    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks Debra! Just added that coupon to the scenario. 😀

  2. Ashley

if you got those appology coupons from tressemme ($2/1) it would make them $1 for 2! (after ups) 🙂

    • Kristen

Were you able to print the coupon twice? I haven’t tried yet.

  3. Sarah

there’s a printable coupon for $5 off pronutrients vitamins after filling out your info on http://www.wyethallbrands.com or google wyeth coupons

Thanks Sarah! Just added the link to the scenario. 😀

  4. alli

i have $ 10 off Centrum ProNutrients i got in the mail

    • Andrea

      How did you get it?

      • Amy

go to nutritionpossible it’ll take a couple weeks to arrive.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Woo Hoo! That will really sweeten the deal for you! 😀

    • Amanda

But you have to buy Centrum to get the $10 off ProNutrients.

      • Mtle

        See Collin’s deal for Centrum

        • Rosie

I believe Amanda is correct. The snail mail coupon requires you to buy any Centrum Multivitamin in order to get $10 off Pronutrients. 🙂

  5. Rachael

Does anyone know what size pitcher the Brita is? I am looking for the 10 cup.

    • kathy

When I got it it was the 6 cup.

    • Mtle

      It starts from 5-10 cups.

  6. Marcia McCollister

The “have you tried this yet?” booklet has a $5;00 coupon for the proglide razor & a $2;00 coupon for a vicks product. 🙂 and btw Collin, I am sending this message from my new kindle I got for $149 at walmart after reading youR post. Thank you, thank you, thank YOU!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yeah! So glad that you are enjoying the Kindle! 😀

    • couponfowell

can u print coupons from it?

      • Marcia McCollister

I think I could print coupons from a Kindle if I owned a wireless printer, but I’m really not sure about that. Does anyone else know?

  7. Sarah

Does anyone know if the $10 for the bandaid deal would be calculated before or after my 20 percent discount?

    • DeAnna

UP rewards are calculated on after discount price but before coupons. HTH

  8. Lee

Do all rite-aid stores accept the newer format coupon without the larger square barcode on the corner? I think I tried using a coupon without that larger square and they wouldn’t accept it. Any advice?

    • tiffany

They have to accept them. I’ve had a lot of issues with them not scanning at various stores but that’s what all bar codes are going to look like soon. Bring it to the attention of the Mgr. and you may want to show them a lot of coupons that come out in the Sunday paper have the new bar codes.

      • Tiff

Tiffany, I have had the same issue. Last month I went to a store that I do not normally shop and an older cashier told me that they she couldnt accept my coupon. It was the bogo Stayfree coupon… She said that it says on their paper that they cannot take it unless it starts with a five, I told her not all of the old style coupons start with a five that they can also start with a nine (she looked at me skeptically) I told her that it came out of the sunday’s paper coupon inserts and that is what all coupons are going to look like. She also gave me a hard time about Rite aid coupons. I told her they were coupons out of their own sales ad lol. She was very sweet and pushed the coupons with the new bar code through, but still acted as if she didn’t believe me and just wanted to get me out of the way.
At my regular rite aid, I had a manager tell me that the newer barcodes will scan but that sometimes it takes forever for them to scan, especially the small ones(like the stayfree one).

    • Lolo

some scanners are programmed and some are not. I found that at one RA the first register I checked out was not equipped with the right scanner so they just manually put it through, but I asked manager and he said they had another register that would scan them and I went to it since I had another transaction. They were aware of the problem of the new barcodes so they were friendly about pushing them through although I wish they would post a sign for couponer and tell them to check out on the register the actually scans!

      • Pamela

Hand held scanners often work on the new barcodes when the register scanner does not. So if anyone sees a hand held scanner at a register politely ask the cashier to try scanning the coupon with it. I have noticed at Target and Walmart cashiers automatically pick up the hand held for scanning all coupons. It is the supermarket where I have to ask.

        • Tracy

I saw that too but never really thought about it. Interesting

      • Coupon Fairies

Scanner is just an input device. It’s the system that’s not programmed to recognize the new code, not the scanner.

