Just and FYI this is not just today, I did this last week. Got a pair of boots for 20.00 plus the mag. They have FB ads up ALL the time that say 50% your 1st pair of shoes.

  • Sami says:

    Thanks! Just ordered some! :)

  • Blossom says:

Sweet! I was saving up giftcards for a pair of nice $100 boots, this is awesome! Thanks

  • Priyanka says:

Thanks! Just got a pair of boots.

  • Denise says:

I went on their site to look at the handbags and couldn’t get to them… I was inundated with all kinds of questions I didn’t want to answer. I just wanted to look at the bags and see if it was for me… apparently it isn’t! Too bad, the deals sound awesome, but I can’t wear heels.

  • mada says:

    thankyou so much collin!!

  • rebecca says:

so if i prefer the refund and after i print the form… do i need to remove the magazine subcription off my cart?

    • Brenda says:

      That’s what I was wondering..

      • Anne says:

I just asked one of the online service rep ladies and she said to remove the magazine after you print the form. So then you’re basically paying the $19.95 now, and then when you get the email confirmation, print it out and mail it in with the form within 30 days to get the refund to make it free! She said to make sure you print the form before you complete your purchase or it won’t be available. They were pretty helpful, I’m guessing because I wasn’t trying to cancel my membership :)

        • Sarah says:

Yes! Print the rebate offer and then remove the magainze from your cart otherwise by leaving the magazine in your cart it will subscribe you for that magazine when you checkout. I also just spoke to them about it.

    • Juli says:

Shoot! What happens if you left the subscription but printed the rebate? I assumed that the rebate would cancel it….I ordered long before I saw these comments:/

      • Kim W. says:

Juli – I just called Sub Co, which is the company that does the Entertainment Weekly magazine promo. They said that sending in the rebate would cancel any subscription that you signed up for and they would send the check instead.

  • Katie H. says:

I just placed an order and tried to cancel my membership right away. The customer service lady told me that I was “using the company to get a good deal, and then leaving them behind..” To which I told her that I absolutely was, and if they had a problem with that they could cancel my order all together. She was REALLY rude. You cannot cancel until the 1-5th of next month, because if you do so sooner you have to pay full price for the order :(

  • sara says:

Awesome! Thank you so much. I used my $25 bonus AMEX card from ordering the pre-paid card you posted about earlier. Nothing like recycling free money!

  • rae says:

Heads up – they only go up to size 11.

  • Patricia says:

I wonder if its more than one per household for the money back from the magazines. I’d like to buy one for me and another as a gift.

  • shanna says:

I was just saying to myself I need to start Xmas shopping! Imma see if I can find a cute pair of shoes for my sister!

  • Kim W. says:

Thanks, Collin! I just got a pair of boots and will send in my refund requst for Entertainment Weekly straight away. To me, it’s worth the “hassle” of skipping a month or cancelling next month.

  • Amy says:

I failed to print the subscription cancellation form (thought I’d be able to after checking out) and now I can’t find out how to – any ideas?

  • Bethany R. says:

Remember that this is the August Selection so you can start cancelling your Just Fab Membership as easy as tomorrow, bc then it will be the September Selection. It said it would take 0-2 to ship so call on the 4th, so you possibly don’t get a super rude comment like Katie :Z

  • Erin says:

I want the boots in your picture… Where are those from?! :)

  • Sarah says:

Question?? – I printed the $25 rebate form and it says to just fill it out and send in with “proof of qualify Justabulous purchase” —- does this mean I can just print my email order confirmation and send it in now??

  • Dani says:

Hey everyone! I wanted to share another option. If you go to accessories and then FABSOLES you can get inserts or no-skid bottoms for 6.95 and the magazine still pops up.

  • Sunny says:

It seems like such a hassle! Stop me if I’m wrong, but I could’ve sworn that people had issues receiving a refund for canceling a mag sub like this… It wasn’t for this company I don’t think… I’d love a free pair of shoes, but having to depend on not one but two cancellations (ie refund and just fab membership) is too much for me.

    • Jodie says:

You have a point. Even if you don’t get the $25 for the magazine, I think the shoes at $19.95 is still a great deal! You just gotta remember to cancel your account or you’ll get charged credits everymonth (this is what they are banking on you doing)

      • I Love Shoes says:

I did this deal sometime late June and have not received the refund for the magazine. I am not going to miss any sleep over it. I did receive a nice pair of shoes. I prefer Shoe dazzle. Same concept minus having to remember to go in by the 5th of every month to skip a purchase for the month in order for them not to charge your card. I also think Shoe Dazzle has a better selection of shoes.

