Dollar General has lots of cleaners on sale this week also. The store coupon book has lots of matchups to mfq to stack 🙂

I also think that there is a $5 off of $25 purchase @ Dollar General for this Saturday only to stack w/…please check their website to verify that it is available in your area

    What is Catalina?

    • fran

Catalina is a coupon that spits out of a machine when you make a certain purchase.
You have probably gotten them from supermarket purchases. I call them check out coupons 😉

Can the $5 catalina be rolled to do the same deal in on a seperate transaction?

    • amanda

It should, since it says limit to 1 per transaction.

In SW Michigan..Kmart has Double MQs up to $1..limit five coupons per customer, per day with purchase of $25 or more in grocery, beauty and health merchandise…Good luck!

  5. amanda

YAY!! K-mart is doubling this week too
that makes this deal much much better

Buy 3 Scrubbing Bubble Toilet Bowl Cleaners on sale 2/$7
    Total = $10.50
    Use 3 $0.75/1 (double)
    Pay $6
Get back $5 Catalina valid on your next purchase
Final cost only $1.00 for all 3 just .34 each!

Keep in mind you can only double 5 coupons per day and you have to spend at least $25 in grocery and H&B.

If you do head out to Kmart keep you eyes out for %30 off lowest ticketed cleareance items. i brought home a huge bag stuffed with clothes this weekend for $40. The jjoe boxer %100 cotton flannel pj sets are $4, and most of the clearence clothes ring up $2.79.

    Can this catalina be rolled?

    • amanda

      yes

  8. Cathy

You might want to check with your K-mart – mine doesn’t take “those computer generated coupons”

    • Sonia

Cathy that is bull, mine did the same thing I got an email from corporate followed up with one from their store manager that says they do take them. Loss prevention keeps telling the cashiers not to take them, had the problem again and I whipped out my emails and said your store manager says otherwise. Not to mention, if you listen carefully to their in store radio – it says they do right on that as well.

And again I wish I had a kmart close by, the closest is 2 hrs away this would be a great deal to stock up on toilet paper. Scott is the only thing we use.

  10. Jenna

Anyone know if $9.99 purchase will still spit out the catalina? Or does it have to be exactly $10 or more? (looking to score the cottonelle) This is the only brand we use!! Thanks!!

    • fran

No, you wouldn’t get Cat with $9.99 purchase. Collin does state $10 +.

  11. Mommascott

Does the Catalina work at Krogers or CVS, etc? Or just Kmart?

  12. Jessica

I tried getting this deal. I bought 3 scrubbing bubbles and my total was 10.70 before my coupons. After my total was 7.95 and the catalina didn’t print out. I asked to speak to a manager which was as bad as talking to the cashier. They said I couldn’t use coupons cause my total has to reach 10.00 even after coupons. Then she said they don’t take printed coupons. So I left frustrated and just wasted my time.

I did a similar deal on Sunday with 2 scrub. bub. cleaners 2/$7 and 3 of the Glade plug in scented oil warmers @ $1.19 each, used the $2/2 scrub bub cleaners coupons and 3 of the $1.00 off glade warmer coupons. Subtotal $10.57 – $5 in coupons = $5.57 and I received the catalina, so grand total after $5 catalina was only $0.57. Don’t let them tell you the total has to be $10 after coupons, because it’s not true. More often than not, the catalina machine was not turned on or something. Did the deal again with scott tp and some glade warmers and my total was less than $10 again after coupons and the cat spit out for that transaction, too.

      • Jessica

I’m glad it worked out for you! But arguing with these people that think they know what they’re talking about is a waste of time cause I won’t win. So I’ll stay away from that kmart and stick to TARGET!
