Don’t forget the SavingStar $5/$20 for Special K. Along with the coupons and ECB deal at CVS it makes for VERY cheap bars.

    • kelsey

Haha nevermind, I see you did include that.

  2. Jake Albright

    I believe there’s a $.75/1 Special K bars Q on their facebook.

    • Kelsey

Nope, that coupon is for the granola bars which are not on sale. Apparently special k granola bars and special k cereal bars are two different things.

      • Jeanie

On the back of some of the Spec K boxes are $1/1 Qs for Spec K protein bars. Are those different too?

  3. Mel d

Has anyone seen the chocolate special k cereal at any of there stores? My fave…

    • Yoko

Walmart sells it. I think Amazon also sells it.

    • mary

I have been to 3 cvs’ looking for the chocolate one and have not found it 🙁

      • mel

I have bought the chocolate one in the past, but I didn’t see it today, so I only bought the Red Berries.

Just FYI – on the coupons.com IPs, they do say “redeemable at Walmart”, so YMMV on your store taking the coupon (mine won’t take them with another store name or logo on a coupon)

    • Malissa

I’ve never seen them sold at CVS, which is a shame b/c they are also my favorite (and my kids favorite).

  4. chely

My coupons are printing tiny can anyone help?

  5. Bre

I did the Special K cereal deal at CVS today. What an amazing deal!! Purchased 3 boxes used the $1/3 in a transaction that I combined with a $5/$25 store q. For a bundle of stuff I paid $1.50 with my $25 cvs gift card that I purchased for $17 last month. I received $4 ecbs. Purchased 3 more boxes used the $1/3 used ecbs and my g.c. to pay .50 got back another $4 ecbs. Bought 3 more used ecbs and my g.c. to cover $1.00 got back another $4. I am waiting to get my $5 in my savingstar account. Love this deal =)

  6. maria

which coupon do i print for the special k cereal

  7. Kelsey

And the limit on this deal is at least 4. I’ve done the deal 3 times and my receipt still doesn’t show limit reached.

    • rosana

I did the deal twice and doesnt show the limit reached, has anyone try the deal on just the bars and not cereal???

    • Kate

I’ve done it 4 times and my receipt still says I need 3 more to earn, so the limit is at least 5.

  8. mary

    I purchased 3 today w/o a Q cause I didn’t have one, now they have printables… darn

    • A_B

Mary, you should be able to take the receipt with coupons *sometimes it helps to take products with u to show them proof, but its not always necessary* CVS is usually friendly about “post-redeeming” coupons (Most usually will as long as its within a few days of purchase) They may give cash or gift card/ecb .. it’s totally up to the Store, but definetly worth getting credited!!

      • mary

thanks so much, i’ll give it a try!

  9. Kelly

Hi… curious… What does YMMV mean?
And can i use a “Redeemable at Walmart” Coupon at CVS???
    Thank you…

    • stephanie

Your mileage may vary…..from store to store based on what the store policy, etc. is.

  10. Kim

    Can’t find the $1/2 Kellogg’s cereal coupon????

    • Caroline salgado

      it’s $1/2 bars, $1/3 cereal

  11. Jessica

I went to my local CVS today and price checked the Special K cereal. It didnt say anyhting about Cash Back. It just said 2/$5.00. I guess my stores in NJ dont have the sale! 🙁

    • Jessi

      its unadvertised!! 🙂

    • mel

the ECB deal is unadvertised (just meaning that its not in the weekly ad, but part of a monthly deal, which those are unadvertised), but the sale price will show up on the price scanner. the scanner will never prompt what’s part of an ECB deal.

      • Jessica

Ok…so I havent had my morning cup of joe yet 🙂 …lemme get this straight….the ECB will NOT show up on the magic coupon machine when I price check the item? It will only show up at the actual register when I go to check out? 🙂

        • Leslie

Yes, it will only show up at the register. You must buy 3 in 1 transaction and I know at least for me the Granola Bars did NOT prompt for the ECB. The cereals and the cereal bars did. Hope this helps.

          • Jessica

            Thanks Leslie!! 🙂

  12. Jeanie

    Same here.

