What is it? A tarp with straps?
Yeah, basically.
Haha, last fall when I was moving into my dorm for college they had one of these bags in the room for each student! It’s a pretty big bag, & basically is tarp but it’s very sturdy. When I was moving out for the summer I used it to carry lots of stuff (i.e. unsold textbooks, binders, etc.) & it held up very well. Now my mom uses it at the grocery store to carry stuff instead of plastic bags. 🙂
We have a bunch of these….they work perfect for taking things to the beach….volleyballs and beach towels fit perfectly, plus you just shake out the sand when you done!
My local co-op uses these bags to distribute the mothly allocations – about 25 lbs of produce each time. They are great! Very sturdy, huge and easy to clean. In fact, they have trouble keeping enough on hand because so many people “forget” to bring back thier empty bag when they pick up a new one. 🙂
I love the ikea bags! They really are like a tarp with straps, but they’re so sturdy. It’s great for hauling laundry up and down the stairs!
They make the best laundry bags! They have both long and short handles, so you can carry them in your hand or sling them over your shoulder. Transferring laundry from the wash to a front-loading dryer is really easy because you can put the whole bag in the dryer, then just flip it over to dump the laundry and remove the bag.
They sell for less than a dollar so I wouldn’t make a special trip just to get one, but they are worth buying when you are there.
Are the meatballs made in China? 😛
Swedish meetballs are made in Sweden!
I wish there was one closer to me. I love the meatballs! soooo yummy.
Collin, I’ve watched your video where you show around your house and noticed that you bought a lot of stuff from ikea… did you get any discount? is there a way of saving at ikea? I’ve just moved to a different state and the sale tax is almost three times as much as it was where I lived before… 🙁
I buy coupons for Ikea thru Ebay. Sometimes they have $100 off coupons if you live in New Jersey
Their food is so good and so reasonably priced! We happened upon a store in Vancouver Canada. We had dinner there. I had the salmon and hubby had the meatballs combo. They have almond toffee cake. 2 dinners(entree and side), drinks and a dessert was around $15. Yum!
