Kate is right! If you refresh the screen, you get a new code. I had to try it 3 times to get it to finally work. Thanks to all!

Thanks @kate riley, it worked for me after refreshing the usa today page and continuing into itunes (took about 5 tries before itunes accepted one of the codes).

I refreshed and still could not get it to work. I went in and deleted my browsing history and then tried again and it WORKED!