        • kim says:

oh no! have you tried calling and asking? i called the magazine and they confirmed that the refund will go through.. but now im worried..

      • Sarah says:

They DO email you each month before anything is charged or shipped. So IF you are a person like myself who is always on top of my emails, you’ll see the reminder email from them the beginning of the month and have the option to skip or cancel. I would say that it may be a hassle to those who do not daily check their email inbox.

        • jess says:

So how can they charge you if you never give them your billing info? Do I really need to cacel if choose not to order this deal? I signed up but I haven’t bought anything yet because I’m leary now from all the comments and the cancellations needed.

    • Lisa K. says:

You’re right. The mag rebate company, SubCo, also does rebates for Dermstore. I’ve sent in rebates for Dermstore purchases and never got the mag refunds. I know a lot of people had the same problem. I really don’t trust SubCo.

      • franki says:

If they are the same as Dermstore, I would leave the magazine in the cart. When I did it with Dermstore last year I was told to pull the magazine out, but then didn’t get the rebate and called months later and after lots of back an forth between dermstore and subco I was told it was because I took it out of my cart and therefore dermstore did not send the order over to the magazine which gave them no proof that I qualified for the refund.

        • Lisa K. says:

Yeah, Subco is a pain to deal with. I did leave the rebate in my cart but had to call them for follow up after I didn’t get my rebate. They gave me the one rebate per household per year stuff. I said no where was it mention it’s 1 per year on the rebate form. (I previously submitted a rebate for a different mag offer. They were 2 different magazines.) They basically just said “too bad” and dismissed me. :(

  • Amy says:

Just a question. Do you think the subscription should be removed from the cart if one is opting to cancel it and get the refund?

  • Caroline says:

I did this deal about a month ago, and I canceled just about a week ago. The lady on the phone gave me such a hassle about it, and I never got any confirmation that it actually has been cancelled. It’s one of those calls where you keep saying no, and they just go on and on, trying to convince you. Prepare for a 25-minute phone conversation. I sent in for a magzine refund as well, but I never removed it from my cart. I figured it would take them a couple of weeks to actually get the subscription going anyway, so by that time my cancellation would be in. It never said anything about removing it from your cart, so now I’m a bit worried. Oh well, still got a cute bag.

  • Serena Abdelaziz says:

I am not going to cancel on the phone. In the account profile section it has a box to click CANCEL membership. I hope this helps.

    • Suzanna says:

No, that’s not possible. When you click on the cancel button online, they tell you to call their 1800 number so they can “verify your identity.” I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes and I have called them twice.

I even did the online chat to try and cancel but the lady on the chat was very rude and kept saying to call them. it is not worth it!

  • Angela D. says:

Great deal! I needed a new handbag, so I ordered the Adventure bag and got the form to get a subscription refund.

  • a says:

I did this a while ago never got my rebate, and my card was charged $20, then I canceled my membership, then ended up charging me $40 for the boots I ordered. Never again

    • Tiffany says:

Well that makes me a little bit skeptical now to try this out if they are just going to charge me full price anyways if I cancel.

  • Carol says:

This does sound too good to be true. There are a lot of negative reviews online about this company. I’m going to pass.

    • Mika says:

I’m with you carol. This seems like a great deal but I’m a poor college student. I can’t afford to lose my $20, so I’ll pass on this one. I’ll just use the DSW gift cards I’ve been saving up to get shoes there.

  • Jenny says:

Most of the shoes were a wee bit to steep for me… as in I’d break my neck in a heartbeat. But I scored a great looking tote, so color me happy! Thanks for the great tip!

  • Cannielle says:

I am going to pass. Remember the $6.99 boot from 6 pm a while back, much happier with that.

  • Janie says:

I recommend that you do NOT order from this company. I called to cancel my membership 5 minutes after placing it and was told that I would also have to cancel my order. I passed, and then found more negative reviews and called back again within 10 minutes of placing my order. The new rep told me they could not cancel because it had been an hour since I placed the order. I informed him that was incorrect, and that I was told that I could cancel both the order and membership the when I had called 5 minutes prior. I was then placed on hold, again I was told that I could not cancel my order and was given the runaround about canceling my membership. I read the no obligation statement under the account settings regarding the membership, and still recieved argumentative comments from the rep. After a few minutes of going back and forth, he finally allowed me to cancel and told me not to get so worked up because “it’s just a pair of shoes.” I can’t believe the nerve of him saying that, I wasn’t upset about the shoes! I was upset about not being allowed to cancel and being told conflicting information by their reps.

    • Anna says:

When representatives are giving conflicting information the company looks shady to me. Who knows whether any of us will get their rebate and not be charged any unauthorized amounts.

