  I believe it means something made by the barista (as opposed to buying a bottled water/tea, etc.) but I could be wrong….

  Any other ideas anyone?

  That’s what I want to know as well. It doesn’t sound like you can buy a black coffee & get a sandwich for $2.

  My guess would be something the barista makes for you. If you get two shots of espresso over ice or hot you can then add milk and sugar to it and it is still pretty inexpensive and tastes way better than regular coffee 🙂

   And for the few but fab vegetarians out there- Panera Bread is now featuring a divine Mediterranean egg white on ciabatta-vermont white cheddar/roasted tomatoes/spinach & basil pesto. Delish!

  I am a vegetarian but I can’t stand eggs. I only eat them in baked goods. 🙁 Sounds sooo good toehr than the eggs lol

   On another Starbucks note I have to thank Collin for the post back in december from the Dr Oz show.. I got my email today with my free $50 starbucks egiftcard in it. I was so happy.. I just loaded it on a giftcard I already had and the balance transfered. Thank you so much Collin!!!
