Thanks! The link for Kotex says offer expired ๐Ÿ™

And just a heads up, the Dove bar soap that’s 5/$5, I tried to use the $1.50/2 IPs (my store has a bin with the 5/$5 items) and they beeped “item not found” I had the cashier void them off. So proceed with caution.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks for the heads up… I’ll remove the Kotex link.

    • Candice Jaehn

This may sound stupid but what does “IP’s” stand for? So the coupon wouldn’t work?

      • mel

IP is short for Internet Printable.

    • GaylaP

The IP coupon reads “Limit one (1) coupon per purchase and maximum of two (2) identical coupons allowed in same shopping trip”. I wonder if this is why it beeped?

      • mel

It beeped on the very first coupon, so I don’t think it has anything to do with the limit. lots of ppl are saying that particular coupon is beeping on the soap and it seems a YMMV on getting the cashier to accept it.

  2. Niccole

I tried the huggies wipe deal at 2 of my local walgreens and neither one allowed me to use the walgreens coupon because not only states is for the 64ct but that is also whats shown on the picture. On another note… I went today to get the free ivory soap bars with the 1/1 that came in the p&g 7/1 and the manager didnt allowed me to use it either!!! She said that the picture didnt show the bars and that the price of the bars was below the coupon value (.99) i tried explaining her that it needed to be adjusted down but she still didnt do it, she said that their lost prevention department is not allowing them to use this type of q’s to give out free products… Is it me or shopping with q’s at walgreens is getting harder every day??? The worst thing is that i went down 4 blocks to another walgs and they took the coupons no questions asked!!! I have 3 wags on my same street and they all use and change their policy how ever they feel like! ๐Ÿ™ its awful!!! (am located in Fort lauderdale, Fl btw)

    • Candice Jaehn

Were you using the coupon on the Soft Skin with Shea Butter wipes? Those are the only ones that the coupon will work for!

    • McKeever's Mom

I’ve had problems with redeeming coupons at Walgreen’s, too. So much so, that I’ve quit shopping there. It isn’t worth the problems and confrontations as far as I’m concerned. I just take the Walgreen’s ad to Walmart and they seem very happy to have my business and redeem my coupons.

    • patricia

wow thats funny because i just got 5 soaps in ont transaction with no problem.

      • ali

@ patricia–I also didn’t have any problems getting the soap, but I just want everyone to remember that p&g coupons are supposed to be a limit of 4 coupons per transaction, not 5. No biggie, just sayin…. ๐Ÿ™‚

    • Marlena

I ALWAYS have problems using coupons at Walgreens. They never let me use coupon if it exceeds the value of the products. they say they cannot adjust the value of the coupon ! It is really annoying. I guess I will start doing the same thing, just bring the ad to walmart and do the price match !

      • beth

I had a clerk who told me the same thing and she said, “well, let’s just call the manager” as nasty as can be. I told her that I was in a hurry and just to void them so I could leave. She said, “no, we’ll have her clear it up so you don’t do this again.” The manager came after about 5 minutes. I felt awful with the line and the manager said, “yeah, you can take the coupon, just adjust it down.” The clerk finished the transaction in silence and did not say a word of apology. CVS is so much easier to shop at. I only go to walgreens when there is a truly incredible deal and even then I am prepared to walk away at the first sign of trouble.

        • Steph

Sound exactly like half a dozen experiences I’ve had at Walgreens over the last couple of years. I’ve since started shopping at CVS on a weekly basis, and hitting Walgreens maybe once a month when they’ve really got a great deal. Walgreens is not high on my list anymore. ๐Ÿ™

      • Sasha

        OVERRIDE>>>>

    • steph

Yes! they do anything they can to prevent you from using coupons or anything. I emailed corporate on a cashier! I use coupons the correct way . I don’t appreciate being treated like a thief. it takes a lot of time to save money . unless it’s a super fabulous deal I go to cvs . I have spent about 200 this year @ CVS. I have saved about 1500. Walgreens can bite it! I <3 CVS. I am in indiana . glad it's not just me .