  9. Sarah

    Thank you!

  10. Sarah

I got the $10 pronutrient coupon in the mail also but it states $10 off pronutrient when you buy any centrum vitamin so not as good as I thought it was going to be when I signed up for it.

    • Sherry

If you have the $2 off men or womens centrum or centrum silver VV from January you can stack it with the $3 off ANY centrum from the 1/1 RP to use the $10 off the pronutient coupon!

      • Kate

        Great tip Sherry, thanks!!

        • lacy

Check your expiration date on the VV Q’s for January. Mine all expire today, 2/11/12. Is anyone else experiencing this?

      • Kate

I think the January VV coupons expire today?

        • Sherry

          oh… shooot!!! Thanks..

        • Kate

Also, I just read the fine print on my $10 coupon, and it says “not valid with any other Manufacturer’s Coupon”

          • Ana

I used this 2weeks ago but forgot about the cv coupon. What I did was buy 2 pronutriens and 1 centrum silver included in the sale. Used 4$ vv for pro nutrient from last month, 5$ mfc for pronutriens, 3$ mfc for centrum and 10$ pro nutrient coupon. Everything scanner great with a bit of patience. So I paid 8$ and got the 10$ up.

You are not using any other coupon on the item you are applying the 10$ coupon to.

            • Sara

Kate is correct. I just received my $10 centrum pronutrients coupon in the mail last week & it states you cannot use it with any other manufacturer’s coupon. I did not have the Jan vv coupon BUT you can use the RiteAid coupons that print out at the register with it to stack. 🙂 I would suggest doing a couple smaller transactions first. Here’s why: I separated my purchases into 2 trans today so I could submit the rebate more easily & the Rite Aid store coupon for $3 / 1 pronutrients printed out on the bottom of BOTH. I had one from last thurs (my rite aid ad runs fri to fri) & was able to sneak in that extra one at the last minute. I bought $57 worth of stuff but subtotal was $29.96 – $20+upr & $10rebate will make it all free but it could’ve been a money maker! I just really wanted to try the Specialist Vision & it’s $19.99. Yeouch.

  11. kimeeb

My rite aid does not allow a vv and manufacturers coupon to be combined. I have never received any of my SCR’s even after i e-mailed them. Also, a few times i was not given uprewards, those were never mailed either. I stopped shopping at riteaid.
Has anyone else encountered these problems?

    • Suzy

I did not get an up reward one time and after unsuccessfully dealing with the cashier, I called customer service at the 1800 number. They pulled up the exact transaction and mailed me my up rewards. It was super easy.

    • Lolo

Email corporate about your store not accepting VVQ and Manuf. Q. They even advertise them together in their ads at times. Be specific and give the store # and tell them the problem. It should be rectified. I have never NOT received a mailed Up after contacting customer service, but I would contact them again if I did not get it. Yes I have had trouble with not getting my SCR when they falsely advertised products in the store as being part of the rebate and the cust serv. at the SCR refused to honor it so I ended up returning product but I followed up with Customer service about it and they sent me a $5 GC so Customer service really is your friend and do not hesitate to contact them if needed. In addition, I goofed and did not deposit my mom’s and my brothers SCR check one time and by the time I found them again, the 90 days had already passed, so I emailed them and gave them the info and they had no problem reissuing the checks as they can see if they have been cashed or not, so again my answer is call customer service. Multiple times if need be or email them!

    • t

I too never received my scr check from last November. Emailed the company to no avail, so I never fool with the scr anymore.

  12. Meme

Is the spend $100 get $20+up only a 1x offer for the winter reward or is it a monthly offer?? Just wondering since I already got it in Jan.

    • tiffany

It’s a seperate offer for February.

    • Lolo

it is 1x per promotional period. January was called resolution rewards and this one we are in now is called winter rewards. 2 different names cause it is 2 different promotions. HTH

  13. Meme

Also for the Brita, has anyone used the coupons on filters or is it only good for the Pitcher?

    • mel

the coupon I have is for the pitcher or faucet mount. I don’t think there are any coupons out for the filters.

