In my email confirmation, I received a special offer for a $10 shipping rebate through “FreeShipping.com” (sounds similar to ShopRunner but you are refunded shipping charges after the fact, via rebate). Has anyone ever used this? It would seem with the $10 shipping rebate and the $6 Kiwi rebate, that would make this offer a money maker (?)
I have used Freeshipping.com before as a special offer. It is a paid monthly subscription which I just cancelled within the set trial period- maybe a month? I think I used it to send flowers. When I did it- probably a year ago?- they honored the initial $10 off even when you cancel, but I did have to call to do so if I remember correctly.

Have ordered once before. Canvas came and it looked really bad, I contacted customer service, they immediately had it redone and sent it out, and the second one looked perfect.
Oh, and 8×10 is pretty small. I definitely prefer bigger sizes, but depends on where you’re putting it.
I ordered one last year and the color was very dull. I told the company and they sent me a much brighter print for free, but it had scratches on it. Not too noticable, so I fixed them with a marker, because I didn’t want to keep complaining. But all in all, not a bad deal.
I ordered one the last time they did a promotion for the 8×10. As a pro photographer I am very VERY picky about who does my printing and almost always go through a pro company, but this was such a good deal that I couldn’t pass it up. To be honest, the print looks great. The colors are not exact (a little over-saturated, and maybe a little pinker than I had them) but in general most people would be very satisfied with the product. I also didn’t love the cropping they did (it was already cropped to 8×10 ratio, and they made it quite a bit larger to wrap the canvas; although it needed some enlargement to have the wrap, this was more than I would have preferred). Having said all that, those were very minor issues. This canvas was for myself, not a client (for whom I always order from the pro labs), and I have received numerous compliments on it. For the price, it was WELL worth the minor color variations, particularly if as others have said, customer service will replace it if there’s a problem. I will definitely be ordering another with this current deal! (Hope this is helpful!)
