she will pick it up and it is FREE!
Debbie says:
BIG QUESTION!!!!
WHen you upload your photo-the mousepad photo stays the same generic one in the ad. You don’t see your own photo transfer to the mousepad.
How do we know our photos load to it?
Suzy says:
You must rely on faith. They all show up in the cart as the generic photo but I did this at Xmas and indeed it was my uploaded photo.
Gil says:
In this instance, I think relying on technology is what we do. Funny, Suzy
Molly says:
Just ordered another one for my parents!

Bridgette says:
It was very odd that I couldnt preview my picture on the mouse pad itself. Instead I uploaded the picture and modified it on the same screen next to the mousepad. Lets hope it prints with a picture on it. If not, oh well…it was free!
Darcey says:
We don’t have a desktop but I ordered one for my 20 month old w/ a great picture of all 4 grandparents. He’ll be able to carry it around and and have a great picture of them that he can’t rip up or ruin!! Thanks!! This is awesome!
Leitram78 says:

Ashley says:
I contacted Rite Aid, they said it’s a known issue
Michaela says:
My problem is the upload page. I manage to log in but then the screen freezes with a weird pop up square (?) when I try to go to upload. Same thing happened yesterday and I missed the deal. :/ Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
Thanks for posting another great deal Colin!
Michaela says:
So I finally got the upload page, got my pic, made my mousepad and went to checkout – now it says code has expired???
Marie says:
I signed up with a different email address….it worked. I don’t know what the problem was but I got it!
Thanks.
LisaM says:
The code initially worked for my but then I went “back” to preview to make sure it had the picture I chose on the mouse pad, it no longer accepted the FREEPAD3 code. It said I had already used (which I hadn’t). I called Rite Aid and I was told the promo was over and they are no longer accepting the code. Hmmmmmm???? Funny, it seemed like the code was going to work for me until I hit the “back” button.
Barb says:
Expired for me, too
cynthia says:

Lakes says:

Lakes says:
us*
katie says:
i don’t think it has to do with how many people have used it. they probably decided a certain amount of time that the code would be valid. don’t blame other people for something they aren’t responsible for.
Roger says:
Just curious, but are you a hacker, and were thus able to go into Rite Aid’s (photo) server and see how many people entered the code, twice? If I’m understanding your question correctly (which, forgive me for stating, but isn’t worded appropriately in the typical vernacular, and sounds somewhat backwards, like Yoda speaks) it sounds as if you are making this assumption or statement. Again, please excuse me if I misinterpreted your comment, and if so, would you kindly rephrase so I and others can understand your contributing comment? Otherwise, I was just curious how you might have known that some may have ordered more than two and how you came to that conclusion? Thanks.
Lakes says:
I read the comments on this post and people stated they made another one. Thanks for taking the time to reply to my comment!!
Kim says:
How presumptuous of you…
Mmkaykayy says:
I agree
LezaCravens says:
I just contacted Rite Aid and they said the Video Value coupon expired yesterday 23rd–not the 24th like the coupon states.
obinrae says:
expired!
Julie T says:
You’d think that since 2/24 is printed on the coupon that they would honor it. Bad business practice.
susie says:
I picked mine up today. Turned out very nicely. Thanks for all the great post Collin.
Rachel says:
I picked mine up today as well & it came out really nice!
Melinda says:
I picked mine up Tuesday and it did turn out very nicely. Thank you SO much Collin for all the GREAT deals you inform us about! You are the best!
Jaffa says:
I picked up mine today. The quality of the mouse pad is remarkable and the print is amazing too.
Thanks!
Tom G says:
Picked up min yesterday.. nice quality and the pad is thicker than expected.
Megan says:
I went to pick mine up from the store and they said they didn’t have it. They tried to give me another persons mousepad. I’m afraid the customer service at this particular rite aid isn’t up to par and that my mousepad probably made it into the hands of another.
I’m thankful I didn’t have to pay for it though, otherwise I would be out $10.
Thanks for the deal though, I’ll probably have to pass on in-store pick up from now on, I had a similar situation with Payless.
