It prints your facebook picture and name on the coupon plus uses a lot of printer ink. Not worth it unless you don’t use a real photo and don’t mind your name on coupons. I won’t use it since I have a family photo with my baby on it.
You can cut the top part with your personal information off.

Just cut the top part off. As one lady from wal-mart told me once, “We do not need your information. That is YOUR business!” Probably one of the best wal-mart experiences regarding ANYTHING!
