receive my refund, and they aren’t just putting me off until they can take my money and run!

    I ordered 2 blankets, and the world class knife set….I have yet to receive anything. I placed the order 5 mins after the segment was over on the today show on dec 6th. I have found some great information from reading all these postings and i really hope I receive my items before xmas, since they are presents. Guess I should be more leary of what i buy from Jill’s Deals and Steals…..They really should check the websites and company’s before they broadcast I think….I guess I should pay more attention to Bobby’s segments on kathy lee and hoda instead. Hope I get my stuff in the nxt cple of days….thanks everyone for all the posts…

      I got my blankets just right now. I called 1323 923 0170 and I asked what was going on and the gave me my tracking number. Then once I had that I called 18002221811 and they told me that I should be getting them in 2-3 days but I just received them!

    Regarding the 11/22 segment of Jill’s Steals and Deals. I received the Jana Feifer Bag today. This tote was sold as follows: “The Jana Feifer leather tote bags feature a croc design on the sides that feel buttery soft to the touch.” Clearly, this quote from the website is selling a leather tote. The tote is 100% PVC with leather trim. I feel like, intentional or not, this is false advertising. This bag is hideous and smells bad. Jill may want to vet her products and vendors better. This is an $80 bag/valued at $395 that I am stuck with as its a “final sale”. Because of this negative experience and lack of trust, I can not buy any of your “steals” any longer. I’m really upset and angry and would have chosen not to purchase this if I would have known it wasn’t 100% leather.

      I was horrified to receive this crappy bag the other day. There is no way it ever cost $395.00, and I, like you, thought I could trust the Today show to be showcasing an item that was not a fraud. She never mentioned PVC when describing this “buttery soft” leather bag on her segment. It stinks! I hate PVC, and would never have ordered it had I known it was not 100% leather. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! I think I will try to get my money bag through my bank if I don’t get anywhere with their “customer service”. I am also emailing the Today show and Jill Martin. They should be ashamed to be associated with such a fraudulent company!

    Did anyone order the Moss Mills clutch from the December 6th show? Has anyone had any problems receiving them? I ordered one, and receieved confirmation of the purchase, and my card was charged, with delivery guaranteed by the 23rd (tomorrow!), but it hasn’t come, and I haven’t gotten any confirmation of shipment email from the company either. Starting to worry I got ripped off. On another note, I ordered the knives at the same time, and they came, and I am VERY happy with them! its the first nice set of knives I’ve owned, and I am really enjoying them.
