I would use them if they were free otherwise these diapers are terrible to get on a squirming baby! The upside is I complained to Huggies on their Fb page,and not only did they immediatly respond but they mailed me a bunch of coupons one of which was a coupon for a free box!
I agree, I bought these diapers and hated them. So much easier to just use the original Huggies.
agreed these diapers are AWFUL, the sides are non-absorbant mesh and my son pees out of them 4 out of 5 times.
These are not great to use and the strip of velcro is very long. My baby actually had scrapes against his side from the velcro strip rubbing against him when he was moving around and unstuck the two pieces a little. Have to say that Kimbberly Clark were quick to respond to my complaint and I’m just going to stick to the regular one.
I complained to Huggies as well, and got a free pack of diapers. I’ll stick with original Huggies. I’m tired of trying to get my baby’s pants off and having these diapers pull down with the pants. Not so fun with a poopy diaper!! Why exactly do we need a pull down diaper for a child that’s not potty training?
I lOVE these diapers. Easy to get on–just pull them on! If they have a poopy diaper that’s why there is velcro on the sides, so you can lay them down and have the option to change them like a regular diaper. I love the fact that it’s versatile and I have the option for both.
I agree with sarah, I have only had a couple of problems with leakage. These Diapers are fast and easy for a squirmy baby. Also if you have a boy, I would make sure his thingy is pointed down after you have put the diaper on or else the pee will go up and all over. I LOVE THESE DIAPERS
I tried a package of these when I got a great deal on them and, while I wouldn’t want to try to use these on a younger child, they worked fine for my 2.5yo. I actually preferred them when we were out and about because I could change her standing up in a regular stall instead of having to wait in line for (or worry about the cleanliness of) the changing tables. In general I don’t think they’re worth a premium price but I’ll probably buy a pack if we start going to Disney regularly again.
I’m using them as pullups for my potty training daughter & as such they are working great.
I use them for this purpose also. Although my son is pretty much potty trained, we still have the occasional night accident. These are PERFECT for this purpose. And with all the $3 coupons when they first came out, the price is much better than pull-ups.
I have tried them on my youngest when he was about 14 months old and I did not like them at all for him. When he gets older, I’ll probably use them.
Every time I click on choose video it just keeps saying ‘please wait’ like 15 minutes now. 🙂

I hated these diapers too. We actually didn’t even use the whole box because they leaked through even with the smallest amount of pee. It is not worth it to even get them for free.
I have been using huggies on my new born for the past month or so and I’m shocked at how bad these diapers are! I even tried putting 2 diapers at once but my baby always ends up with wet clothes even with very little pee. I wouldn’t have bought these diapers again if I didn’t get them dirt cheap at CVS (and used ECB’s for them). I also had problems with pampers. I don’t know what the deal is but I didn’t have these kinds problems with my other babies (my previous one being 7 years ago) The diapers are becoming so much thinner and the quality is going down as well. The only thing that’s higher is the price. 🙁
PS. The leaky diapers I’m using on my baby are called ”snug & dry”. The irony lol.
those ones are my favorite! …maybe youre using a size too small? even if your baby is within the weight on the package they may still be too small.
I love the snug & dry diapers! Not once did my daughter leak out of them!
Katee and Jenn ,the funny thing is that we also had leaks with pampers and I thought it was because i had used a bigger size. The size 1 huggies fit him just right. It seems different diapers work for different people . It also depends on the sex of the baby. Luvs worked great for my other 2 boys and daughter. Go figure lol.
We had the same problem with Huggies with our son. He would pee through every diaper we put on him when he was first born. We had a few issues with Pampers as well until I tried the Baby Dry version. If you’re dissatisfied with Huggies and Pampers, I would suggest givin Target Up & Up brand diapers a try. I’ve heard that they are great and if they don’t work out at least you’re not wasting as much as you would be with Pampers or Huggies. Good luck 🙂
I had the same exact problem with my son and Huggies when he was a newborn. He’s my first child and that was so stressful. I washed so many loads of clothes and blankets those first few weeks. The doctor laughed when I asked him about it. Knowing I was a newbie, he said, “be sure you point “it” down when you change him or he’ll pee straight up, through the diaper.” I told him I always turn it down and somehow he gets it back up! The doc thought I was nuts and tried it out. As soon as he looked, my son had readjusted and was pointed up…again 🙂 I went to Luvs and they worked great. Now that he’s one, we’re back in Huggies (more coupons) and they work fine.
I like the Target Up & Up brand for regular daytime use, but I usually will put on a Pamper or Huggies for overnight. My son pees a lot, and he sleeps 11 hours a night, and I have found the Target brand just doesn’t stand up to what my son brings to the diaper overnight LOL. i did not like these Huggies slip ons, but I’ll probably submit a video and donate the free pack.

