New Video: Shop with Me at Toys R Us
As I mentioned earlier this week, Toys R Us is offering up an awesome Crayola sale and promotion through the end of this week. First, all Crayola crayons, pencils, markers, paints, dry erase, Color Wonder and Color Explosion products are on sale buy 1 get 1 FREE. Even sweeter, you’ll score a FREE Crayola Deluxe Game Set ($9.99 value!) with ANY Crayola purchase of $19.99 or more (note this Game Set is located at the customer service center and given to you when you check out).
Since I am off on a road trip soon with the family, this was the perfect week for me to head over to my local Toys R Us store here in Boise, Idaho to stock up on items to entertain the kiddos in the car. And since I was buying items specifically for my kids, I brought along my son, Nicholas. Not only did he help me select the items, but he also had a chance to witness all of the savings I snagged (I am trying mold him into a future Hip2Saver! :D). Check out my video below to see the deals that Nicholas and I snagged:

* Go here if you can’t see the video.
Here is a breakdown of the items that we snagged:
Buy 2 Crayola Dry Erase Markers 4 pack $4.99 each
Buy 2 Crayola Window Crayons 5 pack $4.99 each (my kids have already put them to use; super fun product!)
Buy 1 Crayola Color Explosion 3D Set $12.99 each
Buy 1 Crayola Color Explosion Neon Set $9.99 each
Buy 1 Color Game & Activity Set $9.99 (free w/ $19.99 Crayola purchase!)
Total After B1G1 Free Sale = Only $22.97 + tax (and saved $29.96!)
HAPPY SHOPPING! 😀
U guys are so cute. I like the video. Toys R Us is a total buyer beware store. Their prices are a lot higher than competitors, so bogo is the only way to go!
I really like this video !
sooooo cute !!
really cool video. Makes me feel good that my kids feel the same way. Great buys as well
Loved the video, especially the dancing. 🙂
cute video.
Awesome video loved it
Loved the video, but then again I love all your videos 😉
I don’t mean to be negative or critical at all, but I did find the end hard to hear because someone else was talking in the background. It made it hard for me to focus on what you were saying because my brain wanted to try to figure out what the other person was saying too lol Just trying to be helpful
Thanks for the honest feedback, Elizabeth! I apologize for the background noise. I think that was actually my son, Nicholas, talking to his cousin, Saylor, who came along with us as well. I can see where their conversation would be extremely distracting. I will work on eliminating that background noise in future videos.
It’s ok, Collin! I know eliminating background noise can be very difficult and sometimes out of your control. You do great work and I’ll be a fan of yours forever 🙂
Hey Coleen not sure how to send you a email but AMC is offering a 50% off a popcorn and soda combo on their Facebook page

omg! i love these! i always get the free popcorn or drink coupons 🙂 they really help. i love this coupon too!
Haha is it bad that my 2yo already feels the same about shopping? Great video!
I love the dress on the person filming ..very cute..saw it through a reflection!! LOL!
Just a side note I really like your necklace! Did you by chance get it from Ten Thousand Villages? It looks similar to one that I got from the site. 🙂 As always love your videos.
Yep… sure did! 😀
That was an awesome video. I totally agree with the others…love your videos. lol. My oldest son just started kindergarten yesterday and my three year old son is so bummed that he’s big brother is not here to play with him during the day. I think we both are in need for some serious shopping therapy and get some BOGO crayola items. I think that might make his day and not hurt my wallet. Thanks Collin. 🙂
Your son is just adorable. Loved this video!!
Blessings to you!
I tried using my $3/10 crayola purchase that I got off the Kraft string cheese and Toys ‘r Us wouldn’t take it because it wasn’t scanning and they wouldn’t push it through – the manager tried telling me I couldn’t use it because these were all on sale – part of the B1G1 sale – may return them now, because not such a great deal.
I loved this video of you and your oldest son! Let me guess, he is in 5th grade? 🙂 Or maybe even 11? Lol..It seems they are still young enough at those ages to goof off with Mom! They get older and quieter for some reason once they hit teenage-hood! 🙁 But I always have fun w/my kiddos. I love these ideas; gonna have to remember to definitely check your site next time we are off on a road trip! Great ideas.