    • Jeanie

sorry, this was supposed to be a reply to Kate’s post saying she did the deal 4 times….

      • Kate

🙂 FYI – Did it for the 5th time today and limit still not reached. That was the 3rd store and none have been low on stock.

  13. danelle

When you say this is a monthly deal, does that mean it will be going on all month!

  14. Jean

If I buy 3 boxes and get a $4 ecb, can I buy the next 3 boxes with the previous ecb and still get the 2nd $4 ecb?

    • Leslie

If you use the $4 ECB from the kelloggs to purchase more kelloggs it will not prompt for $4 more. If you use ECB from something else it will work.

      • mel

Jean, Yes, you can. I’ve done this deal 3 times, and 2 transx I used the previous $4 ECB to pay and gotten the $4 ECB each time.

Leslie, you might be confusing rolling RRs @ Walgreens.

        • Leslie

          I was…thank you for correcting that 🙂

  15. Amy

I can’t find the $1/2 Kellogg’s bars on the coupons.com site. Has the print limit been reached?

  16. lilly

anyone know if you still get your savingstar rewards from a merged rewards card account? i accidently used my old cvs card but have since merged them, not sure if i have to return the products and re-buy or not? thnx

  17. Lauren

Hi I was wondering if someone could give me a little insight into the saving star program. I signed up, activated the kelloggs coupon and purchased 6 products. Following the scenario i should have hit the $20 limit. Does it take awhile to show that i purchased the items? I purchased them this morning and my account still says that i have $0 towards the kelloggs deal. I’m hoping i did everything right.

    • Rei

It takes a while for the $$ to post to your acct (a few days to weeks). You should be fine as long as you use the loyalty card that’s linked to you SS acct 🙂

  18. glylibra

how long is deal good for? anyone know? thanks =)

  19. Sarah

Thanks so much. Got 6 boxes yesterday and was able to roll the first $4 on the second round of 3 and still get $4 back. The guy ringing me up was like “What is this? Oh my” I was like, “yeah, I have the perfect place that tells me these good deals” 🙂

    • Carri

LOL thats almost exactly what happened to me too. I was able to get 6 boxes and today I went back and got the bars and all the cereal was sold out. Other people must have figured it out too

  20. kelly

I tried buying 3 of the Fruit & Yougurt boxes of Special K and no ECB printed. It also doesn’t show anything on the bottom of my receipt. Has anyone tried this in the metro Detroit Michigan area? The CVS I went to was having computer problems so I am wondering if that is why it didn’t print before I try it again.

  21. Danielle

My cvs was out of the cereal and I wanted to get a raincheck with ecb and they said they couldn’t do it and they knew nothing about any ecb associated with this offer. Guess I need to just search for a store with it in stock!

  22. dnim16

at the bottom of my receipt for CVS it said quantity toward this reward 3 and quantity needed to earn reward 3, it said the same for my garnier deal 15 and 15. Does that mean I have reached my limit?

  23. edy

Dnim 16, the limit on the garnier hair color, shampoo its $60.00 dlrs meaning for every 15 dlrs u get 5 bucks the same with the cereal special ‘k limit is 6 times purchase 3 boxes @ a time to make sure u get the 4 bucks each time. And here in Houston ,tx the special ‘ k cereal is still $2.50 a box is a monthly deal u still can purchase it as long as they have it. Here the store is wiped out! And the garnier even if is not on sale u can still buy it to get the bucks. But, I wait maybe before the end of the month it be on sale again.

    • dnim16

will the buy 2 for $5 or the price for 2.5 still be available? I don’t know if it’s a weekly deal and I hope to get more tomorrow. I really don’t want to pay $3.89 for a box.

  24. edy

Here in Houston Tx the price is 2 for $5dlrs or $2.50 each. Scan ur boxes

  25. Amber

Has anyone tried the cracker crisps? They are supossed to be working too (at least the Sea Salt & sour Cream and Onion varieties)…. I was also wondering if anyone has only bought 2 per transaction and then have the EB still print after 3 boxes? I have $1 off 2 coupons and was hoping to buy 2, then 2 more to get an EB, then 2 more to get another EB – will that work?