    • Amanda

I recently moved to Daphne, AL and have found that one of the two (Hwy 98) Walgreens located her is horrible towards couponers. At first I thought it was me, but I asked some couponing friends, and they’ve told me the same thing before I could even tell them *which* Walgreens I was talking about. My previous city was wonderful, I always loved my cashiers and they knew me. One time I had a hiccup and realized it after I left, phoned corporate Wags, and the store manager phoned me and told me to come in to resolve my issue (coupons not deducted, he was able to pull from till and see there were 3 qty and my receipt only deducted one— they must have stuck together, no big). Manager was so friendly, and “understood” that they would have sent them off for reimbursement so why shouldn’t I get my “part” of the transaction with coupon deduction, so it was peachy!

But often, when I have a truly horrible & negative experience, I write to the company, as that allows me to “cool down” ๐Ÿ˜‰ and resolve the situation in calm words. Let’s just say I had a less than friendly experience at this Daphne Walgreens, and phoned corporate Walgreens Customer Service. I explained the situation and attempted to clarify an issue, and the customer service rep told me my info would get contacted to the manager— it has been a week and I have not been contacted! So frustrating, and it’s unfortunate because I guess that store manager is “cutting me” as a loss, when all we’d like is clarification. We couponers don’t make the rules, but we’d just like to know them so we can play by the rules. At first, I tried to let it go, but then thought, I was simply buying a few items, not preparing for a nuclear disaster, but rather my “single girl stockpile” and felt as if I was put on the Salem Witch Trials- Couponing Edition (new reality TV show?)

And, how do y’all feel about “just going to one down the road”? This is what I did, this weekend, when visiting family, I stopped at a nearby one in Mobile. AL It was so much better and stocked (with coupon hot items) and the cashiers were so friendly! I sent a compliment via Walgreens.com about my experience, but it upsets me that this one store, including 3 cashiers who ganged up on me, and the manager who has yet to call me back, does not value my business. And, makes you wonder if “corporate” customer service “knows” we will just “go to another one down the road” and they still end up getting our loyalty, money, and coupon redemptions. Although it’s easy to fight the “man”, sometimes I wonder if they, or this manager of Daphne Walgreens, is trying to “force” me to go to another one so he won’t have to deal with me. I don’ t let things like this infiltrate my life, nor “bring me down” as at the end of the day it’s just a bunch of paper, barcodes, and consumer goods— but it’s frustrating. Do any fellow Hip2Savers remember Collin’s video about the Walgreens Coupon acceptance policy, when she phoned multiple stores and all the information conflicted? Yep, that’s what I think of now when I think of Walgreens thanks to this store. It’s a shame there’s such inconsistency in customer service from store to store. As I say, there’s always a store and friendly folks to praise! Sometimes when I have a “smooth” experience, I will just write a compliment, because it wasn’t a “knock out drag out” it seems with battling of cashier vs. customer.

      End soapbox. ๐Ÿ˜‰

      • Tracy J

I read your “soapbox” post and understand your frustration. I think we have the twin of your Walgreens here where I live where checkout is a series of troubles. Continual beeps and not one but two cashiers who seemed to go out of their way to be difficult. For months I persevered, fighting the good fight. Then one day, I’m standing in line with my cart loaded and I see today I’m lucky enough to get the nastiest one of the two difficult cashiers and there’s a line forming behind me. As I’m standing there that song by Kenny Rogers comes into my head “you gotta know when to hold em, know when to fold em, know when to walk away, know when to run”. So, I walked away. I now shop at one “down the road”.

A little over a month later, I gethered up my Walgreens receipts from the last few months and prepaed two lists with my spending calculations. I went to the first store and spoke (politely) with the manager. I showed her what I used to spend at her store and that I spend a comparable amount at the new store. Of course, I also explained why.

I think sometimes it’s a good idea to contact corporate but in other instances some face time with the people directly involved is the way to go.

