I tried several different products after my dog had a huge accident on our carpet that proceeded to dry until we found it days later. We used a steam cleaner, Bissel products, vinegar, and tons of other carpet products. We were about to call a professional when we tried Kids N’ Pets. We just soaked the stain with the solution and let it dry. It not only removed the stain but most importantly it completely removed the (very strong) urine smell! I would recommend this product to anyone!
This product is very effective at removing stains completely, which was a nice bonus in addition to the fact that it is non-toxic and contains few (if any) ingredients which could compromise human or animal health over time.
This is an amazing product. I’ve used it for years. It has gotten out blood, urine, cat vomit, juice, milk, etc. out of carpet and upholstery. If used properly, it can clean up just about anything and will take care of the smell.
This product works great. The only “complaint” I have is: when I want to spray a stain one more time just to make sure I got it right the first time, I have trouble finding the same spot. It’s that good.

I am so excited about this. I have been looking for it and haven’t been able to find any. We got have a 7 month old St. Bernard. He is pretty good about not having accidents. LBut last night he did in our bedroom. I cleaned it with the steam cleaner and some oxi spray and I can still smell the urine in my room. I can’t wait to try this out. I hope it works. I got this deal the last time Collin posted it and was *so* happy with how the Kids & Pets worked on my rug! I thought that gunk was never going to come up, but within 15 minutes that gunk was gone! Even with the stamp to mail the rebate, it was a money-maker (thanks, cash back from shop at home!) and now Kids & Pets have a new customer (3 kids, 4 cats and a dog…always need stuff to get stains out of things!). Just tried to order the Kids ‘N’ Pets Carpet Cleaner Concentrate and it was ineligible to ship through my Shoprunner account. Bummer! I guess I could always pick some up at Walmart and submit the rebate.
I just tried to purchase the 48 oz bottle too and got the same response. It appears to me that shoprunner is still working for the other 3 sizes.

I was only able to find the stain remover at my Wal-mart, not the other stuff.

Yeah that is interesting because my order is still on backorder from the last time this deal came up. And I suspect that if/when it does ship they are going to fail to process it through shoprunner even though that is how I placed the order in the first place. Disappointed in drugstore.com for sure!
I have had I have had many many orders cancelled from drugstore.com and too have been very disappointed in there customer service! I was hesitant to purchase from them again or just get this product from Walmart. I did go ahead and purchase it last time Collin posted. It was on back order for weeks! It finally shipped yesterday and I got my free shipping through shop runner! :0)

Just received mine today. I bought the jug of concentrated solution for $12.99. Do I need to dilute this with water to spray it directly on a rug stain? It doesn’t really say on the bottle….it just mentions using it in rug cleaning machines. Anyone have experience using it?
