Thanks for the reminder. I love Starbucks!!!

  2. Dara

WOndering, is this available at all Starbucks?

  3. Derek

@Dara, it seems the ones at airports and places like that tend not to run these promotions…but the vast majority of Starbucks participate in this! You will see signs all over the place–I walked past one this morning and their whole front was covered with promo signs! HTH!

Oooo how 3pm can’t come fast enough!

  5. Claire

I’m pretty sure. Even the Starbucks in my local Target stores have signs announcing it.

    • Nikki

Yep, they sure do! Was just there! Gives me another reason to head back there later and bum around. Maybe I’ll do some shopkick scanning.

question , can you use the half off depot egiftcard in multiple uses ? like if i go to starbucks at 3 , and then go back at 8 ? or is it a one time use thing ?

    • milly

What do you mean by depot egiftcard?

    • Kimberly

Yes you can. Its just like a reg gift card. Use it how you like. Should make for one sweet deal. 🙂

Can someone shed some light on how to use coffee grinds in your garden? Is this good for all plants or only some? Do you put it on top of or under the soil? Thanks.

    • Ferchi

Suzanne, I did for two years,, and my garden looks wonderful, I mixed with water and spread in all my yard.On plants, you can use it on those that need acid ph, like bromelias, orchids, hibiscus, and believe me they bloom beautiful.

    • J

      tomatoes love them!

    • Dana

Most plants that need the acid ph love the coffee grounds. You can just dump it around the base of the plants or down rows in your garden. My strawberries seem to like the coffee grounds and my mums love it! I have also read that they help repel the slugs and snails and while it does seem to help… if you have a bad problem like I have with them, you will need more tools in your garden belt to get rid of the slimy critters!

I was also reading the other day that coffee grounds repel snails and slugs from eating your leaves. I just started doing this a few days ago, and I’m glad to see large corporations participating in organic gardening!

Does anybody knows if we get gold points if we use the gift card for the happy hour… or do we get them only at regular price????

  10. Kyn

I have heard that you have to buy 1 at regular price in order to get 1/2 off of your second one. Is this true or even if you just buy 1 you get it at 1/2 off?
