Just point your phone at an Old Navy logo to play the Old Navy SnapAppy game! I pulled up the Old Navy site on my MacBook, then put my iPhone over the Old Navy logo. I was then able to spin the wheel to try to win great prizes!

I went to the store today the one on cedar hills in oregon and tried to use the snap ten (took a top for $12 not clearance) cashier said we are not accepting any snap five or snap ten 🙁 . Did any of you have this issue?
weird. did you ask the manager? sometimes the cashiers have no idea about their own app and think you’re trying something weird. i’d ask on their facebook page, that’s usually a good way to get a response.
I used both a snap 5 and snap 10 in Eugene yesterday…
this actually happened to me as well…but i knew that it would work so i told her to try it again…it turns out that she said it didn’t work in the beginning but that she had to retype it in twice for it to work…then she said thank you for letting her know about the coupon so she could tell the rest of the staff…since most of them seem to not know anything about this…
I told the cashier and she even refused to try.
the cashier this weekend looked at me like I was crazy! she didn’t know they even had an app and had to ask the mgr. the mgr had to pull out a cheat sheet to read abou it! it’s been out for months but the cashier said I was the first person to use it! it can’t be combined with other coupons unless u have the old navy credit card, then there was some reward u could use with it.

I use this ap and win quite often. Have never had any problems using the ap at my local Old Navy Store. Love this ap! I have scored tons of free stuff for my kids and I. Also around Christmas time, I won a free pair of Old Navy Jeans.

I use this app ALL the time! I love it! Lots of FREE stuff!! Today both my hubby and I went and got 3 of us 4th of July old navy shirts & my daughter a red, white & blue dress all for FREE didn’t even have to pay tax!

I only have an iPad. How do I redeem the coupons in the store? Do I have to bring my iPad to the store? Thanks!
I have an iPad too and what I did was on the day you want to go to old navy, go to your coupon on your app and click redeem now. Once you see the barcode page popup take a screenshot of it. Email the picture of the coupon to your cellphone. I showed the picture to the cashier on my phone. I had no problems doing this at my old navy store. You could always take your iPad to the store but make sure you can find wifi (if you still have the old version of the app)

I got a Snap 10
I always have problems at my local store redeeming. The staff has no idea what I’m trying to do. Tried to use a snap 5 on two pairs of flip flops and still had to pay over $2 when they should have been free.
Hubby got both snap five AND snap ten—did 2 transactions and only paid $1.07 for 10 pair of socks and a t-shirt! I also got a snap five AND snap ten but got jeans and t-shirt. Still, together we got jeans, 2 shirts, and 10 pair of socks for about $21 total!
My Old Navy Outlet accepts all Old Navy coupons including the snap app! Not sure if it will combine BUT the entire Old Navy store (Outlet) will be 40% June 26th – July 4th!

What can you snap if you don’t have an old navy in your town? I have to go out of town. All I have is the same logo on the internet and it only let me get one spin!! I want to go to old navy only if I get more surprises!!

Pull up the surprise on your phone and tap “redeem now”. Instructions pop up for the cashier in case they are not familiar with it. I’ve redeemed a few now and with no —just need to do separate transactions. Fun free money!
