lol I was just coming to complain. I’m not even going to try, my walmart won’t take it and it’s not worth the fight.
Tell me about it! Walmart is always talking about how they will match everyone’s prices, or take their competitors coupons, or even printables. But whenever you try to use them, they always have a reason why you can’t. Walmart really has me frustrated. It does not good to complain either. They just look at you like your some nut job out to still everything they have!
They gave us a hard time to. The CMA on duty said that they would not take my internet coupons and he did not like them. I called the main walmart office and complained, got a call back from the manager of the walmart I went to and she apoligized and said that the CMA was being made to take a class on taking coupons. HAHA I am going back to the same walmart tomorrow with more internet coupons, I hope I get the same CMA.

Last week I tried using a coupon that was going to have about $.14 overage, and the CMA at the time said I couldn’t use it because it was over the price of the item and her words to me were “we are not going to freaking give you $.14 free” I explained that it was wal-mart’s policy and she told me I couldn’t go by what the policy said. I thought it was weird that she would say that, but decided not to argue with her.
They are usually worried about losing their jobs. It’s unfortunate that they are so misinformed.
HAHAHA! I literally LOL’d at this! I’m so tired of people looking at us like we’re crazy if *gasp* we might actually get something free with a coupon. It’s called Google, and they could do it too if they wanted!
To Print you should be able to right click and it will give you a choice to print the picture(coupon). then your regular print box should come up.

Really bad idea from these people. At Walmart there is already the typical “ghetto” attitudes and then we are supposed to take a coupon to them. I know already that all 5 of my local city Wal-marts are going to turn into a big hassle. They don’t even take coupons from the newspaper correctly if the product in my cart isn’t the same as the product pictured. Example: Tide travel size! (when there’s no exclusions printed) I’d rather give all my money to Target where there is no hassle. No bias, just my opinion.
Tell me about it! I don’t even go to Walmart anymore, as they make such an issue out of each and every single coupon I have. It’s really bad because they totally just make up the rules as they go, and each store has the right to refuse any coupon for any reason. They treat me and other couponers as if we are criminals. No one is listening to my complaints, so I just choose to spend my money elsewhere. Example #455 why that awful show ruined it for everyone.
I went to walmart yesterday because I wanted to have them honor the kmart deal for doubling a coupon up to $2. They did it and didn’t put a limit on how many I could do. I doubled probably 60. I bought two toys and they pointed out that other stores have BOGO half off .. gave me that deal. It was the BEST experience I had EVER had. I was so pleased I went to tell the manager how impressed I was. I did have the coupon for the tide and they explained they couldn’t do it anymore because a different company manufactures those tides. I said .. no biggee .. I understand. Not a big deal .. its one load of laundry. Target had NeVeR taken my tide coupons before. Target gives me WAY more of a hassle. Plus they do not allow you to use the same coupon more than 5 times. It is funny how each store in each state differs. 😉

The print beneath the coupon says I have to purchase $10 worth of Say Yes Products before qualifying for the $3 off…So I guess the lip balm will still be free but I have to buy $7 worth of stuff to get the lip balm free…Not sure that’s worth it.

as many as you like, they are using the honor code, I have 1 computer so I printed 2 (how much brinks would allow) but you can do as you please 🙂
It does say only one coupon per purchase so if someone really wanted to clear the shelves it would be a huge pain in the butt!! And yes, I do know there are people out there that will do it anyway b/c they have nothing better to do with themselves 🙁

“one per purchase” on the coupon means that if you purchase one product you can only use one manu. coupon towards that one product. that is so people know you cant use 3 $3/1 coupon to get one $9 product for free 🙂 HTH

I just printed two, and THEN decided to check the Walmart website to see if my local walmart sold them. Nope! Thank goodness they don’t expire soon and I can use them when I go a couple towns over 🙂

If I tried to print the whole facebook page, the coupon didn’t even show up. So I right clicked on the coupon and chosde “open image in new tab” (because I didn’t have a print image option), and then printed it from the new tab.
that’s what I had to do too.
I did that too but then saved the image, brought it into my photo editor, cropped it down to just the coupon and was able to print multiples on a page if I decided. I did two prints on one page with way less ink and paper that way. 🙂
HATE Walmart! It says it is a manufacturer coupon but then the fine print says only at Walmart. Grrrr!
My walmart is great with coupons. As long as it doesn’t do the dreaded beep, they don’t even pay attention to it. And usually if it beeps, they just manually push it on through because the checkers simply don’t give a crap. It’s the price matching that I’ve had to whip out their policy for…and even then, they won’t always give in. Especially when the dreaded floor manager is called over. I swear, those managers always seem to hate life.
I am worried to use this coupon because it doesn’t have a picture of the product on it! How can I check online if my Walmart carries it in store? Would it be in the chapstick/meds section or the makeup section?

