Same here. I get really frustrated with it. I think it’s really crazy that they require such a strong password – I can never remember mine – maybe someone is breaking in to my account to claim my sample!!!

I was able to get a free sample of Head & Shoulders!
It said i had already done requested this sample so i dont think it reset cause i havent requested any p&g ones in a long time
They sure made it complicated to figure out for me! At first I had no coupons at this time, then I fished around and found I was in the wrong section – then when I got there the only thing there was a single sample of head and shoulders – no coupons. I passed (maybe more will show up later in the quarter?)
Pretty much the same here, except I had a sample of head & shoulders and a sample of prilosec available, but no coupons. I’m going to wait a bit, I hope (like you) coupons will show up later in the quarter.

Getting a sample of Head and Shoulders đ
Here’s what I got: “Weâre Sorry, Youâve Already Submitted This Request. P&G everyday allows one order request per household address per quarter. Ordering periods are generally between January 1 and March 31, April 1 and June 30, July 1 and September 30, and October 1 and December 31. Sample and coupon selections change throughout the year.” Interesting since it’s only July 2. I surely haven’t requested anything since yesterday. Oh, well.
Same here. I just sent an email thru their website to ask why my sample order was denied because the last time I remember requesting anything “P&G” was back in March (the $7 Crest/Oral Health coupon booklet), and by the time I even received that booklet, it was June; the coupons all expired 5/31/12. I was really bummed about it too because the booklet had high value coupons in it.
Here’s the response that I received from P&G Customer Service. At least they’re sending me coupons.

All I am seeing is coupons… where can I find the sample?
If it says you have already ordered the sample and you have not, try setting up a new account. I haven’t been able to order successfully since January, but I just opened a new account, same address, and it let me order one.
Does anyone need entail or similar coupons? I have the 5$ check coupons my baby is taking Gerber instead, wish they would mail out coupons too. If you have gerber coupons would to trade.

I had to create a new account too- it said I had already requested samples this quarter and I haven’t. Love their free samples but I DON’T love their site! =) Based on my answers to their questions, I didn’t qualify for the Prilosec sample, but I did get the Head & Shoulders sample.
