  Franni I just tried to do this offer and it came back and said “one sample per person” I didn’t know I had previously done it but that makes me think that if you use a different phone you could get another 🙂

  I also got “one sample per person”. I don’t remember signing up before. Then my son used his phone and it went through. Weird.

   I got it in three texts. They first texted me my address and asked if it was correct. Then, they texted me asking for my first and last name. Finally, a confirmation text saying please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. The entire process took less than 30 seconds.

    I was able to get the sample. I have an iPhone though and apparently, I texted “complexion” to the same number for the Biore free samples August 11th, 2012. Maybe you have texted something else to this number and it thinks it was the same promo?

    Sorry you guys are having trouble. Not sure why mine worked. It freaked me out when it asked me, “Is … your address?” It was correct. Weird.

  I’ve gotten free nail polish, coupons, Degree and now this one and I’ve never gotten random spam texts from it. I’ve never gotten random spam texts at all actually.
