I did this deal a few months ago and was able to get the $4 cash back from shop at home. I haven’t used the coffee maker yet but will tell you the coffee is wonderful! I canceled the membership (very simple, no problems) but have already ordered more coffee because I like it so much. If you’re a fan of flavored coffee and like chocolate I highly recommend the Chocolate Truffle. Delish! This is my new favorite coffee for sure.

I did this last week! I broke my carafe, and it was just cheaper to buy this whole coffee set then a replacement pot! Loved the chocolate truffle too! I came within a few days. I think the expiration date on the deal is the end of the year!?? Coffee pot works great too…they even sent ten filters and a scoop!

I did this deal the last time it was offered and I wasn’t happy with my experience. My coffee maker arrived with a broken glass pot. I called and inquired about a replacement pot. They wanted me to order the coffee maker at FULL price and then when I received the coffee maker I was to call them back to get a refund … all based on a note they would put in their system. Needless to say I didn’t do the replacement. 🙁

Beth you just need to log in to the site and go to my account. You will see an auto-delivery link. There will be an option to cancel. I did so with no issue at all.
Beware!! Do not do this deal if you are mainly wanting the coffee maker. I ordered it the other day and my coffee arrived today but there was no maker. I called the company and they told me that this promo was from a 3rd party website and other customers have had issues with this. Even though the picture shows the coffee maker they are telling me that it is not included with the deal. On their website they have a 19.99 promotion going that includes a coffee maker. Seems kinda shady. They “said” they are refunding my 9.99 and allowing me to keep the coffee. Just wanted to let you know so you get into something you did not expect!
