Candice~ if your $3/2 target coupon in fact says “target coupon” next to the expiration date, then yes, you can combine it with the $6/2 manufacturers coupon (when combined, you will get $9/2 packs!)

just checked, the 3 ct schick quattro are $6.99/pk @ my target (oakland co, MI)
If the pack says 12 count, does it mean it’s 10+2? 🙂 I know it sounds stupid, but the 10 +2 is probably priced for 10 ct and you get 2 more as a bonus, right?
