has anyone else had a problem getting stuck on the submit order page? i cant get to the receipt page. im talking live with an agent and they wanted me to delete cookies and that didnt work either. im so bumbed now lol
Did you remember to type in your phone number? I know it sounds silly but I tried to submit several times before noticing I didn’t enter my phone number… and the page didn’t tell me I didn’t enter it either. Hope this helps.
Try exiting out completely from Walgreens, then resubmitting the order from scratch. I have been on the phone doing the cookies thing before and it did nothing.
I had to redo a photo book from the deal a few weeks ago. By the way when the book came the first two pictures had random ink stains over an inch long.

But it’s less than i was going to pay for an 8×10 print at my closest place to have them done 🙂

I just ordered two, but then received a phone call from my local Walgreen’s stating that I could only order one print per household. Did anyone else have this problem? I’m thinking about having the order shipped if I can have both printed. One free print is still good though!
Did you try doing the second one for pickup at a different location nearby? Mine both show they are ready for pickup at the same store, but I have not gone to get them yet.
what a bumer… i did two different transactions, both went through, but when i got to the store there was only one photo waiting for me; apparently they just decided to cancel the first one (i would have canceled the second one if i knew);
When they called me to tell me i could only do one per household, I just asked the them if they would allow me to do two since they have separate promo codes and they said thats fine.
Yes, when I got to the store the “photo technician” said that I could only have one free photo. I told him that I had 2 different promo codes, and he called a manager over who said it was “fine, just ring her up.” Apparently as long as there are 2 different promo codes then there is no problem. But, if that happens again, I’d rather do it on two different days or two different locations to avoid the problem all together.
Well now having 3 Walgreen in my area doesn’t seem like a bad thing 🙂

I’m going to go get them in an hour or so, when the wife gets home; we also used PRINTS4U – Buy 25; get 25; so $4.75 total for 2 8×10 [she and I, and my family]; and then 50 prints of everything.
Prior to submitting my order the total is $0, but after submitting my receipt shows $3.23. This has happened to me before and it’s such a hassle to deal with when picking up the print. I’ve used both chrome and IE and have the same problem. Anyone have a solution? (WAGS customer service is unsure why this happens)
Mine did that, I just went back to edit the print order and resubmitted the code, it took it the second time.

My boyfriend and I picked ours up at our local walgreen’s with absolutely no problems. the cashier was very friendly and even rang all four of them up together so we could get them quicker. I do wish I had done some photoshopping though! haha. didn’t realize how an 8X10 can really show details in pictures…
really hoping i won’t have trouble tomorrow picking them up. my walgreens isn’t coupon friendly in general so I don’t know how helpful they’ll be with this.

The same thing happened to me. My local walgreens called and said that i could only place one per household and they were very rude. they told me that they went ahead and deleted one and that next time they weren’t going to be printing out my pictures if it were to happen again. I guess next time I’ll just send the orders to different walgreens.
That’s awful, can’t believe they would do that! As long as it goes through online why would they be canceling orders after they get to the store? My total says $0 online and my dad picked mine up and they didn’t even ring anything up cause it says nothing is due.
