Is it just me or are these things overpriced even at 2/$2?! Have u ever seen one? They are like one bite. $1 for 1 bite is a rip as far as I’m concerned. Pass
Wow, I was just thinking the same thing. I can make cake pops for way cheaper.
Yes they are expensive but they are sooooo good! Gonna grab these with my Caramel Macchiato this morning!
Since I’m dieting and trying to allow only *tiny* indulgences, these are a perfect size for me!!! But I really really miss their caramely-nutty-chocolatey bars!
The problem with cake pops is it’s a large amount of cake pushed into a bite size amount. You are really eating a slice of cake with the air.
They are all less than 200 calories per treat, and the salted caramel nut thingie or the chocolate whoopie pie are calories well-spent, in my opinion 🙂 Not every day, of course
A whole McDonalds hamburger has 250. Considering this is simply one bite, that is a lot of calories.
Why are you so worried about what other people want to indulge in? Just wondering…
That’s great news! I don’t indulge in these often, but occasionally I like to grab a few with the kiddos. The raspberry truffle pop is to die for and, shockingly, the buttery soft crust on the pies tastes almost like grandmas. I’ve always been a slow eater and my daughter and I can savor these for way more than one bite. I could make these cheaper, but then I’d have way more than one. It’s all in the indulgence and experience for us and I treasure those coffee shop moments with her.
I seem to recall there being a coupon (that was still good) that I just threw out from the Target website for 50 cents off any pastry item at Starbucks. I wonder if that would qualify…
how much are they regularly if the are $1.00 on sale ? just askin’
Usually 2/2.50 or 1.50 each.