        • Sarah

I actually stopped shopping at Walgreens for awhile because I didn’ t see the savings. I am CVS shopper at heart. I love that company and they are awesome with coupons. However, I gave my Walgreens another chance lately and it has been great. I transferred my medication to do the $25 gift card deal so I could load up on some household supplies. I did the Scott’s Natural paper towel deal 12 times in two weeks. It was the best deal ever. I have to disagree, I think it takes finding a cashier who you connect with. I don’t have to do this at CVS because they all are great. Walgreen’s and safeway are the two companies that I have had problems with. I tend to go after work hours and it is better. The one Safeway I will not go to by my house because I was treated like a thief for using coupons. I was not contacted from corporate and they really didn’t care. However, I will just drive to a different safeway if I want to shop there.

    • Lauren (@dopeymouse05)

I used to work at Walgreens, and I can tell you that we did care about numbers. We wanted the best sales in the area, and my boss was always checking how we were doing compared to other stores, like total sales, returns, sales at the cosmetics counter, etc. if you’re going down the street, the first store will feel that, I promise. But if you can tell the store what’s going on, then they’ll understand why the other store is beating them, and hopefully do something to change it.

    • Amber B

I bought a total of 10 packs of Huggies wipes $1.99 ea – $1 IVC q in Monthly Book costed $.99 ea + tax ๐Ÿ™‚ I just got $.50 qs so I plan to buy more except then they’ll only be $.49 ea + tax! Please keep in mind only the Shea Butter orange/pink colored soft packs work unless u buy the wipes in the tubs. If u try to buy soft packs in the Natural Care scent the $1 IVC q will beep! I tried it out just to make sure myself ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. Cathy H

Thanks so much, Collin! I love your matchups!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You are most welcome! ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. Kami Valperts

The coupon for the Aquafresh training toothpaste you posted actually printed out $0.75/1 instead of the $0.50!!!! Makes the deal even better!!

  5. malo

For the training aquafresh toothpaste for kids. The wag coupon book states is the training toothpaste with toothbrush which is 5.99 online price.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yep… you are correct. Sorry about that. Just removed this deal from the post.

  6. Shirley S

There are still the peelie coupons for $1/1 EOS Shaving cream. making the deal above FREE! Woohoo!

    • Shirley S

They’re normally found on 4 packs of disposable razors. I think they were Bic brand, but I don’t remember for sure… saw some the other day!

      • Melissa

They were on my packs of Bic Soleil razors.

  7. Kristie

The Aquafresh Training toothpaste printed for $.75 each. Wonder if I would have issues getting them to adjust them down or just use 1 coupon and pay $.09 for both! Also my SS 7/8 has a coupon for $1 off (2) 4 packs or 1 9pk or larger Cottonelle toliet paper so I am planning to use it at Walgreens with the current sale.

    • malo

Is the wag $2 coupon for this toothpaste? Because the pic in the wag booklet shows the one with toothpaste and toothbrush combined. Pls I need clarifications before using the q. Wag just opened recently in my area and they are mean with couponers, hence, need to avoid being embarrassed by using the right q.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Darn! ๐Ÿ™ You are right… the Walgreens coupon is for the toothbrush AND toothpaste. I just removed this deal from the post.

        • michelle

So sad I was so excited til I went to get my coupons ready…the product this coupon is for is $5.99…also a side not on the huggies wipes…my store had a sign advertising these wipes as .99c after IVC…makes it even more ridiculous that some stores are not accepting it

          • Kristy

I don’t have problems at my Walgreens, but I have found at other places that if a coupon is goin 2 need to be adjusted down then mix it in with other items if u need to purchase something else or u could just give Walgreens their coupon policy stating:
In the event that any item’s selling price is less than the value of the coupon, Walgreens will only accept the coupon in exchange for the selling price of the item. Coupon redemption can never exceed the selling price of an item and no cash back is ever provided in exchange for any coupons.

            • Kristy

This is a response to 2.4.1- Beth..I have no idea how it posted here!!

  8. Leana

I’m so bummed the Trolli coupons is out of print/no longer available and to make things even worst I remembered I had printed one earlier and look and then found it had expired on the fourth…:(

  9. Rachael

Does anyone know if the Country Time half and half will be on sale 2 for $4? I have those $2 coupons from the other day that would make it free.

