Last time payless had a 10 off 25, I was excited.. ordered 4 pairs of shoes for my girls for $17, whoopee right? not. That was around the end of may. I chose ship to store, called my store they havent recieved it, called corporate, they can’t track once its been put on a truck to a store.. they refunded me my money and told me IF my package arrives I can still pick it up.. love the keyword, IF 😉 Just a FYI

Sucks doesn’t it, this seems like a good deal, just makes me hesitant, which is why I’ll be passing.. even if I only spend $15.. do I want to wait 2 months to get my $15 back and still not have what I ordered..hmm.. no 🙂 lol
Sorry you had a bad experience with your store. I’ve ordered twice online and had it shipped to the store with no problems. Maybe you’ll have better luck next time.

I’ve never had a problem with the ship to store. It has worked the last couple of times. Maybe try a different store for better luck.

Just wondering on size I know when I usually go in the store I get my 4 yr old son a 13 1/2 and they are out of stock in what I want..Could I do a 1 and that would be bigger right? It confuses me
1 is bigger than 13.5. It goes from toddler to youth sizes.

i placed 2 orders with the bogo50 sale that just ended and they both shipped to the store… i picked up one and the other I’m waiting on, but i anticipate it to come within a wek or so. i thankfully haven’t had any problems using ship to store before.
that said, i just picked up a pair of the american eagle avery bow flats in navy and the dexflex wedge cutout sandals for $17+tax with ship to store! so excited.. i got one the avery flats before and they are super comfy.
I got two nice pairs of shoes for $ 20.27. Only one was on sale, but that $ 10 off $ 25 is too good to pass up and I can always use new shoes for work.
I do ship-to-store fairly often and it does take about 2 weeks; give or take a couple of days. So, if you’re in a rush, just head to the store and do your shopping. But if you can wait, take advantage of this deal!!!