  14. tiffany

There is a $3 Thermacare IP available and there may also be tear pads for the Samy Fat Foam to better sweaten these deals.

    • Russ

And if you’re Gold, the price is only $8.00, making this free (if you can find the $3 RA Tearpad Q).

  15. Shannon

How do you get the Feb Video Values?

    • tiffany

Sing in, watch videos and print. Go to http://www.riteaid.com and there will be a link to the VV.

  16. april

There’s a $10 Pfizer rebate that could be used on the Centrum making the Centrum deal even better!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Thanks! Just added it. 😀

  17. kayleesmommy515

Save your receipts as well if you buy Pfizer products. They will be coming out with a lot more rebates in the next couple of months 🙂

  18. Brenda

Im in northern california and we got $1/2 Stride qs and the deal here is $1+up wyb 2 limit 6 +ups and the price is $3/3 so if you have the same deal in your area and buy 12 packs and use 6 q’s they are FREE after coupons and +ups!

    • Ronni

I did this this morning and the +Up did not print when I bought 2. The manager printed the +Up for me. Not sure what happend with our circular, maybe it was a misprint, but they are honoring it.

  19. Brenda

We also got $1/1 CFL light bulbs q’s making them free when paired with the in ad coupon!

  20. tiffany

Looks like the deals are a lot better than they have been in the past couple of weeks. Anyone going to attept the reading glasses MM deal if you have the Diabetes booklet?
All Reading Glasses (Excludes PowerLine Reading Glasses) **B&S**
In Ad Price: B1G1 50% Off
    +UP: $15 wyb 2 – LIMIT 4
$5 Foster Grant Reading Glasses Wellness Diabetes Booklet

    Final Cost: Varies

    Scenario:
Buy 2 FG Spare Pair Reading Glasses ($9.99/$5)
    Use 2x $5 RA Q’s
    Pay $4.99
    Get $15 +UP
    $10.01MM + $15 B&S Credit

Even if you have only 1 $5 q it will still be a MM deal.

    • Kate

Is the Wellness Diabetes Booklet in stores?

      • Lolo

the diabetes coupon book comes in a diabetes package you get when you sign up for the diabetes program at the pharmacy. The first time I did it I did not get any coupon book in my envelope. I tried to see if I could rectify that today and they had no more so it may be available or may not in your store. HTH

    • Lolo

Yes I have done it multiple times already. (there is a little secret that makes it a better deal but I can’t post much about it but trust me and buy 3 in one transaction to make it an outstanding deal) I bought the magnavision 3 pk of glasses x3 tonight (priced $14.99) and used 3 diabetes coupons (paid $22.47) and got back $30 in ups. The cheaper glasses woould be a bigger MM but we do not get Foster Grants here so I can only use the $5 diabetes q’s on the magnavision. I have used the $3 zoom glasses q though on the $9.99 pairs of glasses as well. Bought 3 of those and only used 1 $3 coupon per transaction and so paid $21.97 and got back $30 in Ups. GL

      • mchavari

is the zoom $3 off coupon in the diabetes coupon booklet aswell??

      • kelly

Hi Lolo – I bought 3 of the glasses and received 2 $15 UP rewards, but when I went to use them one of the UPs only rang up at $7.50 (the cashier was clueless so she wouldn’t over ride it). Have you used yours yet? Just curious if yours worked.

  21. Leticia

CFL Light Bulbs 1 pack $3.99
    Use the $3/1 in-ad coupon
    Final Cost $0.99!

There is a coupon for on tomorrows paper for $1/1 off on the purchase of any GE Energy Efficient Soft @White or Clear Halogen, Ge Reveal, Ge Enery SMART CFL or LED lighting product.

    Making this FREE!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks Leticia! Just added the coupon. 😀

  22. Julie

For the Tresemme Shampoo, Conditioner or Stylers 2/$7 – If you use 2 of the $2Q that Tresemme emailed out for not sending out the samples, it would be $3 OOP, get $2 +Up Reward when you buy 2 = $1 for 2!!!

    • Kristen

Were you able to print the coupon twice? I have the email but I haven’t tried printing it yet.