    • barbara

hi=) i bought those at walmart, they are regularly priced at $2 so free=) hope this helps.

      • extremecouponmom

I also got mine at WM for $2 each, making them free!

    • Rachael

Thank you very much. I only go to walmart every couple of months, so I had not checked there.

    • juanita

Hi can you please tell me where i can find the Country time half and half coupon and if still available? Thanks!

  10. melanie

My walgreens stated as of September, they will no longer issue RR. They are going to a loyalty card, similar to the rewards card that KMart and others use, and it will be points awarded. The main reason is to get rid of the complications with catalina machines. ๐Ÿ™

    • Renee

I hope this doesn’t happen at my store because I have started to use the RR at Meijer-they accept them because they are considered manuf. coupon- where I can get more value for my money and don’t have to deal with fillers.

      • Lesley

That’s good to know about Meijer. I never realized you could use them at other stores :). I’m going to have to try that out! Thanks Renee.

    • mel

I was told they are going to a loyalty card, but RRs would still be offered. They beta tested the point system and that didn’t go over well. Unless they really tweaked the points system to make it worthwhile, I will just stick to CVS and go back to Rite Aid, even with their crazy coupon policy!

  11. ali

I think the single Dove soap deal may need some tweaking… I think they are $1.29 each, or 5/$5.00. At my store, you will need to get at least 5 for them to ring at $1.00 each. If you only buy 2, I think they will just ring at $1.29 each, so the $1.50/2 Q would only make them $0.54 each. To get the best deal, you would need to buy 6 for a total of $6.00, then use 3 of the $1.50/2 Q’s (will need 2 computers) to get them for $0.25 each. If you only have 2 coupons, you would have to get 5, use 2 Q’s, and get them for $0.40 each. I hope I’m wrong, and they are just simply 5/$5.00, but I think you do have to get 5 to get that price. ๐Ÿ™

    • Kristen

I wonder if it’s the same for the Lay’s Stax. They are 5/$5 and I was just going to buy 2, as in Collin’s suggestion above, but I hope they will ring up for $1 each.

      • ali

Ok, I just looked at the ad scan, and all of those things (dove, lays, etc.) are $1.29 each, or $5/5, mix and match, so you DO have to buy 5 total items to get the sale $1.00 sale price. So you could get 2 of the lays stax, 2 of the dove bars, and something else to hit 5 items I guess…. I hope no one is disappointed just trying to buy 2 or 3 things and not getting the sale price. ๐Ÿ™

    • Nicole Prucha

You have to purchase the soaps in increments of 5 for the items to ring up at $1 each and the coupons state on the bottom that you can only use 2 in a transaction so the best price you can get these for are $0.40 each.

    • thelostpond

Anything at my walgreens priced like that you have to get all or they will not ring up $1 here in TN, but in FL they would.

  12. Andrea

Wish the Desitin coupons would ever reset. I’ve used them months ago and it does not allow any more prints. I need more than 2 tubes of Desitin over the course of my child’s life in diapers ๐Ÿ™

    • steph

if you know any mary kay ladies ask for sample of their extra emollient cream. it is pink and thick. works like a charm on diaper rash only takes a bit. I used this on my babysitting girls!

    • CJ

I have some $1 Q’s from my pedi’s office I’ll send you if you want to give me your address. I may also have some I got with samples in the mail. I’m not a big fan of Desitin but I still pick up coupons when I see them for shower gifts. coupons4crissy at yahoo

      • andrea

I’ll have to check the extra emollient cream out – thanks for the tip.

CJ – I sent you an email. Thanks so much for offering!

  13. Kristen

I don’t remember much about the school supply sales from last year … what do you all think is a good price for filler paper? I see 130 sheets for $0.79 is not highlighted in red, so just wondering what price I can expect to get later in the summer? Thanks in advance if you have any ideas!

    • ali

I think I remember stocking up when it was $0.50 or $0.39 or something like that….