All my walmarts will give me a hassle about this one because its a pdf coupon. They love to call coupon fraud all the time and will post pics of legitimate coupons at every register and state they are fraudulent and not to accept them. not worth the hassle or embarassment for some lip balm. I have tons of lip balm anyhow. Wish it was a bricks or news paper coupon…bummer.

A caution at Walmart: Make sure you count how many coupons came off on your receipt. The last THREE times I went to Walmart they scanned the internet coupons, they beeped like they went through, but when I looked at the receipt the amounts hadn’t been taken off.
However, when I pointed this out, this particular Walmart was very quick to give me a refund in the amount of the coupons. It’s still a hassle. Who knows how many times that has happened before I noticed it. Frustrating.
I have had this issue as well and was sent to customer service to retrieve my money…who they then went to the cashier, and then went to get manager, it is always a hassle. Caution to when doing a price match, make sure they take off the original price scan, my cashier 4 times has said there is an X on the screen…”do you see”, “that means I took it back off”, however I said “but its adding and did not subtract so your incorrect. Make them stop and check, each time they didn’t take off. Already a hassle at customer service to get back money for an item full price you do not have, then that person is likely to question the price match too. I have only had 3 employees not give me a problem with price match and one manager…everyone else the old store csr got his hands on the cashiers and they are making you show the add
I cannot tell you how many times I have had the same exact thing happen. Multiple times!!!!
Same with me, the last two times I’ve used coupons there, they haven’t gone through. I always make sure to count how many coupons I’m using before I give it to them and then make sure all of them ring up. I had to point it out the last two times that they didn’t all scan. They had to get someone to open the drawer and give me the cash back for the coupons. I think the only inconvenience was with the people waiting behind me.
I finally had a checker confirm what I have believed for a long time. She was being great with my coupons yesterday. One beeped and she checked and said – “Oh, it seemed like it went through, but it didn’t. Let me scan it again.” I believed this many times before, but it was nice for her to actually acknowledge it and do the right thing.
I ALWAYS count my coupons before I hand them to the cashier. It’s the only way I know for sure that they all went through.

I hope these work, I just had a hard time at Target. I went for the Glade deal and it didnt take off my 4 glade coupons! I overpaid by about $8 and hubby was rushing me, waiting in the car with the kids so I didnt have a chance to go back. I called and they “cant find” my coupons in the girls register..how convenient. So im going tomorrow to return everything, ugh.
THe girl at the register said they can only accept one coupon per item, meaning i couldnt stack target AND manuf. q’s so I didnt argue i just paid and went to cust service where the rep confirmed I could and gave me my $2 back for the playtex sippy cups deal. I’ve noticed that around this time of year, it seems that some of the cashiers get careless or maybe distracted by the idea of getting off of work that they fail to scan coupons properly. It’s happened to me at Kroger (twice), Target (once), and Walmart (once).
Our Wal-marts do not carry these ;(
i hope they scan too. my favorite cashier at wal-mart said they’ve been dealing with a lot of fraudulent internet coupons lately, so they take extra caution when scanning them.
I have heard this for dollar general, they wont take internet at my location even though the policy says they do and they can be black and white. The manager even said mine where missing something and where a fraud…he would not verify what they where missing, said “I can’t tell you that”. Well I had no idea coupons.com and smartsource and target put out fraudulant manufacture coupons because that is where mine came from. I have never even seen a fraud coupon so I dont understand how people are getting these, but I know I’m not one. Then this manager on my next visit wouldn’t take my coupons out of the sunday paper, he kept saying you can’t use on this. I think he has lost his mind because Every Coupon was correct, I even read them to him, he said ” well see these two coupons….they are cut the same and line up which means you buy them and they are now voided”, he crinkled them and threw them out…I in return said “well I learned to buy two newspapers because you save more and often nead two of each at walgreens and riteaid for there sales”, he said “go there then”. I told him to give me my coupons back and I gladly would….then he threatened the police for coupon fraud..I also said “You have sold me two papers many times,so I will tell them you are the fraud and to arrest you for harrassment and distruction of property”. NEEDLESS to say I have never shopped in there again.

