I ordered these chairs in red about a month ago from Target. They notified me two days later that they had shipped. Last week I phoned to let them know I didnt received them and was told they were out of stock. I payed using paypal, Target would not refund my money… they are sending me a Target giftcard in the mail. Im not happy!
