How big of a deal is the .01 overage on the glade coupon? is it usually all kinds of drama….a beep and a confused cashier who tried to tell you that you can’t use it?? I have not done a coupon with overage that needed to be adjusted at Walgreens…. I have avoided it, but really want to take advantage of this MM. thanks!!
I think with the new registers it might adjust itself? Or my regular cashier usually just types in the coupon with the amount written on it. I’ve never had a problem.
I know what you mean. It has to be a pretty big deal for me to put up with that baloney. Get the Glade at Walmart. No problems. It was a nightmare for me last week to get the bic razors free after the buy one get on 50% and two $3 coupons. Fortunately with that one, I had six coupons, so it was worth the time, stress and trouble of them learning their own policy.
Train your cashiers and your couponing will be much more fun. We have the new computer system here and if it beeps they say…oh I have to adjust and it’s no big deal. I think they all have it now. Learn their names and smile. If they say they cant do something, let them know its policy and tell them its on their website if they need to go look it up. Once they did and now they know. Unfortunately, they dont teach that to the cashiers.
My walgreens refuse to adjust the coupon as it states in the policy they dont adjust coupons. I cant catch a break and i have tried 3 different walgreens. I hate walmart i refuse to shop there as the cashiers are so rude. Its hard to get freebies where i am.
I know they refused but they know meand took my coupon and I got the 2 $1 RR yesterday but went today and only got 1 $1 RR they said they must have fixed the glitch.

Just got back from my Walgreens bc they start there deals on Saturdays and you can get both weeks deals in one day. Some notes are on the Bic Highlighters .l79 cents each use the $1/2 coupon making them just .29 cents for a 5 pack!!
Also my store no longer sells Right Guard body wash. But they did have Total Defense 5 clear deodorants on clearance for .82 cents and I had those printable $1 off 1 or $2/2 so got them all free and for some reason it printed a $3 RR for every 2 I bought so a huge money maker!!

No the $10 RR deal does not include razors and systems, only “select” gillette disposable razors. That’s what’s printed in the sales ad. So you won’t get it if you buy $30 worth of the Mach 3
Dial soap coupon from 8/19 RP. You have to bar soap and liquid soap to use coupon for 35 cents off. Both items.

I was at Walgreens this evening as they were putting up the RR’s for this next week and I noticed that there is a $1.00 RR for Herbal Essences shampoo or conditioner this week thru the 25th. I just received my “Free coupon” from the facebook offer on the Herbal Essences, so I used it and it was a $1.00 money maker with the RR.
I did this earlier tonight when I went back for more Huggies wipes and a Venus razor. It was $15 for 3 packages of 184 ct Huggies wipes, a Venus with Olay razor, a Reach toothbrush, Reach floss, a Cars 2 Sand Bucket play set backpack (clearance 75% off), Haribo double cherry gummy candy, and an Herbal Essences Hello Hydration conditioner. Not bad!
If I purchase the Oral-B floss picks and the Mach 3 razor in the same transaction, do you think the RR will print since they’re both P&G and both are 4RR?
The Tresume deal can be even better! Last week Wag’s was printing 2 off any one Tresume shampoo/conditioner purchase catalina’s! That makes the four products $1 each if you hung on to it like it did!
Those are manufacturers coupons, you can’t use those and the news paper coupons together

I just went to Walgreen to do the Glade money maker deal. But the cashier said the register reward only one per household. Even I have 4 coupons, if I pay in 1 transaction, I can only get $1 rr back. And she would only do 1 transaction for me. Is it true??

Help please. My walgeens finally got the new registers. I tried to use the $1 off planters, buying two jars and using two $1 coupons. I also had a $off coupon from the wag August book and they said I couldn’t use the wag coupon. I did have extra items. Is there an order that I should have given the coupons in? I guess I should have paid more attention when the rest of you were getting the new registers. Thank you

Most if not all of the cpns in the Wags book are IVC (Instant Value Coupons) meaning they are NOT MQ. You should of been able to stack a MQ and an IVC. If that was all you bought you didn’t even need any extra items. I don’t have the book here but From my experience I usually give them the MQ first Then just show them the IVC and they can usually just scan right from their book. (I don’t even have to cut them out) because they are Wags cpns and they don’t have to send them in to get reimbursed like MQ. I usually have no problems. The only time you need to have extra items is if you have more MQ ( RR’s are MQ too!) then items. That’s when you need the filler items.. usually cheap like I try to find for 10 cents! HTH

Saw another great deal on my trip to WAGS – my store had almost all their Disney vitamin gummies on clearance – the 60ct bottles were marked down to $3.49 (orig. $7.99-10.99) and coupons.com has $1/1 coupons (they’re in some inserts too) so only $2.49 a bottle! This is a stockup price for me!!! =)

I was told by a Walgreen’s Mgr that they discontinued carrying right guard deodorants and body wash even though they have it in their current ad…
I was at my local Walgreens and noticed lots of toys on clearance. Also brooms & mops. I was able to get a mop for $8.74, regularly $14.
My Walgreens had the Right Guard body wash on clearance for $2.29. It qualified for the BOGO, plus each one had a $1 off manufacturers coupon stuck on it! Since Walgreens will apply one coupon per item in a BOGO, I bought 8 of them for $1.16 total!! Less than $.15 per body wash! Gotta love clearance!
