    • katie

just use a different email address and it should work. that’s what i did just now.

      • Cathy M.

Thanks, I used a different email address and it worked just fine.

  2. debbie

The coupon will not scan at my store and they refuse to take it 🙁

    • Jenny Bosse

I just got home from Walmart and my coupon scanned and I had the cutiest cashier that called a CSM over and they just entered the amount in. FREE liners yeah! I was very happy

  3. Debbie

    Hopefull they’ll take this 🙂
    Got 3.

  4. Lisa

I tried using the $6.00 coupon at Target but it wouldn’t scan. She even tried to put it in manually but it would not work. The writing was so small and blurry that it was very hard to read. I ended up throwing it away!

  5. squarejellybean

It won’t let me print this 7.00 coupon because i printed the 6.00 coupon the other day. I had the same problem the coupon didnt scan at cvs but she put it in manually it was on sale for 9.99 so it came out to be 3.99 but i used EB to pay for it. The walmart here in central CA never has the deals or items that are posted on here:(

    • katie

enter a different email address and it should work.

  6. Ann

Papersnaps is giving free valentines day card for first 500 using BEMINEFB, go to their facebook and like them.

  7. Emily

I’ll try it at Walmart, but the two Walmarts that I shop at are being very grumpy about coupons that will give me an overage…they conveniently “won’t scan correctly” but regular coupons for money off that still leave me paying a balance work fine. Anyone else having any issues like this?

    • Elizabeth Crigger Tavarez

Sometimes I have issues like this. It is a fact that even managers don’t know their own coupon policy as I have had a issue with one walmart. I had the policy and everything with me and the Asst. manager at the time told me, “We don’t do that! Are you telling me that we pay you to shop?” and I said, “Yes, you do. That’s what your coupon policy says.”

      • Molly

I know… I was told by one CSM “we are not going to freaking give you $.14 free” when I bought the K-Y lubricant. But there are times when I can use them with no problems.

  8. Elizabeth Crigger Tavarez

When you print it out it says “Save UP TO $7.00 on any TENA product”. I can only assume that because it says “UP TO”, when a cashier scans the coupon, it will ask them to enter in the amount of the product. Almost like “free” or “BOGO” coupon where they have to enter the cost of the product into their register and write the amount on the coupon. Just a guess as I have not used this coupon yet.

  9. devon

Collin….you can not get overage on this coupon…the coupon says save up to $7 dollars…@walmart the coupon did not scan…and they didnt give me overage…but they will take off the amount the packages were.

  10. Rebecca

It says “Up to $7” so you would not get overage on it.

    • devon

exactly…no overage on this coupon…i dont want people running out to the store thinking they will get overage

    • savedbycoupons

Yeah, the print is way too small and blurry to read. I feel sure my WalMart will not accept this. Thanks anyway!

    • Amber Jackson

My mom and I just used our coupons at our Walmart. We were in different checkout lanes, my cashier put in the price of the item ($2.86) so no overage….but the cashier doing my mom’s transaction put in the full $7. Guess it just depends on the cashier, because it doesn’t really say on the coupon, and there is no place to write in the value (like most coupons have). TENA is going to have a fun time trying to figure out home much to reimburse Walmart for these coupons…

  11. stephanie

    Collin,

Since this coupon says “Up to” they will only take the coupon at the products price and not allow overage. 🙁 poo

  12. Kim

My coupon scanned at Walmart but they refused to give me the overage on the coupon – even with their coupon policy in hand. Their reasoning – becuase it stated “up to 6.00 off”. I wound up taking them off my order because they were just so rude about the whole thing – my local walmart is horrible about any coupons!!

    • Kelly

Unfortunately they were correct to not give you overage on this one. Because it says “up to $6.00 off”, they are justified in not giving overage. But hey, free is still good! 🙂

      • Kim

I realize that and did not have a problem with that. However, I do not take kindly to stores being rude as soon as they see a coupon in your hand. That is the reason I did not get them and a call was placed higher up. This store is the most rude store you could ever walk into. The employees are rude, the store is disgusting and it just isn’t even worth going in there to get something that is even free!!

  13. katie

when i used the $6 one the other day, it wouldn’t scan becuase it printed so small. the cashier just typed in $6 for the coupon, so i did end up getting overage last time. even if we don’t get overage this time, we still get a free product. not to shabby, if you ask me.

  14. Charity

Great freebie to donate to the local food bank if you don’t use them yourself! Thanks Colin!

  15. Janet

I also would think you could not get overage because of the wording. The other day with the 6.00 one both my sister’s and mine would not even READ the bar code though so it wasn’t able to put in a price because they couldn’t get a prompt to put in a price. This was WalMart which I would normally have BIG problem in getting them to accept if not scannable. But since (I am guessing) we waited 10 minutes (no joke) for CSM to come to the register and they were super busy, they just manually did it AND gave us overage. SOOOOO unlike WalMart in my experience. Even if I was able to get the new coupon I would not dare try to use unless it looked alot different.

  16. shannon

Who cares if you get overage..you are getting a free product.

    • Jo-Ann

Thanks for keeping this in perspective, shannon — I agree!