  23. Monica

I think the $3 Airborne coupon in the 1/8 SS is regional because I only recieved a $2 🙁 Boo…

    • Mtle

      Mine too…($2)

    • Lolo

same here in So CA La Times

    • frugalfemme

Also only $2 in central Ky.

  24. Mo

So did anyone else notice on their Band-Aid coupon it says ETS? I had printed the same coupon a couple weeks ago and it didn’t have that exclusion, but when there was a post saying that it had reset, I printed it again and didn’t realize till I was checking out that I couldn’t use it on the $0.99 ones at Walmart; if this is the case for everyone, that coupon might not work w/the deal listed above.

    • kathy

What does ETS mean? Newbie here.

      • Wendy

Excludes trial sizes 🙂 Hope this helps.

        • kathy

          thanks!

          • Ron

I thought it was Advil Tablets & Caplets 50ct, Liquid Gels 40ct or PM 20ct for $4.99. That wouldn’t be travel…..would it? Unfortunately I do not have the rebate in front of me.

            • grace

no, trial sizes are usually like 2 or 4 tablets!!

            • mel

              she’s talking about this deal
Buy $10 worth of Cortisone 10 or Gold Bond Intensive Healing Cream or Lotion, Neosporin, or Band-Aid Bandages and Get a $3 +Up Reward (Note that there is a misprint in the ad and you do need to purchase $10 worth of items in order to get the $3 +Up Reward!)
              Buy 2 Band-Aid 8 ct. $0.99 each
              Buy 2 Band-Aid 20 ct. $4.49 each

The 8 ct band aids are considered Trial Size, so you’d have to double ck the wording on the IPs since the reset coupon says ETS.

  25. genie

There is a $2/1 coupon for coq10 on the nature made website.

    • mchavari

      thank you

  26. Carol_R

Thanks so much Collin for your awesome match-ups.

  27. dave

our store has a lot of Clairol, L’Oreal hair-color products 50% off clearance. combine the in-ad coupon w/ $2/1 mfc and you may be able to score a box for as low as $0.49. Also there’s a several Physician Formula Cosmetics 75% off combine with $1/1 in Sunday smart source, and making as low as $0.74 – $2.74

  28. Jillian

Thank you so much for the match ups! I’m boycotting any +up reward items because I’m in the test market and have been working for nearly a week to get my +up rewards loaded to my card from corporate ($8 total I’m missing). This week still seems like there are good deals even without +up rewards!

    • Wendy

I called customer service and they are supposed to mail me the up rewards that did not load. Today I tried to use the up rewards that are already on the card. It only subtracted one, but on the website it says I used them all. I’ll have to call Monday now to get this resolved. At least the CS reps are very helpful when I reach them.

  29. Ketryna

How do we see the monthly +up deals. In case they don’t print.

  30. Mary Ellen

    Hi,
I filled out all my info for the thermacare coupon. It took me to the “Print” coupon page, but then redirected me to a “missing page” and never printed the coupon! Anyone have this happen to them?

Also, the Airborne Rite Aid Video wouldn’t work for me. Anyone else have that problem?
    Thanks!

    • kathy

I got the same missing page error with the thermacare. My airborne q printed fine.

    • sheena

I had no problem printing the thermecare coupon. But when I went shopping at rite aid tonight there are signs thats state “there was a misprint in th eweekly ad and you need to purchase two of the listed themecare produts and recieve 1 $4.00 up reward”. The ad was a little confusing as collin stated.

  31. Lynda

I still need a coupon for the brita pitcher if anyone has one they are not going to use. The coupon was not in my paper. thanks

    • Paula

I have extra if you need them. You can send me your address at my email address pamgam1@yahoo.com.

  32. Ron

There is a $10 mail in rebate for 3 Advil in 1/29 RP. This would make all 3 Advil Free + profit after mail in. Just a thought.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks Ron! Just added the rebate. 😀

  33. Amanda M.

The Pfizer rebate is good for Thermacare Patches too. That makes for a great deal if you combine the $10 off UPR and the rebate and the other $4 UPRs.