Yes, definitely call corporate. People forget customers are the reason why they even have a job.
The last time I price matched at Walmart, I literally spent an hour at the register trying to buy my groceries. Not because I had a lot of items. Maybe about $40 worth. But the clerk didn’t know how to enter the price matches, and if a coupon beeped she didn’t know how to handle it. She called for help for nearly every item and finally had me take the remaining items to another register. Needless to say, people kept getting in the line after me. I kept telling them that it might take a while. Some got mad at me. It was so frustrating that I have not attempted to price match at Walmart since then!
I would go through the chain of commands and let the Wal Mart manager know of your experience, and the result of your future shopping, or lack thereof at Wal Mart. If that doesn’t produce the desired results, contact corporate.
We are blessed to have, finally, a super Wal Mart in two towns about 50 miles apart that is very coupon/price match friendly, which means that I do shop there much more than I ever use to because of convenience/gas savings/time, etc.
Was talking to one of the cashiers and complimenting her several months ago about how friendly all were and how easy they made shopping at that store. She and the Customer Service lady that happened to come up, of course were pleased to hear that. I stated that I was truely impressed, because not all Wal Marts were like that. She said they were supposed to be. I asked if there were any mileage distances on price comparisons, as long as I had the ad.
“No!” she stated, “We are not even allowed to ask to see the ad-just determine if the price seems reasonable.” I told her that I was told at another store that they would not do it because it was over 50 miles, which it probably wasn’t. C.S. even had copies of the new coupon policy run off & gave me a copy. What a gem! She advised to let corporate know because she said that they do not want stores doing this. After this I do much more of my shopping at Wal Mart, because I am no longer afraid to try to use coupons or comparison shopping. Good wishes to all of you. Let corporate know which stores are the bad apples.

I have 2 Walmart’s within 10 miles of me & I got 3 at a time at each store – NO hassle at either one! 🙂 The first store did have to call someone down to the register from accounting, though, because all the barcodes are the same (since it’s a PDF). He just looked at the coupons for a couple seconds & OK’d it! I think I may go get more, since these are GREAT little gifts for my younger cousins, nieces, friend’s kids, etc.
Tallahassee doesn’t have them. 🙁

Which store did you check?
I went online and typed in 32311 for my store location. It told me that none of the stores in a 50 mile radius carried these. Or any of the product line, for that matter.
I went to Walmart last night to buy the ingredients to make banana pudding for a family reunion. There were peelies for free bananas when you bought Nilla wafers on the boxes. I needed two boxes of the cookies anyway, so I grabbed enough bananas for the pudding and some to keep at the house. Now, the coupon said “up to 55 cents” and I ALREADY knew that my bananas would be more than that, but I needed them for the recipe and wasn’t going to NOT use the other free coupon. As the cashier started scanning my coupons…the free bananas completely confused her. She scanned and VOIDED my bananas SEVEN times. Each time, taking a banana off each bunch trying to get the weight to less than a pound so that the cost would be LESS than 55 cents. I told her that if she would just enter the value of the coupon that I would automatically be paying the cost of the difference and she looked at me like I was nuts! There were ONLY THREE registers open…but I wasn’t leaving without my free bananas!

After all these posts, I think I will skip this coupon. A couple weeks ago my Walmart would not take a dog food coupon and told me it was fraudulent. I tore it up and informed them that I was not a couponer that commits fraud. I am an honest couponer. I had printed it from a link on another savings site. It said coupons.com on it, but I guess they look for the bar code and the yellow dots in the top where the expiration date is. This one did not have the yellow dots. I have had not issues with price matching, but I have a ‘list” of cashiers I do not go to because they are so slow or 1 that can never figure out how to scan a coupon and make sure it comes off. I mean if my coupon does not scan and give me the discount, then they get money for a coupon that did give me, the consumer, any savings.

