Can you use TRYTREAT if you have already used the other free code? I don’t want to get charged, but it was a very nice card.

  2. Nicole

I used the other code and it’s not letting me use TRYTREAT.

  3. Rachel

It charges me for postage for either code.

  4. Ann

You have to be a new customer to use it.

  5. Ashley

I’m a new customer, it is still charging me shipping

    • Ann

I think it’s ship free to your address? It worked for me.

I don’t like that it requires you to put in your credit card information even though the balance due shows $0

    • Ren

Yup, thats very annoying. I deleted the credit card info that was saved under ‘My Account’.

    • Thuy

Just because of that, I’m not going to use this website. I’m not comfortable giving out my credit card info just for a free card.

  7. Jodi

It charged me for shipping also. I wonder if that depends on how far you are away from the companies shipping dept.

I’m not a new customer. It didn’t charge me to ship it my home but it did charge tax?? I am pretty sure they are not based in MI.

    • Thuy

It said card number is invalid when I tried it.

I placed an order on Saturday using the AFFTREAT with 10 cards. It was showing in my cart for $.99 each, and when I hit the place order button in my cart, I thought it would go to a order summary page for me to checkout. Little did I know, it just submitted the order, with an old address and expired credit card. It charged me $2.99 for each card, even though in the cart it showed $.99, because I had ordered from Tiny Prints before. I emailed, and never received a response. Finally, I talked to a customer service representative, and she was rather rude asking where I had heard that promotion, and specifically which website. Too bad, because I was a huge fan of Tiny Prints before, and now I will avoid these sites.

I agree…I’m not giving out my credit card info for one free card. Blah!

Isn’t Tiny Prints the company that was doing free cards around Thanksgiving in 2010 and on the last day of the promotion they cancelled the promotion because people were taking advantage of it and getting hundreds of free cards per customer? I remember spending hours making free Thanksgiving cards thinking I could get a few. In the end I got one that I received so late that I was never able to send it out.

Just tried to get my free card after signing up with a new account. Got through the whole personalization and put in the promo code for the free card. Put in my credit card number (even thought it was supposed to be free). Then the website said I had already used that promo code! Hit the back button to try to figure out what had happened and THE WEBSITE PLACED MY ORDER WITHOUT MY CONSENT! AGGH!!!! Guess I will be dealing with their customer service department, but I am certainly hesitant to use their website again after this! Bad business practice!

Thanks! I was able to order a unique nurses grad photo card for my hubby for free using FREETREAT! I don’t like that you have to give your cc info for a free card, either, but it’s the only personalized + nurses/scrubs + graduation card I’ve found, plus it was free, so I couldn’t resist. My order went through free with no issues. I love CardStore cards & hope these will be similar quality.