Worked for me! If you are a enjoy the ride rewards member for huggies your contact information is already on your profile. That’s how they get your address and will mail your coupon :). I love these diapers, I haven’t had problems with them.
I wish more diaper companies had size 7 diapers like Pampers!

i really wish we had these when my daughter was in diapers. she is potty trained now but oh my goodness, she had this thing that she wouldn’t lay down to change a diaper! she had to step into them like a “big kid” at um yeah like 7months old!! i ended up using pullup style cloth training pants with extra inserts!! LOL time flies.

Agreed… These Dipes do suck! I had 3 packs and gave away 2 and a half! Not even worth the time to get a free pack. And my daughter gets a rash from these and only these. I like other Huggies just not these 🙁

I’ve been using these diapers on my 2 year old for a couple days and haven’t had a problem yet. No leaks what so ever! My only dislike is that they run on the small side
They do run small! The first pack I got I couldn’t use and he is size 4 but for these he needed a size 5!
Dagnabit My 5 year old and 9 year old (disabled cuties) wear diapers. I think they are considered out of baby age, but I sure would like a free package.
If they wear diapers I’d post a video anyway…because after I posted the video it said “thank you your free pack will arrive in 4-6 weeks so I don’t think they really check for baby age. I’m sure size 5 is too small for your kids but maybe after you submit the video you can contact them at 1-877-648-2484 and ask if you can get a bigger size or the GoodNites diapers…can’t hurt to try to save $10!! =)

Okay, I don’t see anyone actually answering HOW they know they got the free diapers. My video was submitted, and then said it was successfully submitted and then I clicked “Done” (or whatever it said, maybe “close”) but there was NOTHING. I think they only have my email address, so do they send something? I did it like 3 hours ago and still haven’t gotten any confirmation, nor anything where i can choose a size! Please help and give us specifics on HOW you got it, thanks.
After you got to the screen that said “close” and you close it another screen should be their saying “uploading video this could take several minutes” and then the video should appear and you click submit and then it says “claim your free diapers” and when you click on it it took me right to the huggies rewards page and I logged in and then a screen came up right away to choose my size and then after I chose my size a message came up saying “thank you for submitting your baby squirming video (something like that), your free pack will arrive within 4-6 weeks”. Hope this helps 🙂

I think my problem was because I didn’t have a video already uploaded on youtube. It’s almost as if I had to go through the link above twice – once to load the video, then after it loaded, go through the link again, to submit it. After that, it was exactly like Trish said.

you could always donate the free package 🙂 also to those who don’t like huggies, try Targets Up&Up brand diapers(they’re my favorite) they’re thicker than Pampers/Luvs(like how huggies are thick) but have the good fit like Pampers do. I haven’t had a leak yet and my baby is 1 1/2 years. Shoprite brand diapers are also pretty good. I don’t like the walmart brand ones though they are too square (although last time I used them my daughter was a newborn so they may be different now).
I use these diaper to potty train. They are less pricey than pull ups, especially since I’ve gotten great coupon deals on them and if I get these for free I might actually get my daughter potty trained finally!
Just wondering here, do they want you to put a public video of you changing your baby? I am not comfortable with my naked baby on you tube for the world to see.
I’m going to put a cloth swim diaper on my son, then a diaper over that. When I change him, he will not be naked underneath the diaper.
It doesn’t say ANYWHERE that the video has to be of you changing your baby’s diaper. Where are you getting that idea?

Are these all required to be public? (It looks like they are.) I’m probably overly paranoid but I don’t want my daughter’s image freely available on the Internet at all, clothed or not. (I’m always fussing at the relatives to make sure if they’re posting pictures of DD that they’re friends-only…and that they actually know their Facebook “friends.”)
I totally am the same why, but I really need free diapers, so I shot the video without showing DS’s face, just his cute chubby legs.
How long does this process take? I clicked on SUBMIT VIDEO over an hour and a half ago and still my computer just keeps churning and saying “Please wait.”

upload your video to you tube first, its much faster and less aggravating. it took about 15 mins for my video to upload to you tube. then i went back on the site and the rest was a breeze!

I did everything I was supposed to, but forgot my Huggies password, so I had to wait on an email for that. Then it asked me what size diapers I wanted, so I clicked my son’s size, then it said there can only be one request per person, but that I can upload as many videos as I’d like. Is it telling me I already requested the diapers? I don’t understand….or should I get an email? This is confusing!
when it took me to the huggies site i logged in with my password and i still got the same message you did. i didnt get any confirmation email and i did this last nignt so idk. but from the comments above other people were getting the msg saying they will get their coupon in 4-6 weeks… i am gonna email them