  17. vicky

They seemed to have fixed the coupon. The barcode was not a normal size on the $6.00 tena coupon. Also the fineprint on this one is perfectly legible. On the other it was so blurry it could not be read. I think this one should be a green light. (crossing my fingers)

  18. Marty

    Few important points
    – this coupon is a lot clearer than the last one, so it may (hopefully) scan better
    – Remember rite aid has a $5 video values this month = $12 off at rite aid
    – the above makes ANY tena product free or a few cents with 20% discount

For those like me that need a lot of these for a family member in extremely poor health and bedridden this is wonderful

    • mel

I thought RA changed their policy to no longer allow IPs over $5 in value?

  19. Beth

I also bought with the $6 coupon at Walmart and didn’t scan but they entered manually for the $6 and gave me the overage 🙂

  20. Marissa

Someone go to walmart & try it so i can see if i need to make a trip. 😉
i would LOVE the overage towards items for my sons 1st birthday party on saturday!
Also, mine printed HUGE, it’s a whole sheet of paper and it’s not blurry at all….

    • Kris

Mine isn’t blurry either, but it is huge for a coupon! I’ll be going to Walmart later tonight to try it 😉

  21. renee

call customer service- i had a prob with the pam pkge we got with pam coupons from smiley- the lady told me its fake even though it scanned she said if u put up to the light it says void- i told her thats so you wont copy- she said she wont take it and said her assistant manager said no- i left called customer service and got call from my walmart manager– he said he was sorry and told me to come in to get my $10 gc 🙂 I just call in to complain if I get hell from them about coupons!

  22. Rcube

This is not a valid coupon. This is SCAM

    • Missie B.

Why do you say that? If you to to the direct Tena sight and click on the Tena twist link it takes you to the page where you can click offers and it is there.

  23. zacksmom060706

I used the $6 off coupon at target, actually i printed out 2, and the cashier put in the amt of the pads of like $5.72… no overage but hey free pads.. cant go wrong!!

  24. Marissa

    Collin,
what is your opinion about this coupon? Will they give the overage? Or since it’s worded as “up to” will they not accept it?
(I have only shopped at walmart 2-3 times because i feel like all anyone ever does is complain about how horrible they are with coupons)
    🙂 THANKS!
I tell EVERYONE about your site and have converted quite a few to couponing thanks to you!

  25. rosanne

i tried the $6 coupon this week at walmart. they gave me such a hard time! i had coupon shopping there. first, they told me i couldn’t use it because i purchased the pantiliners. i told the cashier the coupon states “… off ANY tena product” so she called over the manager. the manager then told me the same thing as the cashier. she said i have to buy what is “pictured”. again i said the coupon says off ANY product. i asked for her name and told her i was calling corporate and she conveniently put it through. i really HATE couponing at walmart. i always have a problem there! even with the $1 coupons and their products cost .99 they say they can’t accept it. ridiculous that they don’t know their own policy. sorry for ranting. i guess i just got myself all worked up. lol

    • Missie B.

Don’t apologize! I too hate Walmart. They go out of their way to not take coupons that are high value or ones resulting in overages. I avoid shopping there at all cost. I would rather pay a little at a store that appreciates my business than one who is rude and impossible to work with on coupons.

  26. Mia

My $6.00 coupon would not scan either. But I was able to use it at Rite Aid and I used the $5.00 video value coupon. I was able to get the big bag for free!!!

    • Cathy M.

Did your Rite Aid ajust the coupon down to $5 or does your Rite Aid except coupons over $5?

  27. Heather

Just used two and no overage because of the “up to” wording. The cheapest products was 5.24 and the next was 9.47.

  28. Molly

Can this be printed only once?

    • Robin

It let me print it 3 times. Now if my Walmart will just take them. I’m going to do three different trips. Is this alright?

  29. Dawn

Silly question—do these work for menstrual cycles? Or is the absorbancy different?

  30. Marsha

CVS wouldn’t take the coupon at all.

  31. Julia

Just used this at Target. It scanned fine, and just wanted the cashier to confirm the amount of the coupon.

  32. tuffcookie

I agree that walmart is not coupon friendly. I used the first one that didnt scan and was given the 6.00 cause it said it couldnt be adjusted down. It was manually put in. The second time I tried to use it for my daughter, they refused to take it. Waited long time for CSM and then store manager. They do not know their policy so if its anything unusual, go to walgreens or rite aid. They both at least try to help you.

  33. trish

i know alot of people are having trouble with using their coupons at walmart but i used the $6 one the other day at publix with NO issues at all…they are 5.19 at my store but shoot…free pads is a dream come true in my eyes lol hth

  34. Mallery Schuplin

Quick question! Why limit 1? The fine print says one per purchase not one per transaction, person or a day. Am I missing something?

    • Elizabeth Crigger Tavarez

I read it too and I didn’t see anything limiting to 1 per person. It just says one per purchase. I am going to use one everytime I go to the store till the end of Feb.

  35. Amanda

I used it this afternoon at Walmart when she scanned it automatically took off the amount of the product which was $5.42 so no overage, but free.

