Omg! Im so mad at these too faced peeps! As i was checking out, i went back to enter promo code for free shipping, and they changed the price of the EXACT same liner Colleen got to 14.50!!! Thats not right! I refuse to purchase from them….back to Smashbox i go!!!!

I will never use this company again. I never received an order I placed after a deal that was posted and I called them. The customer service rep called me a thief for using the promo codes and told me that I committed fraud. I asked him how was it fraud and he said because I used two codes and that was illegal. I told him that is not the meaning of fraud and demanded to speak to his supervisor. His supervisor sent me some free eye shadow but then told me that they were going after Hip2Save and other websites that posted the deal.
