The PRETTYGAP code doesn’t work for 1969 Jeans according to the fine print. I cannot use both codes for purchasing the super cute trouser jeans.

Even though that is a good deal, you might wanna check out the local GAP. Mine currently has additional 40% off all clearance and after browsing online the prices in store are a LOT cheaper. I got girls 3 pack socks for 97 cents, and rugby polos not listed online for $6.
I agree! Local Gaps are *always* cheaper than online prices. I used to work there many moons ago and it was like that even back then.

yes – I bought a bunch of sale maternity shirts – the gapsale only works on sale/clearance. I had $50 worth of stuff to qualify for the free shipping, then used both codes and it brought my total down to $29 w/ free shipping.

You earn them for spending X-amount of $ on your Gap credit card.
The free shipping isn’t working for me, even though I have my gapcard entered
The Gapcard will only give you free shipping if you have reached silver status, until then you’re stuck trying to filler item to 50 dollars. Can always return unwanted things to store though!

I thought free shipping may work with my Old Navy card (since same as Gap) but I cannot get it to work.
For what it’s worth… Regarding the GAPSALE code, I called customer service. They said that some of the items on the SALE webpage are on sale (and will return to their original price) and some are marked down (kind of like on clearance, they’ll never return to their original price). They said you can tell the difference between the two because one has a line through its original price and the other doesn’t have a line through its original price. Turns out the items I was trying to purchase (the essential long-sleeve crew neck T) don’t qualify for the GAPSALE code.

If you’re having trouble, the GAPSALE code is only going to work on prices that are shown in red (it seems). That’s why she stated to chose the shirt in pink as it is the only one with the red clearance price.
Got a long-sleeved red mahogany ribbed sweater, white layering tee, and pink market v-neck tee shipped for $23.28 after using the $10 Gap gift card I got from Plum District awhile ago. Great deal! Just hope it all fits 🙂 Gotta make sure red prices have a line through them in order to use both codes.