  36. Marissa

Just left. She said when you scan it it asks how much the product was… No overage

  37. Heather

Worked at my wal-mart in Michigan too :0) But no overage…….still FREE 🙂

  38. Shea

Worked here in Iowa. No overage though, I was bummed. But hey, on the positive side it was free! Anyone know if we can use these as “pads” when you’re on your period or is it just for the bladder leaks? If not then I’ll just go donate them to a nursing home.

  39. Sasha

I used the $6 coupon at Publix where the pads were $5.19 and they wouldn’t scan, but they still took them and entered it manually. I also got overage!

  40. Lyn

My question is that if walmart is not writing in the amount of the purchase on the coupon and just entering the amount of the pads, are they still sending in the coupon for the full $7.00? Unless they staple the coupon to the receipt or write the amt on it, how do they know what the purchase price is since they just throw all the coupons in a pile? If so, that isn’t right and they are making a big profit off the company for this coupon. They should be giving the customer the overage.

  41. squarejellybean

went to rite aid used the $5.00 rite aid coupon & the $7.00 cp the 36 ct tena pads were $12.99 so I paid .99 not bad for a $12.99 product…… the coupon didnt scan so she manually put in the numbers …………… ty ppl for the info

    • mel

Just so u know for next time, its Rite Aid’s policy not to accept IPs over the value of $5!

  42. Cortney

I think it depends on your store. I had no issues at Walmart today. It scanned but did not take the amount off, required cashier to enter it manually, which he did. So $21 in overage. Only had to pay tax!

  43. surfergirl

My Walmart refused to except is saying that the address at the bottom of the coupon was invalid.

  44. Elizabeth Crigger Tavarez

I went to wal-mart today and used the $7 coupon. When the cashier scanned it, the coupon prompted her to put in the value of the item I purchased ($5.24) she did and that number was deducted from my total. It works just like a “Free” or “BOGO” where the value has to be entered into the register. But this is great because Wal-mart does not accept “FREE (with no purchase)” internet coupons and since this one does not say “Free with no purchase” then the cashier doesn’t think they are the same. All I had to pay was the tax.

  45. Smellyann

If anyone wants 4 of these Qs, email me at melanie_odette at yahoo dot com – I printed them out but decided I’m not going to use them. Comment here so others know they’re taken, too, please. THx.

    • kidsallgone

Would love to have them 🙂
Happy to send you postage 🙂
      Will email you now.
Please reply here (and to my email) if you chose me.
Thanks! You’re so kind to offer it (even if it’s not me) 🙂

      • Smellyann

I replied to your email, just send me your addy 🙂

  46. dee

If anybody else has any of these coupons they can’t use I’ll take them it won’t let me print any. It said I had already participated in a trial offer. I use the diapers on my developmentally delayed child. I can send a SASE. Thanks. hikaramba at yahoo dot com

  47. Lanie

As an employee of Walmart…if the coupon states up to *said amount,* the cashier is suppose to deduct the cost of the product. You are not to get overage. The only time is when the coupon clearly states what the coupon value is as in the Ky jelly coupon.

But, I will be the first to admit, every cashier is different in their comprehension and how they were trained.

    • Marissa

As an employee are you trained to allow overage on coupons such as the 1.50 off Breath Right coupons that were in this weeks paper? If i went in and bought 1 pack would i really get .53 cents back? (not including tax)
I have only shopped there 2 or 3 times and am in awe of the “overage we will give you cash back policy”

      • Lanie

Sorry Marissa, I’m not a cashier. But, there coupon policy clearly states…”If coupon value exceeds the price of the item, the excess may be given to the customer as cash or applied toward the basket purchase.” I would print out a copy of it, because like I said, not all cashiers are trained accordingly.

  48. Tina

If you received the blurry $6 coupon offer and you don’t have another email address to use for the $7 offer, you may want to consider contacting Tena via their website, as they may choose to mail you a coupon(s). That’s what I did, and per their response email below, they’re going to mail me “money saving coupons in 5-7 days.”

To contact them online: 1) go to https://www.tena.us/contact-us/ or 2) follow link to $7 coupon; scroll down to bottom of that page and click on TENA.US. Then, scroll to bottom of Tena home page and click “Contact Us.” Scroll down to complete contact form.

This is the response that I received today:

    “Dear Tina:

Consumer comments about the TENA® business are always welcome. Thank you for contacting us.

We do thank you for taking the time to contact us on this important matter and apologize that you were unable to redeem our email coupon. For your inconvenience, you will receive money saving coupons in 5-7 days to the above address.

If you have any further questions, or if we can help you with product information, feel free to call the Information Center toll free at 1-866-275-8362. You can visit our website at https://www.tena.us/.

    Sincerely,

    Hope this helps.

  49. Linda Naovarangsy

If you are a military wife and you go to the commisary these will be free and you will receive the overage my friend bought $70 worth of stuff for 5.00

  50. Nancy H.

I went to Publix today and they had to enter manually 5.19 and CVS they scanned. I had no problems. Walmart is getting way to strict on their coupons and they don’t want to take any of my printables.
