I bought the Bear Naked chocolate cookies last night. There are already four gone :/ They are really good! A little bit healthier tasting than regular cookies (10 grams whole grain), but they were tasting really good as I was eating away at them! I definitely recommend them!

Last week I tried the 3 off coupon for the DVD. Open season- and Target and Walmart said the barcode would not scan! After printing it a couple times, it does look funky….is it legit? Thinking not sinse it would not scan at all.
They are legit, its the new bar codes. did they try using the handheld scanner gun? with the new longer bar code, they don’t scan by swiping across the counter anymore. I haven’t had problems using the new bar coded coupons at my local walmart.
I was not able to use it my first try at Walmart because she said if it did not scan, they could not accept. This week I tried a different cashier (isn’t that awful!!) and they entered it manually, no problem!

My local Target was out of the trial size Iams dog food. They wouldn’t give me a rain check, but gave me a list of other stores in my area that MAY have them.
I have read that other Hip2Savers had good luck at Pet Smart so I will try there first since it’s closer.

My local target is finally switching to the full grocery Target! I could never get alot of the food deals, they never had the items. I got 4 of the Iams Cat Food, I still have two coupons left. I wanted the dog food, but they did not carry the dog food in the trial bags. The cashier put the coupons through fine, but then took them back out of the drawer and looked at them again. She must have started thinking about it. Like is that right! LOL
If you still have those $2 Digiorno IPs from a while back, the individual pizzas are tagged $2.84. I had 4 coupons, so $3.84… probably a better deal to get 2 large pizzas that are 2/$9, making it $5 for 2, but these are good to toss in dh’s lunch bag when he doesn’t feel like leftovers!
Planet 51 DVD is on sale for $5 and with the $3 off coupon it comes to $2. Great price!!

The large wishbone dressings, (16 oz.? I think) were 1.89, less $1.50 target coupon, less .75 off 2 coupon = $2.28 The exp. dates were into 2013 (good)
Barilla pasta sauce was marked down to 2.07, this is cheap for Barilla and I have been holding onto .75 off coupons. Even cheaper than trying to buy them at the grocery with a double coupon, at least in my area.
Grumble grumble. I’m just complaining because I went to Target over the weekend and tried to get a few packs of the Oral-B floss (price 0.97 w/ $1/1 cpn) and I was told by the cashier and both people at CS that they never accept coupons that are worth more then the item’s value. Really? When did that change? Because that sure isn’t in your policy. I’m contacting corporate with a request for the actual steps that the cashier should have taken at the register to override it. Grumble. Rant over.
Today I went to target with all legible, legitamate coupons and not one of the scanned. The cashier entered them all no problem. Those registers are so tempermental.

In my target ad (SE TX) there is a deal for a playtex diaper genie elite. The deal is buy one diaper genie, elite kind only, on sale for $34, get a double pack of refills free. And I also had a $10 off coupon that I am pretty sure I received in an email from playtex baby. So only $24 for the diaper genie and 2 refills! Great price, considering the refills alone are anywhere from $6-$7 A PIECE! A great baby shower gift 🙂

hi kim – i had a “team leader” tell me that same thing (that i could only have one coupon per tx). i tried to explain the difference between tx and purchase, but she wouldn’t budge. so i had her ring up each of my 30+ items separately. i think she knew she was wrong, but was too stubborn to admit it. anyway, my total came out the same, but she wasted a whole lot of time ringing up each of my items by themselves…