You should let corporate know. I had someone at Walmart tell me I was using a fraudulent coupon. I DO NOT use fraudulent coupons (it was a printed coupon from bricks) and I was so embarrassed. I sent an email to corporate and they got ahold of the manager at that Walmart. Two people called me and apologized profusely and gave me a Walmart giftcard for the inconvenience. The manager of my local store told me that his wife coupons so he understand how time consuming it is and then for someone to tell you that you are a thief just for using a coupon is so wrong. He was very nice and couldn’t have handled the situation better.
YELLOW DOTS!!!! My WM is the same…no “yellow dots” means no go on the coupon. That means I can’t use coupon network or smartsource coupons there either! I had one CSM tell me I couldn’t use a coupon for a product because the picture on the coupon wasn’t the exact same as the product I was using the coupon for even though the coupon clearly stated ANY of this brands products. I’ve come to the conclusion that I must boycott WM and have gotten most of my family and friends to do the same. Now I do all my shopping at Target WAGS and the Commissary which are all coupon angels!
Lord! These horror stories of shopping with your coupons are making me scared to use coupons anymore! I’ve had a few issues, but nothing as major as some of the things I’ve read. I just printed 10 and brought them to my walmart along with the print out of their exact page it came from and they had no problem accepting them because I could prove where they came from.
I did use this one and boy did it take forever!!!! I bought the chapstick. The lady thought I was buying carrots LOL!!! Anyways they had to have 5 people check it over. It did not scan and the manager had to put it in manually.
Went to today and had no problems, mine scanned and I walked out happy. Thanks Collin for this little freebie!

I was so excited that my Walmart carried this product. I actually printed off 8 coupons and thought I may as well try. I had no problem using any of them. I printed out two and am kinda scared to use them :\ I’ve been to Walmart 2xs this month, 1st time the cashier told me they only take Kroger coupons and tonight the cashier ( who I could not understand because he barely spoke English) told me I couldn’t use my coupons because a few were higher than the price of the item, and he said my printed policy wasn’t legit, and then went on to say I can only use the coupon for the item pictured even though the coupons said ANY. And said I was committing a fraud 😐
Two trips to customer service and maaaaybe a slight hint of a smug “I told you so” later, I was FINALLY able to get my free lip butter! Man, Walmart was NOT having this coupon! My cashier literally got out a magnifying glass and then exclaimed that she would NOT accept it. She called a manager over who said their coupon policy is that if it doesn’t scan, they won’t take it (?!) so I went to CS and another manager happily took care of it. What an ordeal, though. I hate leaving a store feeling humiliated because of coupons. 🙁
Today it took 4 CSM’s looking at the coupon to tell me they wouldn’t take it because Walmart does not have manufactured coupons so this is a “fraudulent” coupon and I have been scammed. She even tried to tell me that any a coupon is off of the facebook page it is normally a scam. Yea it was frustrating I will be going back tomorrow morning when the coupon friendly cashiers are there. On top of this I had the manager at Rite aid tell me the Resses VV coupon would not work with the resses tree, because they would not “give make it so things can be free”.
It was not a good coupon day for me!

I went to walmart today to use this coupon and at first the cashier who was also a manager thought it was for a bag of carrots, then had to go and check to see if they could even take this coupon. Once she came back she told me that she couldnt take the coupon because they had never seen it before and i wasnt purchasing the product it was for. When i showed the cashier that it was for the correct product she proceeded to call over two more managers to look at the coupon. One of them actually had the nerve to accuse me of making the coupon myself and that it wasnt a real coupon. I always go to this walmart and have never had any problems until today. i just couldnt believe the way they were treating me.
I along with a bunch of us should call walmart about this, it is so humiliating being treated like a thief, I had the whole facebook page to prove it, said Id comment back on my try…..WELL be prepared to be misstreated as I was as well. I am a customer who pays, not a thief, I am so sick of this crap…the employess dont even know the store policy because they are not allowed to read it at home, its considered off the clock, and yet they refuse to learn it at work…no accountability. Are you aware the cameras at register also record sound? Thats what I was told when complaining that I shouldnt lie because they can hear the audio. I am already aware of that because of a prior manager telling me she was prepared to fire an employee who cust at me. Nobody is doing anything the same or even following the store policy set by corporate…not the store..and not the manager..and certainly not the cashier. If you ask me there are too many stages of employment there, thats why all the confusion. If each cashier has 4 levels of managers…WHICH one do you listen to? There are still great employees but to far and few at this point.

2 of my local Walmarts didn’t carry the limp balm but carried all the other facial products. Everything was $6 and up…then I saw a “travel size” pack of 10 facial wipes for $2.97 hanging next to the full size stuff. The limp balm isn’t sold there at all. So that’s another option for the coupon. It was in the beauty section by the burt’s bee’s stuff.
I’ve used this coupon twice now. Both times there was not a problem. I used it on the 10 pack of facial wipes.
Had no beeps or no problems using this coupon. My Walmart was out of lip butter, but I used them on the travel 10count cucumber facial wipes for 2.97. They were hanging on the side and I did find them near the Burts Bee’s stuff.
