I have one of these for each of kids. Just a for warning I have the shark for my son and the teeth are falling off the hood. There is also a “fin” on the back so when I lie him down to change his diaper it is sticking in his back.

I bought this last time also. I was not happy with the purchase. The towel is MUCH smaller than pictured. My 14 month old barely fits in it from the hood to the toes. It is also fraying on the hood already also.

I am pretty sure you are talking about a diff towel cause these are quite big! My four year old is big for his age and they are still big on him! I have 5 of them and none are small

We have a lion one that is still in great shape after 3 years, going to get two more, for Christmas 🙂 BTW my son is almost 4 ( 38# and 42″) and fits fine in the lion towel!
One of the reviews for the owl one says they are different quality than the towels they sold a few years ago. Just thought I’d mention in case anyone has some of the older towels at home.

Don’t worry, they’ve had these towels on sale for Black Friday the past few years… I bought them 3 years ago and a few more 2 years ago and remember seeing them last year, so I’d guess they’ll do it again 🙂 (My memory thinks they were even cheaper on BF, but it could be the 3 years ago pricing 😉 )