  • Janelle says:

I ordered the Phyllis shoes, crazy zig zags look like they would be fun with jeans. Hoping all the rebates, etc. work out. I used my citi card… they have a pretty awesome dispute department if it comes to that ;)

  • Sarah says:

I ordered about an hour or two ago and just finished calling to cancel my membership. It was really easy and it only took about 10 minutes. Seems like a good company… I hope I get my refund! :)

  • Tomoko says:

I don’t see the offer but the site offered me 50% off. I will pass this one.

  • lifeasacouponjunky says:

I got mine but wiLL CALL NEXT WEEK TO CANCEL !

    • Franni says:

@lifeasacouponjunky You can actually cancel online! Go under account and select the “cancel” option! Easy and no dealing with potential rude CS!

  • Jen says:

Just logged into my account, and its giving me the option to skip September, even though above says our first month wouldn’t begin until October? I am wondering if I should just skip September to be on the safe side, but I don’t want to mess up the order i just placed yesterday. Hmm..any thoughts?

  • Franni says:

Just ordered! Hopefully It’ll work out!

  • Franni says:

How will the rebate come? In Check form or to my card?

  • Kate M. says:

Beware you guys cancelling online! Be sure to read! At least on mine it says,

“You’re one of our cherished VIP members, so we’re sorry you’ve decided to stop receiving monthly shoe and handbag selections. In order to better serve you, please call one of our Fashion Consultants at (866) 337-0906 to cancel your membership with JustFab.”

This infers that you still have to call.

  • Brittany says:

What do you send in for proof of purchase?

  • Jen says:

Got my purse yesterday, and I really like it! Came with a nice dustbag for it too. So even if I don’t get the rebate, I am happy to get a nice bag for $20. Bonus if I get the rebate!

  • prettylittlecoupons says:

Please send me the form too please!!! Thanks!!!

  • prettylittlecoupons says:

Please send to me too! THANKS!

  • lucy says:

Just wondering if anyone ever recieved the rebate??

    • franki says:

I just got my check, but I had to call last week when I received a magazine and they cancelled it and sent the check. Now I will cancel my Just Fab membership.

      • Beatrice says:

who did you call? the magazine or just fab?

        • franki says:

I called Subco who is the company that does the magazines/rebates at 1-800-258-3350. I actually wrote the number in my planner because I was determined to keep on it until I got my rebate. I even told the lady that when I was on the phone with her and got the check in less than a week. I’ve done mag rebates like this a few times and never got the rebate and then when I would call later down the road they would give me the excuse that I should have called earlier because now it is past the 90 days etc.

          • Becka :) says:

            thank you soooo much!!

          • Beatrice says:

I sent Subco. an e-mail about cancelling to get a full refund and got the following response.
Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding Entertainment Weekly magazine. Subco is an independent magazine clearinghouse servicing over 2,000 different magazine titles. • Kelly S says:

Wow, the email you have above is almost precisely what I was just told now. I received an issue of Entertainment Weekly in the mail and thought “Wait a tick”, so I called SubCo at 800-258-3350; spoke to Rebecca. She was very nice, but she advised me that they had no record of receiving my rebate request. I told her I have ALL the information here in copies: the initial form, the receipt, a copy of my stamped envelope. She told me that she would process it: but since it’s Friday today it most likely won’t get to today’s post, most likely next Friday, so I should wait 7-10 days. I’ve been doing rebates for a long time; how do they just lose my stuff like that?
One thing she did say which was odd “I haven’t heard of anyone cancelling like this before”. “Oh my dear” I replied, “just you wait”.
Now that it’s been a month whoever submitted the rebate should call the above number and just confirm it’s received; ESPECIALLY if you happen to receive a magazine today as I did. KS

            • Beatrice says:

I received one today too….Tina Fey is on the cover. I sent in my rebate stuff by mail on the 11th of this month. I called today, and they said they were processing it, but I decided to send a e-mail as well because some time different representatives will give you different info. Any way it goes, I still have a great pair of boots!

            • sara says:

What is the email you used for Subco?

        • Priyanka says:

I just called the company and they said they would not be able to process my magazine rebate because it was only while supplies last and they must have run out of the magazine. So no $25 back. I will have to see how I can return these shoes now.

          • Natalie says:

I just called SubCo, and was told the same thing: that it was while supplies last. But I told them that I participated in the magazine offer the very first day it was offered on JustFab and that I submitted my rebate the NEXT day. I spoke with a manager and left a message with the office manager, and told them that I’m filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which is what I intend to do. I just can’t understand how the rebate wouldn’t be sent out if I did it on the FIRST day. Definitely seems fishy!