Ok, and question. For when they give the $4 UPR for buying two – do they track that? Can I buy one in a transaction, and one in another?? Does anyone know?

    • grace

      Amanda, ask the cashier.

      • Amanda m.

Oh okay I didn’t know of they would know or not.

    • mel

If you have to purchase a quantity, like 2 or 4, those deals don’t track, the up won’t print unless you buy the amount stated. But if its a $ amount, like spend $10, that will track on your receipt.

    • Lolo

no you can not. They must be bought in the same transaction. but do this instead, buy 3 in one transaction and you will get a pleasant surprise. You may then do 3 more in one transaction on the same card to get your $10 Up wyb $25. Just trust me and do it and you will be happy you did.

      • Jenny

Thank you Lolo but which deal should I buy 3 of? Thanks for sharing!

      • Ana

would the pleasant surprise be what everyone thought the deal was initially? I would love to know gambalung@gmail

        Thanks for the tip!

      • Ana

        LOLO I could kiss you!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Just added the Pfizer rebate. Thanks!

      • Sherry

LOLO!! I did what you suggested.. thanx. It worked like a charm!!

        • Jenny

Sherry could you give details please. Thanks so much!

          • Sherry

If you buy 3 in one transaction.. you get two $4 UPS.. the second transaction on same card .. you buy 3 and get 2 more $4 ups and the $10 up for buying $25.

            • Jenny

Thank you so much!!! Hopefully I can do this deal tonight!

  34. SaVanna

The Luden’s q printed as $1/2 for me, not $1/1.

    • SaVanna

Lol, nevermind, I was reading it wrong. My bad!

  35. Anna H

Sorry not sure if this was covered. If there is a BOGO free can you use 2 coupon’s for each product at Rite Aide. OR will it just let you use one coupon? Ex on the Irish spring can I use two coupons or one. Thought I could use two but not sure with Rite Aid! TYIA

    • Nichole

      you can use 2 on a b1g1

      • mel

its in their policy to not allow 2 coupons on a BOGO sale.

        Buy One, Get One Free
 Rite Aid accepts Buy One, Get One Free coupons, however only one coupon can be used for each pair of items purchased. A customer can use one “cents off” coupon in conjunction with the item they are purchasing on a Buy One Get One Free promotion (or with a Buy One Get One Free coupon), although the value of the cents off coupon cannot exceed the selling price of the item.
 Buy One Get One Free coupons cannot be used in conjunction with a Buy One Get One Free promotion

    • Meryl

RA changed their policy a while ago so you can no longer use a coupon on a free item. You can at wags, and now at cvs!

    • Kabby

I asked my Rite Aid the policy last week…the Blue Almond were bogo free…can I use one coupon for this or two and his response was as long as the coupon covers one item you can use two….he scanned each coupon in and no need to over ride and no beeping. I would ask the manager at your local Rite Aid. Hope that helps.

      • Anna H

Okay, thanks ladies, will have to ask them!

  36. Ana

I bought Hershey’s Pot of Gold to try it for the first time this past week (hey! US citizenship is only one of my most recent ones). I paid 1.99 and I thought… hmmm, not bad but there aren’t that many (the box was already empty)… Then our cat jumps up for pets dislodging the box from my hands. And what do you know, there was a whole other level!!! Now I’m definitely stocking up on these next week!

    • Missy

Congratulations on your US citizenship, Ana!

  37. maria

where is the hershey pot of gold coupon? I tried the link and entered the sweepstakes but no coupon?

    • linda

      me too.

      • Ana

        must have reached 10k limit

  38. Todd

The Thermacare qualifies for the $10.00 Pfizer Rebate making this deal a big MM

  39. Ellen

Can one Rite Aid in ad coupon be applied to multiple items like Walgreens?

    • Nancy

Ellen, I just came from RA to get the free light bulbs. I had just one of the RA in ad coupons and the cashier told me I needed 3 (she was nice about it and actually clipped them from the ad for me) – so No, one RA coupon is not applied to multiple items like they do at Wags.

      • Ana

Did they all go through in the same transaction? I thought you could only use one per transaction.

