I just got one but I had trouble at first too. MAKE SURE TO CHOOSE THE 5X7 SOFT COVER BOOK FOR $12.99 and not the Everyday book for $11.99. HPreward still works.

Customer service was excellent. For some reason, HPREWARD/HPreward was not working for me so they issued a credit for my account to use. After it still didn’t work, they had me order the book at full cost and immediately issued me a refund for the different. Snapfish’s customer service is excellent!
