i STILL cannot print red plum coupons no matter what I do. So disappointing!!

Yeah, I’ve had a LOT of trouble with Red Plum lately. The message box that says “We’re working on your coupons. Our printing software is starting up. Make sure your printer is on.” comes on and it sits there like that forever and nothing else ever happens.
