Ordered the card for next year and just had it sent to myself. Also, I didn’t have to enter my credit card information. However, I didn’t apply the postage.

Just realized my cc info was already on file from my last free card. LOL

Crap. I put in the code and they charged me anyway. Just my luck.

ME TOO!! I emailed customer service.

I was charged too! This is very very annoying!!!! I hope we all get refunds!

I don’t trust Treat at all and won’t ever use them again. I was charged the last time promotion for a free card and didn’t appreciate it. I didn’t realize they were associated with Tiny Prints and once I hit enter on my free card, I got a “looks like you’re already a customer so we charged you” message. I would have appreciated them telling me that since I was already a customer of Tiny Prints and that they were an offshoot of that company that I’d be charged and then ASKED if I’d still like the card. The card was nice enough, sure, but I’d never have paid almost $4 for it voluntarily. It felt like a really sneaky thing for them to do to me.

Same here- I was livid! I didn’t even accept it! I clicked my back button and it automatically charged me anyway!

I just got an email informing me that the promo code was applied on their end and a refund would be issued. 🙂

            who did you speak to?

My code went through and I was still charged. I made sure that the total said 0.00 witch it did but was still charged, oh well at least I was only charged a 1.00.

Thanks, just got one for my dad who served for 30 years. His B-day is just a couple days away. So I personalized it geared more towards a B-Day card. I am really loving these cards. In the last year I have been able to personalize quite a few cards for free. Now when I need a card instead of running to a store I definitely think of these personalized cards 1st. Love them!

I love that they provided the option to send it straight to military bases and veteran hospitals. Just got mine sent – thank you Treat and thank you Troops!