    • suzana

Best deal for filler paper I got last year was during a penny sale at OfficeMax! There was also the same paper that was on sale a different week for like 25 cents so wait a bit… the best sales are still to come! ๐Ÿ™‚ hope that helped!

      • Kristen

Thank you both!! (And thank you, ali, for the clarification about the Lay’s Stax question I had above ๐Ÿ™‚

  14. Peggy Kiep

i did the same , went to walgreens and they wouldnt take the ivory soap coupon, said the computer rejected it and they couldnt override it

  15. Tana

I have clipped my coupons, and did not get the Irish Spring Deodoarant Coupons, from my Oregonian. Anyone else?

    • Fortuna

No Irish Spring coupons in 7/8 SS here in MA either!

    • Victoria Sharp Brewster

no coupons for me either ๐Ÿ™ chicago area..

      • Jan

I had a bummer coupon week. Had two inserts, but only about 10 coupons ๐Ÿ™

        • Dawn

Me too! I was so mad, what’s the deal with that? This was a Mississippi newspaper. My dad tried to pick me up one in another town and was told their Sunday papers will not even have coupons in them anymore.

    • Sarah

Thanks!! I was actually wondering if there was any coupons out there. We are about to start trying for our 3rd baby and I will be needed some tests, LOL ๐Ÿ˜‰

      • Sarah

If you have a Dollar Tree near you check them out. Tests for only $1 and they are very accurate!

        • juanita

hi…Can anyone tell me where to find the Country Time half and half coupons? are there any available? thanks!

  16. steph

My Walgreen doesn’t put up all of their tags. Drives me crazy. Im team CVS all the way!

    • rosebudds

I worked at Wags and they should honor their old ad prices if the tags are still up. HTH

  17. donna

I dont think the scenerio for $5 RR for beauty products is right I think its only for the john frieda stuff. If you go to walgreens website and click on the zest or irish spring it doesnt mention the RR. I hope im wrong but it doesnt look too good.

    • andrea

I just came back from Walgs. I bought John Frieda dye and 2 Zest. When i asked why i didnt get the RR the cashier went and checked and confirmed it was only for the john frieda. She completely agreed with me that the ad is very misleading. She also said that it happens alot and she gets frustrated because the customers all get mad at her. I get frustrated when the ad is misleading too, but im always nice about it becuz its not the workers fault.

      • Jenna

Yep…I tried the products u had listed in the Walgreens rundown I purchase 16.00 worth of the zest..dial..irish spring used coupons and did not recv. The rr’s…the manager told me that it was just for the John Freida product….I said that the add wasn’t clear…they were nice…however was too tired I’m just gonna return when I go back next week…and yes I’m kinda done withnwalgreens too

  18. Brittany

    Thanks Collin!

  19. Kate

Watch out for the RR for the Irish Spring, Zedt, and Dial. It didn’t print for me. The manager was very nice but he went back to his office to check why it wasn’t working after trying all of the products individually to see if the RR would work. He came back saying it was only for the John Frieda products. He agreed it was very misleading. I am getting so fed up with Walgreen’s. If it wasn’t for the powerbar deal this week, I’d have spent my RRs and never return!

    • mel

I did a quick research last night and found
John Frieda is a KAO brand
      L’oreal is L’oreal
      Irish Spring is Colgate brand
      Zest is P&G
      Dial is Henkel

I can’t recall a RR deal of overlapping brands, so I figured the RR deal must just be for the JF items.

      • Kate

Be that as it may, Mel, did you see the ad? It LOOKS as if that is what the deal includes. Plus, so did Collin and the ladies at KCL because I think they all came up with scenarios for the deal that never was. ๐Ÿ˜‰ I told the manager how much easier CVS is to navigate and he said he hears that all the time and he thinks that the Walgreen’s company intentionally makes things difficult to dissuade couponers from abusing the system… Okay, I agree that some people abuse it (who needs 200 razor packs of 4?!) BUT I think it’s wrong to offer a deal or make it seem as if one is there only to cause problems for the customer, making it very difficult to get the actual products that ARE on sale. Ok. Rant over. ๐Ÿ™‚

        • mel

I do my own matches first, going to IheartWags (where the ads are normally up a week or 2 out). Then ck here to see if I might have overlooked a deal or coupon. When I saw Zest/Dial etc. listed, I was confused b/c it wasn’t listed on IHW. So I searched the products and figured the deal must solely be on John Frieda. I do agree, the ad -is- very poorly laid out. A set of dots or a line between JF and the next product would have kept it less confusing I think.

