   I think you do have to be a member. It ask for your membership ID number.

   I just filled out the form ignoring the membership ID info, and got a message that my samples would be sent in 4-6 weeks..

   Thanks! you can leave the membership # blank and it will go through. It is not required (yet). =)

   most forms will put a star by the fields that are required (it usually says this some place near the form) and on this form there is no star by the membership ID number when there are stars by the other things like your name

   Got one, thanks! I just love my collection of sample shampoo and conditioners packets. I work full time and some mornings I adore trying a different brand as it takes the dreary druge out of the 6am shower. I get about 3 uses out of the sample packs because even though I have long hair, it is very fine.

   Sometimes for Sam’s club samples the membership ID is required because I get a message after I hit submit that says membership ID required, even though there is no asterisk requiring it. (This one does not) When it does that, I just type in the number that is in the sample picture they provide and it goes right through! Try it sometime if it asks for your ID and you don’t have one!

    Yes,
    Many people are having the same problem. It must have broke because of the overwhelming traffic. Instead, click on the samples tab on their website and scroll down the page until you see the sample Dove. Then you can sign up from there to recieve the sample. Also, remember that the User ID is NOT required and you can leave it blank when ordering the sample.
