   I skipped this freebie, consumer reports rated it as one of the worst products. Why even risk washing a bright red blouse with white socks??

  OMG you have to just try it! I was my husbands red baseball jersey with his white baseball pants. they are so dirty I don’t want to wash them with ANYTHING else, but hate to run 2 loads for 2 separate things. And he coaches, so he wears them everyday. I throw them in together, they come out clean and the appropriate color. I was totally a skeptic at first too, but it REALLY works

  That’s why it’s a SAMPLE, so people can try for themselves & see what they think. You don’t have to risk a real load like washing your favorite blouse (lol) to try it. You could try, say, rags, old clothing, etc. that you don’t mind changing color of. 😉 BTW, I like it.

  yes, i used this sample when it was available previously. my son’s light-clored sweater as well as some of my whites now are pink-tinged. i was really disappointed, because the product seemed to have no effect on what happened to the colors in my load at all. dark deposited on the lights as it normally would.