  20. deb

thanks Collin!!!! My daughter is going away to college in Aug. and I am buying free things for her to take with her. Thanks so much!!!

  21. Sasha

Went when WGS opened this morning in Acworth, GA.
Fiber 1 cereals did not trigger the $1. RR.Mgr. forced it for me.
And low and behold-tomy utter amazement I found multiple Huggies Shea Butter wipes still on the shelf! I got 6!!!! No beeps at WGS on Baker Rd. & 92. ๐Ÿ™‚

  22. Alisha

My Walgreens stores are a joke. Just left 2 different stores and neither one of them had any of the school supplies in their ad or the BOGO bookbags. Not that they sold out…they weren’t anywhere to be found. If its in the ad why is it not on the floor?!?

    • mel

Sometimes its not necessarily the stores fault. I was in Wags yesterday and they were in the school supply aisle. I overheard the manager & another worker talking about how few items were on the truck last week, and nothing matched what was in the ad this week, and they would have to make do until the truck came this week.

    • Dara

The Wags ads are the same at every Wags. I couldn’t agree more though, I find that is the case all of the time here. They never have anything that is in their sale add especially if it is a newer item!

    • Walgreens Manager

The sale ad is mostly national, so some items are only available in certain areas. Plus, with my store, we receive a lot of items later than most stores (our truck is on wednesdays, and i found stores with friday trucks receive their items before we do). It’s definitely a corporate issue, and I always find at least one item that we have never carried. You can always ask a manager and they can do their best to try to find it for you, its worked both ways (I’ve found items for my customers, and I’ve worked with other managers to find items for their customers). I’ve also substituted comparable items, like the sony boombox in last weeks ad we never carried and no one that had our same warehouse had it, so i substituted JVC boombox.

  23. cdawnt

Not sure if this is a good deal because I haven’t priced Niagara Spray Starch, but they are on sale in the Walgreen’s ad for $1.19 and I have a coupon for $.50 off. I clipped it from a Smart Source or Red Plum, can’t remember. It expires 7/21/12. $0.69 sounds like a good deal to me and I could use up some of my RR. Are they really discontinuing the RR in September?

    • Shea

Yes. That’s what the manager at my store said. They are switching to a card like CVS but instead of receiving RR or ECBs we’ll just receive points on our card. The program piloted last year and had mixed reviews. ๐Ÿ™

  24. guest2

I forget which coppon it was but I had printed it off the internet…probably from coupons.com. Anyway, I took it to Walgreens and the gal told me they couldn’t take it because it didn’t have the little yellow dots up by the expiration date! What?! I never even thought to look for yellow dots before, but I do now if I use it at Walgreens.

  25. michelle

Don’t forget, there is also a Huggies wipes coupon in the 7/8 SS!

    • michelle

Okay, I just noticed that’s already listed in the deal above it.

  26. crystal

The trolling gummy $1/2 coupon is only good on 7oz or larger. The in ad says 4.5-5oz.

  27. ilovetaybear

i did the Dove deal at my Walgreens (sacramento, CA). it did beep but the coupon is legit for “any dove item” so the cashier was kind enough to call the manager and he just had the cashier manually enter the q. i’m not sure how you got “.25” each though. $5/5 – (2) $1.50 = $2 / 5 = .40 each?

  28. Hatice K.

I received Johnsons baby lotion catalina with 2RR from Johnsons baby deal ๐Ÿ™‚

    • Rebeca

Hi Hatice. What do you mean, an additional $2? What was the catalina for? Thanks for sharing.

      • Hatice K.

