how do we know if we won/got it? I filled out the form but then it just said thank you for taking the survey… Was it the first 2,000 or just a random 2,000? 😛 Ah well, at least I tried!

I filled out the form and got the same message as everyone above me. Don’t know if I got it or not. Sigh. I usually don’t even try for his giveaways because they’re generally too much of a hassle. You usually end up giving them your contact information and then not get anything out of it except for a lot of emails from them. LOL! Oh well, we shall see……

I got the same thing – thanks for taking the survey – but keep an eye out for your email. I won the Zappos water bottle from Dr. Oz but didn’t know until I got the email about 4 weeks or so afterwards.
I guess I was too late for the FixmySkin but I did win a free LifeLine Screening while I was on the Dr. Oz site.
I’ve gotten everything promised from Dr. Oz in the past…the pedometer, the Weight Watchers cookbook, etc. Hopefully, “Thanks for taking our survey” was enough confirmation that we need. Now it says the survey is closed.
