  It has a metal wisk ball in it so you can blend drinks by shaking it. My son uses it for protein shakes.

    I use one of these to mix
    for my daughter. I make several bottles worth at a time and the whisk helps break up any clumps that form.

    i’m pretty sure bpa free – my husband loves his blender bottle. It has a little ball in it that blends the drink when you shake. He takes it to work and has protein shakes for lunch when his schedule is busy.

    For those of you wondering about BPA, I stopped in @ GNC this morning and looked at the blender bottles. I didn’t see this particular one, but all the one I saw had a sticker stating all blender bottles are BPA free.