I received $1 off Johnsons baby Lotion man. coupon + $2 off any pediasure coupon
These printed before 2RR for 2 Johnsons baby Body wash that get. HTH

  29. Lorraine

The Zantac cool mint coupon is no longer available. ๐Ÿ™

  30. Amy Mac

So I don’t shop at Walgreens that much, so I’m not sure on this, but can you combine an in-ad coupon with an IVC such as the Simply orange juice? Isn’t that 2 Walgreens coupons on the same item?

    • Amy Mac

I don’t think this is allowed per coupon policy. ๐Ÿ™

Simply Orange or Tropicana Juice 59 oz 2/$6 with in ad coupon
Use the $0.50/1 Simply Juice Walgreens coupon found in the July Coupon Booklet
      Final cost $2.50 each!

      • Walgreens Manager

No, that’s totally fine. In fact its encouraged ๐Ÿ™‚

        • Amy Mac

          Great – thanks

      • Chelsea

Actually, it is allowed, as per Walgreens coupon policy.

  31. Dara

OMG, I just had the worst experience at Wags with the new registers! WOW! Bought 2 starburst and 1 huggies wipes. They couldn’t get the registers to take off their own Wags q’s or a register reward! This could be tough for us guys!

  32. Steph

Tried to do the $15 Garnier Fructis for a $5 RR deal, but no RR printed for me. The manager said that although Garnier Fructis is in the pink box that states $15 for $5 RR, the only thing that actually produces a RR on this deal is the JOhn Frieda. He was irritated that the ad was so misleading and said he has been having to deal with this a lot since the ad came out yesterday. Anyone else had this happen?

    • Julie

/yes. I had the exact same experience. My RR did not print. We called the manager over who found out that the Zest, Dial, and Garnier items are not a part of the RR deal. She was also frustrated at the misleading advertisement. I love the manager at my Walgreens, but seriously I have problems every time I go.

    • Emily

Same thing happened to me. My cashier was upset with the misleading ad as well.

  33. Jessica H.

Just a warning about the $25 Walgreens card for transferring a prescription – I was able to do this successfully a few months back and went in today to pick up a new transferred prescription to use the coupon that Walgreens website gave me for transferring my prescription. There’s a big sign by the Pharmacy stating that as of June 2012, they can no longer give out $25 cards for transferring prescriptions in the State of Oregon because the Oregon Pharmacy Board ruled it illegal, and they were unable to get the advertisement out of their most recent ad. I was majorly bummed because I went out of my way to transfer the prescription and even the website gave me the coupon knowing exactly what state I was in. I was at the Medford (Barnett) store.

  34. Christal

Collin, There is a save .50 on an TWO 4packs or ONE 9 pack or larges COTTONELLE toilet paper coupon in the 7/8 SS. Makes it a better deal!! ๐Ÿ™‚

  35. Amy

Could I use my EOS shaving cream RR on next weeks EOS lip balm ad still get RR?

    • mel

I don’t see that in next wks ad???

        • mel

thanks. I don’t think the RR will print for the lip balm if you use the RR from the shave gel since the value is the same.

          • Amy

I don’t understand what you mean by it not printing because the value is the same. It will not print the RR because they are both $4RR?

            • Chelsea

It should not print because both RRs are distributed by the same company: EOS.

              • Amy

I didn’t think it would. Just thought I’d ask to make sure. Thanks!

  36. Marissa

Can’t find the Irish spring couoon anywhere! Was it regional? Thanks!

    • juanita

i can’t find the country time half and half….knowing is free at wlamart is making me crazy looking for it….anyone knows where i can find it or maybe was regional, i am in Texas. Thanks

  37. frugalgirlygirl

Just a heads up…Walgreens in Camden SC has good clearance on some make up.Revlon is included and you can pair it with a $2 off face q to make for some great deals!

  38. Beth

Hi there just wanted to let you know that in this months Walgreen Savings Booklet there is a coupon for $5 off K-Y Intrigue.. so you could combine either the $7 coupon or the $5 printable coupon and get a great deal!

  39. Beth
