*Once you’ve completed the survey, you’ll be redirected to your MySmiley360 page where you may then see the Arm & Hammer mission box (like the one pictured above). Click on the “click to learn more and accept this offer” link and you’ll be able to read more details about the mission and accept the offer.

*If accepted, your package will ship in 2-3 weeks!  You’ll just need to wash your clothes with ARM & HAMMER® Plus OxiClean® Crystal Burst Detergent. Then share your thoughts with family and friends, both online and off.

    I got it! I do laundry every day. I think that is why I qualified. We only have 1 child, so that didn’t have an impact on me getting it.

      I do laundry 2-3 times a week, and that was enough to qualify

      It finally is working again, & I got through, although very slowly, & qualified. 🙂 Keep trying.
      I guess you really need to check almost daily. I just checked my Smiley360 yesterday & there wasn’t a new offer, but now today here is one.

        Yeah! I just make it a habit to check it every day. I qualified for the lotion mission a few weeks back and just went in today to fill out the survey for it. This morning, I didn’t have any new missions. And now, BAM! LOL! A new mission!

    I never qualify for anything on Smiley360!…I would much rather deal with BzzAgent because I’ve qualified for 6 missions, and it’s only been 2 months since I started doing the surveys!

    can someone please tell me how i get to do missions,is it supposed to be on your homepage or something,ive been signed up for them for awhile now and dont know how im supposed to start testing for products,or is there a link i have to go to?

    Why is it that I qualify for the mission and then do not get to accept it?? This happened with the mystery lotion and this mission. I have been able to accept the Knorr and the Loreal Youth Code. :/ :/ :/

      Does anyone else have this problem??? And, no it is not an inability on my part to figure out how to accept the mission– only because I have accepted other missions. It simply does not show up after I “qualify”.

      This has happened to me with every one. I always seem to have the offer, but I go through the whole process and it tells me to go back to my profile and accept the offer and nothing is there.

    I signed up just right now and took the survey. It said I qualified but when I finished everything I never saw the “receive Arm & Hammer” etc. I have no idea whether I’ll get it or not since I’m a new member. Oh well, I guess if it comes, it’ll come.

    They must be having problems on the site. I qualified for the missing and went to accept it, but the mission doesn’t show up on my page. I went through the Contact Us to report the issue. Sure hope I get it! I love the missions that I’ve received so far!

        Let me know what happens for you, but this was my response I received. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

        The new mission has been filled in record speed and all spots are currently taken. We’re very sorry for any frustration this might have caused.

        Please stay tuned for more missions to come. We have more lined up in the near future!

    UGH, got the mission and my son hit a couple buttons on my laptop and it took me back to the first of it and i pushed submit again and it said i already did this mission, im so bugged, i really wanted this…any ideas, totally new to this

    I’ve often wondered if the questions asked after you qualify could disqualify you. For example after I was accepted it asks questions about what detergents I currenlty use etc. If I had said I currently use Arm and Hammer would I then no longer be a candidate or if I said I was aware of the product am I no longer a new customer? Not sure just something I wonder.
