All you need to do is print the coupon found here and follow the directions listed on the coupon (just be sure that you have the cashier scan your Reward’s card or enter your Reward’s number)!     I have $10 from duracell battery if i use that to pay for this ear bud will i get the reward?

      No, Staples rewards do not roll.

    i did the battery deal a few weeks ago and have gotten my staples reward. Can I do it again?

      Yes, you can do the battery deal again (it is 2 per week through 12/31) but do not use your rewards to buy anything with 100% rewards. Staples rewards do not roll.

    does anyone know if all the skullcandy buds have that awful skull pic on them? my kids are always needing new earbuds (they have a penchant for breaking them), but don’t want to bother finding a staples (we’re traveling) if they all have the skull on them…

      Yes theyhave the skull on them. At my store they had pink, purple, green, blue and black.

    I think my sales girl totally messed me up…..she said I could use two coupons, and a $10 reward coupon that I had, so I paid 10+tax out of pocket…..came home to input my rewards, and it said only 1 per household (even though I asked her if I could use two)….so, now I have to return one and hope they give me my cash back and can figure out they owe me the $10 and hope they give it to me in cash (since that’s how I paid) and not in a reward or credit…..ugh (or am I missing something here)….help!

          same here!! I mean i filled out the rebate thing online, but on my staples rewards account it shows the purchase but nothing about to $10 back in rewards?? should i contact them?

    I just wanted to let everyone know that I was having an issue with the headphones not showing up on my rewards balance as well, so I went to my Staples Rewards Summary on the left hand side, and you will see a button for ‘Add Receipt’ on the right side. After you put in the barcode on the receipt, just wait a few days (it says allow up to 5). Just checked today and the skull candy rewards were now on there! Hope this helps!