  40. Patrice

I’m in Maryland and don’t see the $10 UPR for Advil, Thermacare etc. I wonder if it’s regional. For those that see it, is in in the ad?

    • Cassandra

I went today and it wasn’t listed in our ad, but it was marked on the Advil products in store. Even though Thermacare were not marked they did work for that deal.

  41. Cassandra

Don’t know if this has been mentioned, but the buy $50 Centrum get $20+ up rewards also qualifies for the spend $100 get $20 winter rewards, puts you half way there, and if you do the thermacare, advil etc buy $25 get $10+ up they also qualify for the winter rewards. Love it when things double.

    • Rose

You can ad the reading glasses and the pot of gold they all count for the winter ups.

  42. Ellen

Is the Stride $1 UP reward working? Some ppl have said it is not printing at the end of the receipt.

    • CoolSue

It definetly does, got mine today.

    • kathy

My sister is in Pittsburgh and hers printed today.

  43. Julie

Does anyone know if the Vicks humidifier filters are included in the $10 up reward? I went to rite aid and there was a tag below them that said they were, but the ad doesn’t specify that they are included.

  44. couponingintherealworld

I’ve put together several transactions showing how to get $50.61 in products for $4.98 plus tax. This is assuming having no +UP or GC to start you with and does not subtract rewards left over from actual OOP. Great for New RA shoppers!

  45. kathy

I have a MM sensodyne deal I did this morning. It has to be done in three transactions. Each transaction is the same.

Sensodyne B1G1 50% off and part of buy $30 get $10 CVS Cash Card

    Each transaction
Buy 1 Sensodyne Iso Active toothpaste $7.79
Buy 1 Sensodyne Pronamal or other tube toothpaste $5.99

    Total $10.78

Use $5 off $10 purchase of Glaxo Smith Kline products found in Winter Reinventing Beauty Mag
Use $2.50/2 manufacter cpn. Not sure when it came out but it expires 2/29/12. Or you can print $1/1 cpns at sensodyne.com.

    OOP$3.38 each transaction.

After third transaction you will get the $10 CVS Cash Card. Total OOP $9.84 – $10=$0.16 MM

There are some Iso Active toothpaste at $7.49 but they are not all included in deal (becareful ended up having to do a return and exchange because I found out the hard way)

There is a also a $2.50/2 Sensodyne cpn in Reinventing Beauty Mag but can’t use two CVS cpns.

6 free Sensodyne toothpaste with a little over to cover tax. (:

    • kathy

Sorry this is for CVS not Rite Aid. Wrong thread.

  46. kim

Does anyone knows how it takes for my up reward to load to my card? It said that $40 has loaded to your wellness card but when I check online it did not show me that I have any up rewards. Please help !

  47. Mrs V Kabu

Just want to mention that for Loreal Skin care deal of $10 Up on $25 pur.
There are 2 / $5 video value coupon available to print , to make the deal more sweeter.

    • lovedeals

Thank you so much for letting us know. I bought these with 2 $5 coupon and it turned out very good deal or I would say money maker because it counts toward $100 purchase.

  48. unknown

can any one tell about thermacare deal. when buy two how many $4 upr r printing. one or two? please tell.

    • Julie

      Only one is printing.

  49. Sherry

Does anyone have an extra $10 mail in rebate for 3 Advil products in 1/29 RP? It must have been regional. I would be glad to pay postage or trade for some other coupons.

    • Brenda

      Sherry,
      I have 1 extra rebate.
Email me if you still need it. dawnbdh @ hotmail . com (remove the spaces).

      • Sherry

Thanks Brenda,..You are a peach, but I found one!

  50. MSS

i printed the thermacare coupon and it’s quite bigger than a regular internet coupon. anyone have tried using this at rite aid? i am afraid they might not accept it. thank you

    • kathy

They never scan for me but my cashiers have always been good enough to put it in manually.

    • Ana

I have used it many times and scanned really well with the old UPC style barcode (just tell cashier to cover the newer style one). Just make sure when you clip it to not clip the expiration date all the way at the bottom.