            • Priyanka says:

Natalie – I called again. I am supposed to get the rebate in 7 days. So I ended up not providing the correct zip code when I called the first time. I gave them the zip code of where I wanted the rebate to be mailed to. However, the zip code they had on file and were going to send it to was my dorm zip code. Make sure you give them the correct address and everything! Hope it works out for you.

  • bec says:

I just called Subco regarding my rebate submission. They had no record of my rebate. They said if when i ordered and i took the magazine off the order, sending in a rebate form and proof of purchase would not qualify me for the rebate. I would have had to add the magazine to my order, and then call to cancel the magazine and then i would have received the rebate.

    • franki says:

That is exactly what happened to me when I did it through Dermstore. By the time I figured it out I couldn’t return my item. I made sure I left it in my cart this time.

  • Jules says:

I just got my $25 rebate check from SubCo!!! I had called a few weeks ago to check on it and they said it had been processed and I was pretty pumped to find it in my mail today! $5 moneymaker on a pair of boots that I love!?? Yes please!! Thanks Collin for sharing this awesome deal!!

    • Beatrice says:

I got my 25.00 chech today too!

      • Beatrice says:

Meant to say I got my $25.00 check today too!

        • MandyB says:

Did anyone get the rebate even though they took the magazine out of the cart before checking out? I read what everyone said above. Just wondering.

          • Jen says:

I took the magazine out of my cart, and never received the rebate. I didn’t call to check on it, after reading all the comments, it seems like you had to leave it in the cart, but everyone was getting conflicting things from the Just Fab reps. I like my bad, but I won’t order from this company again.

            • MandyB says:

Thanks Jen! Same here. Didn’t get my rebate, and I took the magazine out of my cart too. It’s probably not worth calling. I still have to call and cancel my JustFab VIP account. The boots i got were okay. They had a really strong chemical smell and are very tight in the calves.

            • Jen says:

oops that should have said I like my bag! I canceled, but I was concerned because I could still log into my account. So I called again and was told my account was canceled, but you can still log into your account, you just can’t add anything to your account. I am still going to check next month and make sure I still don’t have to “skip” so just an FYI. I think this company was more trouble than they were worth!

    • Jen says:

So I had called to make sure my account was canceled, which they said it was. When I got off the phone, I had an email thanking me for my order!?! So I called them back, and she assured me it was a mistake, that the order was canceled, and I would get an email confirming it was canceled. I never got the email, but it did show up on my account page as canceled. Well today I got a call from my credit card company wanting to verify some suspicious activity, guess what it was!! $20 charge from Just Fab. I told them it was absolutely not authorized so they are just canceling that account, and sending me a new card. I was going to call and yell at someone at Just Fab but whats the point? They will no longer have access to my credit card. I hope you all don’t have this problem!!

  • Jen says:

So has anyone had issues canceling? I called and canceled my account, of course the lady was a little pushy, but I held my ground. I got an email for a satisfaction survey, but nothing confirming that I canceled, and I can still log into my account. I was hoping that once I canceled, I wouldn’t even be able to log in. Now I have to remember to check at the beginning of the month to make sure they don’t charge me. I like my purse, but I never did get the rebate, don’t think this company was worth the trouble.

  • Christina Macedo says:

Okay, so I placed my order and mailed the SubCo magazine rebate form on 8/31/12. I, like others that posted at the top of this thread, removed the subscription from my cart (as someone was advising us to do). I waited until today, right at 2 months later, to call SubCo and inquire about my $25 rebate I never received. They checked and I am nowhere in their system. I was advised to call JustFab about it, which I’m sure will do no good after all the trouble I went through with them to successfully close my account and avoid future bills/shipments. Ugh! I was also told that I should have mailed the rebate form to JustFab rather than SubCo. I told the rep at SubCo that I mailed it to the address on the rebate form itself, which was their company. Why would a rebate from SubCo need to be processed through JustFab???

Anyway, if anyone still has the rebate form in a format that can be emailed to me, please send it to: I had bookmarked the URL of the rebate form, but it no longer works/loads. If someone can send me the rebate form, please also comment here. I *may* attempt to mail it again and just see what happens…

Hello everyone, I have been trying to purchase from this website since November! I live in Nigeria and when I shop online I ship to a shipper who delivers to my doorstep. Hower my card continues to be declined with each transaction, my sister tried with her card which I use to purchase on Shoedazzle, that was declined to, so my brother got me a prepaid Canadian Credit Card and that was declined too, can any one offer information on how I can order from this site successfully?
