Just as clarification, HT usually doubles up to $.99. On SUPER DOUBLE events they usually only double up to $1.98. this is a crazy super doubles and they are going up to $2 🙂 don’t want anyone yelling at cashiers next week when their $1.98 coupon won’t double! lol

and you can only use three like coupons in your 20 doubled coupons!

  2. Kristen M.

The benadryl coupon, found in the 6/19 RP? Is that supposed to be 6/17?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Hi Kirsten!

Actually, there is a $2/1 coupon from the 6/19/11 insert (yep, a year ago!) that is still valid. Otherwise, you can use the $1/1 coupon from the 6/10 RP or Smartsource.com.

  3. Sadina

wish we had a HT here in stl

  4. Melissa

I wish I had one near me. 🙁

  5. Jenn

I have been planning for a week! So excited for tomorrow morning!

  6. Brittany

There are a TON of great deals this time around. I’m excited!

  7. michelle

So jealous lol…nothing doubles here in SW MI

  8. Griscelda

Ugh I’m leaving to ca for 9 months on Friday!!! There’s some great deals too!

  9. Caitlin Stuart

I’m driving 50 miles to my nearest store to get some much needed deals. We’re moving even further away from HT next month, so I have to get my last fill…. :'(

  10. A

Anyone know if you can still use Express Lane to PLACE (…not just price check….) your orders during SD’s? How do they handle item that are out of stock?

  11. dattadayadhvamdamyata

I can’t tell you how excited I am that you’re doing HT deals now— this is the only couponing I still had to handle on my own!!! (And, a day in advance of other HT blogs and the sale itself, so this is news to me. Lucky me, I shop every other week and this is my week!)

    • M

Not to direct away from Colin and all her hard work, but southernsavers.com has weekly HT ads up every Tuesday. She even had the first super doubles lists (she does 3 for super doubles or triples) up last Friday. The ad list went up yesterday and there will be one more that goes up this evening.

I figure it doesn’t help to check all the resources available 🙂

I love weusecoupons.com their Harris Teeter forum is awesome and I always get the inside scoop there.

        • Jen H.

I find southersavers lists VERY inaccurate. She posts incorrect size coupons for products all the time! I use couponwithcents.com They are on the up & up and are alot smaller and friendlier than the bigger forum boards.

          • mollie

I feel the same way about southern savers. I honestly do not understand the website.

          • M

Part of the reason for this is that she is working off of the national coupon list. If you look, she often posts all the values of coupons she is aware of. For instance, if the national value was $1 off but she is aware of $0.50 and a $0.75 off, she’ll also post those.

I have encountered inaccurate prices, but that’s to be expected. Kinda like Walmart prices are often regional, so are grocery prices.

  12. nicole

Im so excited for superdoubles woot!

  13. kami

Thank you so much for letting us know a day ahead! I’m planning my trip now! Does anyone know what time the deal starts?

    • Amanda

7 am (even at 24 hr stores) and people will be lined up waiting!

    • Mel

      Usually 7am wed.

  14. Amy

For all you in VA and NC, Farm Fresh has been doing their Mega Event doubling up to $2 since Friday, and will continue through NEXT Tuesday!!!! WONDERFUL!

    • Ashley

I am in VA and I thought it ended today?

    • mindy

wow…really? need to buy a freezer for all of these super cheap fresh meat and free magnum ice cream! This is awesome. I’m glad harris teeter step up and double up to $2 this time.

  15. mollie

Where is Harris Teeter located? I live in Alabama and for that I am willing to drive.

  16. andrea

Is that nationwide? I can find nothing on the page for my local HT 🙁

  17. yer

so anywhere and any store will double this coupon deals?

  18. jenn pruitt

Our Harris Teeter is being turned into a Lowes Food! So now we have to travel to Charlotte to get the Double Coupons.. 🙁

  19. Carol_R

These deals are somewhat regional – they don’t have a national flyer. Before going to the store I suggest that you look on their website for the flyer for your area https://www.harristeeter.com/evicredirect.aspx?specials=true and see what the deals are in your area. I live in the Northern VA area and a bunch of the deals posted here are different for the Harris Teeter stores in my area.

  20. mindy

just got some free smart balance milk, butter spread, taster choice coffee.

  21. Brittany

I saved 85% off retail this morning!! If you consider Vic prices, it was still 83%!!! Plus I got a $2 catalina for purchasing 2 boxes of Magnum ice cream. I seriously love $2 super doubles!

  22. Jenn

Amazingly quiet at the Baltimore City store this morning. I spent $1.15 and saved $97.36! Check your evic coupons for two free items!!

    • Shanna

Jenn, I was wondering, I have recently started shopping at harris teeter and love it. I have added the evic coupons but how do you know if they are coming off and do you have to tell the cashier?

      • Brittany

You load evic coupons onto your Vic card prior to shopping. Somewhere on your receipt (normally towards the middle above the scanned coupons) you will see a code marked ZVR followed by an item and the coupon deduction. For instance, I bought Bounty paper towels today. On my receipt it says ZVR BOUNTY TOWELS -.25

The cool thing about the evic coupons is that they technically can give you overages. I’m not sure why the computer doesn’t pick up on it, but I have had it happen before.

        • Shanna

          Thank you!

    • Carol_R

What are 2 evic coupon free items?

  23. Susan

Today I spent $12.75. My coupons tendered were $71.34. Yeah!

  24. Andrea

I purchased: 4 Stoneyfield yoghurts and one 4pack Yo-baby, 1 ThinkThin Crunch Bar (that I already bit into and yuck…), 2 pck’s Weber Grill Seasoning, 8 double packs Gerber 2nd foods, 1 Aveeno baby wash, 2 Desitin, 1 Little Remedies Nose Spray, 1 Tums 96ct, 3 bags of Friskies, 4 Glade Candels, 1 Glade Decor Scents, 1 40oz Mr. Clean, 1 Clorox Bleach pen, 1 Tide scent free (baby) 50oz & 1 Dawn dish soap, 9oz., 1 Morningstar riblets. My total was $42.09 with tax. Coupons were $67.

Harris Teeter prices are bit on the higher side, but I still feel like I got all this for a decent price and it’s all stuff I really use. I have my list ready for tomorrow and am planning only to spend $20 🙂 Love it!

Btw. I couldn’t find anything on the website about my store participating and the cashier didn’t know anything about it either, but the coupons came right off – multiplied. The store was really well stocked, everyone was super friendly and it was very clean. I’m in Northern VA.
