the fine print says not valid with other offers coupons or discounts. Will this deal still work?

The B3G2 promo won’t ring in if you try to use a free item coupon with those five products. You’d have to do B3G2 + one free so it’d be $33 for 6 items.

It actually worked online for me, I used one of my own coupons for a free product. I would most definitely call first, and see if your store would let you do this.

Stasia is right- it won’t take it off as a free item- it will discount the rest…I tried to do this on the B2G1 promo for bubble baths & the coupon cancelled out the free item & just discounted all the bubble baths…was 16.00 for 3 after the coupon instead of 12 for 3 (if the coupon had worked)….bummer though! Would be nice if it worked!

Even though the fine print says not valid with other offers, the store will let you do it anyways. My store even said I could use multiple coupons in the same purchase (such as a free item + 10% off).

I previously had an issue with using a coupon for a free product and doing a B3G3 promo. Like Holly said, it discounted the products instead of taking off a certain amount. The total was more than I should have paid to get the product free. I just brought it to the attention of the manager, and she happily fixed the issue for me. She said it was a known problem, and that it’s just the way their computers work.

Company policy is *one* coupon per transaction *with the exception* of multiple coupons that were mailed to you (i.e., a percentage off and a free item).

I work for B&BW so I can tell you that the deal you described will NOT work. You would have to get 5 items for the B3G2F *and an additional item* to count as the freebie.

So you’d actually buy 3 items and get 3 items free.

The B3G2F will *not* work if you make one of the 3 purchased items a coupon freebie.

The newer registers discount each piece instead of having you pay for three and getting two free items. Older registers take off the free items for the promotion. It’ll just depend on the store you go into.

I was able to do it on the website. Not with the coupon posted here, since it’s in store only, but the same coupon with an online code. And in just checking again, I did it with the b2g1 so it was really b1g2.

Online is a completely different ball game than in-store. I just know what our store policies are. Online, for a lot of companies, is more lenient 🙂

Bath and Body Works customer service has always been awesome so I’m sure if anyone had a problem doing this in store they would make it right.
